“easy to learn and use”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and it's pretty simple to pick up without needing tutorials or formal onboarding. It also integrates well with other common tools like Google and Slack which makes day to day work more convenient.
Cons
Things get trickier when you need to reorganize items in more complex ways, like moving a subtask to a different task or adding one task to two projects. The logic behind those actions isn't always obvious. It also becomes more challenging to manage once the volume increases and you're handling a larger number of projects.

“Fantastic for managing many projects”
Pros
This is a user friendly tool even for customers using task management software for the first time. It's simple to set up permissions, assign tasks and stay updated with notifications. The ability to reply by email is especially handy when you're away from your desk. It worked really well for us when we needed to manage a large number of customer projects at the same time.
Cons
The layout and formatting of the email notifications when a card is updated could be improved.

“good tool overall”

“Remote teamwork done right”
Pros
Working with a remote team is incredibly easy with this tool. The interface looks modern and the overall user experience is pleasant enough that using it actually feels enjoyable.
Cons
Since we're on the free plan, we miss out on task dependencies within projects. That said we're satisfied with what the free version offers so it's not a major downside for us.

“Helpful for juggling projects”
Pros
Managing several projects at the same time is a lot more manageable with this software. The automatic notifications are especially useful and the user friendly dashboard is one of the features I appreciate most.
Cons
Connecting it with other apps like Dropbox and Google Drive is not very easy and takes a little time to figure out.

“Very flexible templates”
Pros
It has become an essential tool for managing projects because it's simple to set up and easy to use so getting comfortable with it doesn't take long. It's especially helpful that multiple team members can be assigned to the same item which makes collaboration faster and more practical. It also does a good job of preventing duplicate tasks and lets you keep track of progress throughout the project with much less confusion. The templates are another big plus since they make it easier to kick off new projects without having to rebuild everything from scratch every time even though they mainly serve as a starting point. On top of that the calendar gives a much clearer view of everything that needs to be done which helps the team stay more organized and work more efficiently.
Cons
One downside is that it can send a lot of notification emails to every team member and having that many messages come through can get annoying after a while because the alerts start to feel overly persistent. Even with that, it still works very well for teamwork, whether it's for professional projects or personal collaboration.

“Useful task chats, noisy inbox”
Pros
The concept behind this software is amazing even with so many similar tools out there. Being able to chat directly inside the tasks you're assigned is especially useful when several people are collaborating on the same item. That works much better than going back and forth over email since all the conversation stays saved right under the task where it belongs.
Cons
The thing that really got on my nerves was the volume of emails the software sends. For just a handful of tasks, it felt like I was constantly getting notifications. There were repeated reminders during the week, alerts for comments and just too many general emails overall. After a while, they became irritating enough that I stopped paying attention to them and that ended up making me check the software less often too.

“Motivating yoga variety”
Pros
Getting started with yoga feels really approachable here because the app offers a wide range of training options to choose from. The exercise variety keeps things engaging and motivating especially for someone who is just beginning with yoga practice.
Cons
One limitation is that you cannot tailor the training based on your specific goals and the app is only available in English.

“Excellent fit for agency teams”
Pros
Running agency work without a project management tool is tough and it has been a really great option. It works well for businesses of any size and the free version is especially impressive if you're watching costs or just getting started. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Once your company gets bigger, you'll need a paid plan to unlock the premium features. I'd also love to see the subtask management improved especially the UI. Aside from that, I am pretty satisfied with it.

“Perfect clean interface”
Pros
The interface felt very clean and I really like the ability to create separate projects while using one account to switch between them without any hassle. Overall it looks excellent and seems like an amazing option for project collaboration although managing very detailed work can be harder because it lacks task properties and stronger sub-task functionality.
Cons
At the beginning it can be pretty confusing to use. sub tasks often get assigned deadlines but those dates do not show up in the main card view or send a reminder to the teammate who was assigned. Also, any information shared inside tasks automatically turns into large task preview images which makes the team board harder to read.

“Versatile boards are a plus”
Pros
Being able to add the same to-do item across multiple project boards is really useful and the reminder emails and due date settings help keep everything on track.
Cons
It would be even better if a task could be assigned to more than one person. The subtask feature is also helpful but their due dates don't appear on the calendar timeline which is limiting.

“Fantastic for content planning”
Pros
Asana has been really helpful for organizing the marketing content we want to publish in the near future. Our team can all log in, work separately and upload content without getting in each other's way which makes collaboration feel very natural.
Cons
I wouldn't change anything about it. The interface is already user friendly and it offers plenty of features to work with.

“Google calendar does enough”
Pros
It's a decent tool for organizing your day and keeping track of tasks so you can stay on top of your responsibilities.
Cons
At the same time it felt unnecessary to add into my routine and didn't seem worth the cost especially since Google Calendar already offers plenty of similar functionality.

“Organized projects but high upkeep”
Pros
Our team saw real value in it for project organization. Once we started using it, tasks, assignments and deadlines were much more clearly laid out which made it easier to track progress and keep everything in one central place.
Cons
Keeping it useful takes a lot of ongoing effort. Like most tools of this kind, it only really works well when the whole team is fully committed to using it correctly. If some people stop updating their part, details get missed and projects can start slipping through the cracks.

“liked the interface”
Pros
Its interface looks really modern and makes the platform enjoyable to work in. The mobile app performs reliably as well. It offers plenty of features for managing tasks and coordinating teams and the syncing between users and across devices is impressively fast.
Cons
Even with the clean design, getting used to it at the beginning can be confusing. Subtasks can have due dates but those dates do not appear in the main card view or trigger a notification for the assigned teammate. Files or data shared inside tasks also turn into oversized cover images which makes the team board harder to scan. Another frustrating limitation is that you cannot turn on tags by default or customize the default property types available for tasks.

“Flexible project tracking on the go”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and being able to set up separate projects while switching between them under one account is really convenient. Having the mobile app is also a big plus since it helps keep reminders handy when I am away from my desk. There's also a surprising amount you can do even on the free plan.
Cons
It doesn't seem like the best fit for highly complex task management or bigger organizations especially for areas like design or IT workflows. That said for my day to day business development work, it does the job really well.

“Team coordination wins”
Pros
Keeping a team aligned and in touch is exactly where this tool works well. Even on the free plan, the calendar and reminder features do a good job of making sure no part of a project gets overlooked. It's a strong basic option for managing smaller team projects.
Cons
That said the free version is fairly restricted when it comes to features and customization. It only supports up to 15 teammates and doesn't include a timeline view. To really unlock the platform's full value, you need to move up to at least the Business plan. If you want custom fields and a proper admin console, a Premium upgrade is necessary. The free plan is useful as an introduction but it's really best suited to small teams handling smaller projects.

“Very clear team visibility”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the visibility it gives the whole team. Everyone shares their work schedule there so it's simple for others to see what's going on. It's also very manageable because team leaders can move task due dates when needed and it's easy to follow up if someone misses a deadline. The platform also gives good clarity since users can organize separate projects and use color coding to keep everything clear. On top of that it's cost effective especially because it's free for teams with fewer than 15 people.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that setting up recurring tasks in the free version isn't very easy. That said it doesn't bother me much since the tool is free to use.

“Centralized project visibility”
Pros
Having all project details accessible to everyone on my team has been a big plus. It gives us one central place to track the different projects across all company subsidiaries, keeps everything organized and cuts down on jumping between apps to check project updates, comments and other collaboration-related details.
Cons
Navigation can be a bit challenging for some team members especially those who are not used to project management tools. It would also help if notifications were tied more effectively to mobile devices and sent more frequently as reminders for outstanding action items.

“Organized teamwork done right”
Pros
Everything is very well organized while still leaving room to customize things. It has the best parts of Trello but the interface is even more user friendly and less confusing. Sharing with other people on the same team is also very simple.
Cons
It doesn't offer quite as much customization as Trello and the interface isn't as fun or playful. It's definitely built with a more professional feel in mind even though the design is clean and pleasant to use.
