“Organized team workflows”
Pros
With a team that has a lot of moving parts, this has been an excellent way to keep project workflows organized. Creating tasks is easy and each person only needs to update the status once their part is finished and pass the next step to the appropriate team member.
Cons
The Inbox can be a little confusing at times. I am always able to see the newest messages but older ones tend to get buried pretty quickly.

“Fantastic task tracking”
Pros
One thing that really worked for us was how Asana let us organize tasks through the calendar along with tagging by ID numbers, users and priority. That setup made it much easier for our team to keep track of workloads and stay on top of our queues.
Cons
there wasn't much we could point to as a downside because it covered everything we needed the software to do.

“Task tracking done right”
Pros
Keeping all tasks in one place makes day to day management much more organized. The feature I appreciate most is being able to email task status updates directly to clients which saves me from having to send manual updates every time.
Cons
Getting around the platform was a bit confusing At the beginning mainly because it works differently from most web apps. After using it for 3 or 4 days though, it started to feel familiar and much easier to navigate.

“Quick setup”
Pros
Using it during implementation was very easy and the setup did not take much work. They had also just introduced the boards feature which made the platform feel much more user friendly compared to when it only offered lists.
Cons
We began on the free plan but once it was time to grow, the pricing structure didn't fit our situation at all. At that point we only had 3 users yet we still had to pay for 5 whether those extra licenses were used or not. In the end, that pricing issue pushed us away from the software. I'd much rather pay only for what I actually need instead of spending money on seats I am not using.

“Networked teamwork”
Pros
One thing I like is the ability to communicate through the platform and stay connected with the team. At the same time I am not a fan of this style of tracking because it can easily turn into micromanagement or encourage people to be passive instead of actually collaborating.
Cons
Apps like this can remove a lot of trust from the workplace. In my case, it ended up creating a pretty tense and hostile atmosphere because when some people failed to update their part of the work in the system, the rest of the team had to stay constantly alert.

“Reliable online collaboration”
Pros
Being fully web-based is a big plus since lots of people can stay updated in real time around the clock. Even though pages can be a bit slow to load now and then, the platform is well maintained and generally runs with very few issues.
Cons
At the same time it feels a little too basic in certain areas and could benefit from more advanced features. It also seems like regular users can edit nearly as much as admins which can be frustrating. Overall it works really well for simple, single-step tasks involving many people but it is less suited to small teams handling more complex projects.

“Promising concept, awkward onboarding”
Pros
Having collaboration features and team management tools all in one app is a really good idea. The overall concept behind the platform is genuinely appealing.
Cons
Well at first it sounds very attractive but after actually using the software, it ends up feeling too confusing and makes onboarding new users more difficult than it should be.

“Task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping tabs on tasks is very easy, handing assignments off to other team members is simple and the email reminders help make sure nothing gets missed.
Cons
At times the reminders come a little too frequently and there's definitely a learning curve At the beginning so it can feel somewhat overwhelming until you get used to it.

“helpful software”
Pros
It seems a lot like the paid version of Atlassian JIRA but the big advantage is that this one offers a free plan along with an excellent mobile app platform.
Cons
Overall I am very happy with what it provides for project management and task tracking. I honestly don't have any complaints about the product.

“Collaboration features i really enjoy”
Pros
One thing I like most about it is how much it opens up a better space for direct, coordinated collaboration. The integrations with other apps and its built-in features help keep everyone connected and involved with the team. I also really enjoy the filter functionality since it lets you separate different conversations and topics without things getting mixed together.
Cons
My biggest concern has more to do with the experience my teammates have had with it. They've run into issues with some basic functions especially when it comes to receiving, sending and composing messages. Aside from that, I still feel like it can be a very strong tool for collaboration.

“dashboards are amazing”
Pros
It was quick to get started with and using it day to day seems very easy for our team. Overall it fits our needs well and adding new users is easy too. The dashboards are really helpful and the mobile app makes it even more convenient to access everything whenever we need it.
Cons
the only downside my team could think of was wanting even more color options. That said it already has plenty of color and fun visuals when tasks get completed so this was really just us being overly picky.

“Team productivity booster”
Pros
Across team projects this software has been really valuable for collaboration and productivity. It keeps everyone updated on the progress other team members are making which makes it easier to stay aligned. Also it is an important tool for team leaders when assigning and tracking the individual tasks needed to finish a project. On top of that it is very user friendly and simple enough that most people can start using it without any training.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that it can feel a bit too basic when dealing with large tasks or more complex projects. It performs very well for smaller projects but it may not offer the level of sophistication that bigger tools like Microsoft Project and similar software provide.

“really helpful for teamwork”
Pros
The interface and overall user experience felt clean, quick and simple to navigate. It works really well for team based projects and breaking larger projects into smaller parts is very easy. Up to this point it has been reliable for me and hasn't let me down.
Cons
At this stage I honestly haven't run into any downsides. Maybe after using it for a few more years I'll notice a few flaws but for now it has been a really good app overall.

“Customizable teamwork done right”
Pros
It is easy to use and the onboarding made it simple to bring everyone in quickly. The interface is clean and clear, there are plenty of features to work with and the customization options make it fit different workflows really well. Also it does a strong job supporting teamwork and collaboration.
Cons
One thing that feels a little overdone at times is the playful, candy-like style. I get that adding some fun to work is part of modern software but when I finish an engineering task, I really do not need a smiling unicorn giving me a thumbs-up.

“All-in-one teamwork favorite”
Pros
The best part for me is how much it lets you handle on your own, with your team and even across the whole company especially considering you can do all of that for free.
Cons
I genuinely love it and it's still my go-to choice. The only issue is that, like with other project management tools and websites, I sometimes drift away from using it over time.

“Playful team vibe”
Pros
One thing I really enjoyed was the playful animated touches, like the little monster peeking over cards and the unicorns flying across the screen when a task gets finished. It fits especially well in a fun, lighthearted workplace where that kind of personality adds to the experience.
Cons
All in all, it's a really good program. I just didn't keep using it because I felt there were other options out there that were better suited to my needs and more affordable.

“Helpful for team projects”
Pros
Asana has been really useful when working with a team and I have used it successfully on a couple of shared projects. It works well for collaboration even though it's not something I rely on much in my everyday business tasks.
Cons
At the same time it can be a little confusing to navigate. There are so many ways to break things down that it sometimes feels like too much information which makes it harder to quickly find what I need.
