“Clear priorities across teams”
Pros
One thing I really like is how user friendly it is. It gives us a clear view of not just our team's priorities but the priorities across the whole organization as well which really helps us stay organized and on top of everything.
Cons
My only complaint is the email notifications. I wish there were a way to turn them off because they can feel a little overwhelming at times.

“Task tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Keeping work organized and assigning tasks across the team is very practical with Asana. It makes it simple to follow each stage of a project and see how everything is progressing.
Cons
The interface could be a bit more user friendly. It feels somewhat cluttered which can make certain features harder to find.

“Versatile task visibility”
Pros
Asana does a really good job of helping manage day to day tasks and assign work across the team effectively. The dashboard is especially useful because it lets me see everything connected to the projects I am involved in even when those tasks aren't assigned directly to me.
Cons
Getting started takes a little time and there's a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup. It's user friendly Overall but I still had to spend some time exploring to fully understand how to navigate it.

“Clear task tracking”
Pros
Creating tasks inside a project, assigning them to teammates and setting deadlines is easy with this tool. Plus it helped our team keep up with project progress without much hassle and the visual layout made it much easier to see how everything was moving along.
Cons
One of the harder parts of using it was its limited reporting features. Things like exporting data and filtering tasks didn't offer much flexibility which made it less useful than expected for end users.

“Keeps our team on track”
Pros
Working in the gaming industry means nonstop deadlines and constant pressure and this has really helped take some of that stress off by keeping my whole team organized all the time.
Cons
A few of the features can still be a bit confusing so there's definitely room to improve them.

“Task tracking that boosts productivity”
Pros
Keeping schedules and on screen tasks organized is very practical with this tool and assigning work is easy. I also really like being able to move tasks around and customize them with files, images, notes and comments. It gets used regularly for both personal and professional projects. Since I started using it my own productivity, along with my team's overall output has improved a lot.
Cons
I am not really sure what could be changed on the product side to fix this but I do wish every teammate stayed consistently up to date. It can be difficult to make sure completed tasks actually get marked as done and people do not always remember to update their assignments.

“Team tracking that just clicks”
Pros
Keeping our team projects on track has been much more practical with this. It's simple to use, very effective and after just a few days it starts feeling absolutely essential. Really happy with it.
Cons
I am still hard-pressed to find a real downside. The only thing that could be clearer is how to add a new task directly under a section. Most of the time, I have to create the task first and then move it into the right section. That said moving tasks around even into a different project is still very simple.

“all in one freelance lifesaver”
Pros
Working across freelance projects with different companies feels much more manageable with Asana. Everything sits in one place so it's simple to keep track of who owns each task and what deadline is coming up next. The layout is organized so well that just about anyone can jump in, find what they need and get moving without confusion. it's been an absolute dream to use and I cannot picture switching to anything else.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything I dislike about the software. If anything, I am just looking forward to seeing what new features they add next.

“Powerful project coordination”
Pros
Asana brings multiple work tools together in one place which helps organize all the moving parts of a project and improves the chances of success. It lowers risk, keeps the workflow structured and makes it easier to follow each step with a stronger sense of accountability and focus.
Cons
Because it includes so many features and resources, getting used to everything can take time especially when adapting to such a powerful project management platform.

“Clean dashboard”
Pros
The user friendly setup, attractive dashboard and overall design really stood out to me. Those were some of the biggest reasons I decided to get a subscription for both my team and myself.
Cons
It feels like the software could offer even more. Maybe those features are already there and I am just not aware of them. I stopped using it and no one from the company ever reached out by phone or email to ask why or explain what I might have been missing.

“Team projects stay on track”
Pros
Keeping a group of coworkers aligned across a big series of projects was really helpful and it made it much easier to keep everyone on task.
Cons
A downside was that some of the better features were locked behind the paid plan and there also weren't many different ways to share updates with the people working on a project.

“Flexible task views i love”
Pros
The biggest plus for me is how flexible the tool is. Everyone can use it in the way that suits how they like to stay organized, whether that means working in tables, lists or other views.
Cons
I'd still like to see a wider range of app integrations, like Toggl for example.

“Helpful team-friendly”
Pros
It is very easy to use and working together with teammates is just as simple. The tagging and calendar features are especially helpful for staying organized and keeping everything on track.
Cons
One thing I wish it allowed is assigning a project or task to more than one person instead of limiting it to a single assignee. It's not a major issue though since others can still follow along.

“Versatile organization for every project”
Pros
Keeping projects organized has been much simpler with this tool. The interface is also user friendly and I can use it both on my computer and on my phone which makes it useful not only for work but also for day to day tasks. It's a very flexible tool and I really appreciate being able to customize it the way I want. As a project management platform, it is very complete and the collaborative features help improve communication across the team. One of the features I enjoy most is the ability to create checklist templates which I think is excellent.
Cons
the only real downside I see is that you need an internet connection to use it.

“Flexible templates”
Pros
I find it easy to use since applying templates takes very little effort. Adding viewers or comments to a project is also simple which makes collaboration easier. The setup doesn't require much training and people can jump in without needing to be advanced or highly technical users to take part.
Cons
Once sub tasks start stacking several layers deep, things can get confusing fast. It also isn't the best fit for people who think more visually and seeing the project timeline clearly can be a challenge. If you're the project manager, there's a bit more of a learning curve and we've ended up creating custom workarounds for features that really feel like they should already exist, like tagging project roles.

“helpful tool!”
Pros
One thing that really helps with Asana is the built-in templates you can duplicate for specific project goals. It also lets you create your own templates and reuse them whenever you're managing recurring projects which saves a lot of time. On top of that having the option to switch between different board views is a nice bonus.
Cons
The one feature I still wish it had is the ability to assign a single task to multiple people so there'd be no need to make duplicate tasks. It does offer a collaborator option but that's not quite the same thing.

“Flexible task tracking win”
Pros
It is very user friendly and flexible. It gives each team member a clear view of their own responsibilities, sends helpful deadline reminders, saves changes automatically and makes assigning tasks quick and simple.
Cons
For someone using it for the first time, the setup and navigation can feel a bit confusing. It's also very simple to create new tasks but deleting them isn't as obvious which can lead to extra or duplicate tasks piling up.

“Simple project tracking win”
Pros
The tool is easy to use and it helped our team keep track of goals and projects without much effort. It's a clean, effective tool that does exactly what we need.
Cons

“Task tracking that clicks”
Pros
Across multiple teams and projects, this software does a really good job of keeping everything organized at once. It makes it simple to monitor progress and view all assigned tasks in one place. The @mention feature is also really useful because task-specific questions can stay inside each task which helps keep conversations clear and organized.
Cons
Getting started with this software takes a little time especially when setting things up or building templates. There is definitely a learning curve At first and the upfront effort can feel time consuming even though it ends up saving time later on.
