“clean UI and smart task organization”
Pros
The interface is modern, clear and very easy to work with. The option to copy or duplicate individual tasks as well as entire projects is a really smart touch. I also like that a single task can live in multiple projects which makes it much easier for teams and stakeholders to track progress or review the backlog from different angles.
Cons
One limitation is that after selecting a project board layout, you can't change it later so you're stuck deleting the board and building a new one from scratch.

“fantastic for team workflows”
Pros
Works really well for collaborative teams and agencies juggling multiple projects at once. It gives a clear view of all tasks and workflows which makes staying organized much easier.
Cons
The setup takes a bit of time At first but after that it's fairly simple and I don't really have any major complaints about the product overall.

“collaborative project planning done right”
Pros
It has a really well designed workflow for handling projects and tasks. It naturally supports collaboration and bringing people into a project is pretty easy. I use it for both work projects and personal side projects and it fits both use cases well. The available project templates are helpful when starting from scratch and it's also a good place to capture tasks and map out timelines especially with the premium plan.
Cons
A lot of the strongest features are locked behind the premium tier although the free version still gives you enough to work with. The interface started out very simple but over time it has added more functionality. It also works best when the whole team is actually using it so getting everyone bought in is important. And for basic task management, it can feel a little more involved than necessary which is why I tend to use other apps for simpler needs.

“clean layout and quick workflow”
Pros
Everything feels organized and fast to use. Keeping projects private is a big plus and tasks can hold a lot of detail without the interface becoming cluttered. The way everything is structured helps it stay clean and easy to follow.
Cons
One area that could use a bit of work is moving tasks from one project to another. I also couldn't find any integration with GitHub or GitLab and if it does exist, it definitely wasn't obvious.

“collaborative task tracking win”
Pros
Creating tasks and subtasks in it is very easy and it's simple to assign each item to the right person. The shared dashboard is also really useful since files like Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations can be uploaded there for the whole team to access. The interface is user friendly overall and doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with.
Cons
There isn't anything major that stands out as a problem. That said the design could feel a bit cleaner and more user friendly. Once notes, tasks and subtasks start piling up, it can get a little confusing to scan everything quickly at a glance.

“task organization done right”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized in it is really easy and assigning them to different team members is just as simple. That part has been the biggest plus for me.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is with very large Photoshop files. Most of the time, I have to shrink the file size first before it will let me upload them.

“fresh, colorful and fun”
Pros
It seems bright and modern which honestly makes organizing work a lot more enjoyable. The interface has a colorful, professional look, never feels outdated and it does exactly what I need it to do.
Cons
Getting started was a little confusing At first especially when setting up team boards and similar workflows. It also misses some of the sorting options I prefer and have seen in other tools like Monday.

“mission-driven team, cluttered redesign”
Pros
Our company used Asana for a while before switching to another platform that fit our needs better. I really appreciate the mission behind the company and the team building it but once the product design changed, we eventually decided to move on to a different tool.
Cons
The design has been the biggest downside. With all the feature updates and ongoing redesign changes, the product started to feel more confusing and it seems like a lot of users are leaving it for alternatives like Slack or Todoist.

“clean design with decent planning tools”
Pros
The tool is decent and thoughtfully designed, with a really appealing visual layout. It does a good job of helping organize projects, timelines and task priorities in a way that's clear and easy to follow. The mobile app is also a strong addition and works well as a companion solution.
Cons
Even though new features and useful improvements are added regularly, a few functions I consider essential are still missing. The personal task overview is shown as a list but the sorting options are too limited. Right now, it can only be arranged by project, due date and likes, while I would really prefer combinations like due date plus task priority or due date plus project. Since I often manage 15 to 20 tasks a day, having more precise sorting would make a big difference. Another limitation is that task priority can't really be managed independently from the project it belongs to. For example, a task may be marked as medium priority inside a project but among my personal due tasks it could actually be high priority. I also miss the ability to create dependencies between separate tasks, not just subtasks. It would be very helpful to mark one task as dependent on another task being completed first.

“project boards and fast search”
Pros
It made organizing projects feel simple. Setting up boards is easy too and the global search is especially useful since it helps me find just about anything quickly. Also I like being able to create personal tasks without tying them to a specific project which makes staying on top of my own work much more convenient.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any real downsides with it. The software has met and even gone beyond what I expected and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone.

“Loved the integrations”
Pros
The software is simple and setting up Zapier integrations plus email notifications doesn't take much effort. Also it is useful that you can create specific projects limited to the people involved while still keeping them visible to anyone who wants to check in and learn more.
Cons
At times it can encourage too many tasks and too much back-and-forth in chats with coworkers. If you work at a very fast pace, it may end up slowing down your workflow.

“flexible templates and custom fields”
Pros
Every day I rely on this tool to keep track of my own work and assign tasks across my team. Being able to set up projects and build templates is a big plus. I also really like how simple it is to create custom fields especially with the colored visual indicators in picklists. Overall it's a user friendly tool that works well for our needs and I'd probably use it even more if it had a bit more depth.
Cons
I do wish it offered more on the project management side. The calendar and Kanban views feel a little confusing and can be frustrating to work with.

“Great views for small teams”
Pros
Running a small team has been really easy for task management. It offers list, calendar, timeline and board views which makes organizing work very convenient. The customization options are also useful since you can adapt the tool to fit your team's specific needs.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any downsides while using it. The free trial is helpful and if your team has fewer than 10 people, the free plan works well.

“all in one task hub”
Pros
Having it available has been a really positive change. It's extremely user friendly, integrates with Outlook without any problems and the customer service has been excellent. I wasn't the one who originally picked it but I'm genuinely glad we started using it because I prefer it much more than Outlook. One of the best parts is being able to keep conversations and documents together in one place. It's also very convenient to mark tasks complete when they're done and then go back later to quickly find finished items if needed. We use it for conflict checks as well and the tagging feature has been especially useful.
Cons
The only downside for me is the new layout. I'm not really a fan of it but like most tech changes, I'll probably adjust to it over time.

“Simple organization that delivers”
Pros
Getting this much functionality for free is hard to beat and it really does a lot to keep everything organized. The interface is user friendly so it doesn't take much effort to start using it comfortably.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about with this platform. The only thing that gets a bit tedious at times is organizing lists when there isn't a due date attached.

“powerful team productivity hub”
Pros
As far as productivity tools go this is one of the strongest options for supporting teams. It does far more than a basic to-do list, helping people collaborate better and stay focused on meaningful progress. Setting up multiple projects and teams is very efficient and the way teams and projects connect with each other is really hassle-free.
Cons
One thing I still haven't seen is a way to mark progress on a subtask and that would be a really useful feature to have.

“handy for cross-team planning”
Pros
We first rolled it out with a single team and after seeing how well it worked, we expanded it for collaboration across multiple teams in the company.
Cons
At times it seems a bit confusing and still needs some manual setup and organization. I'd really like the ability to move tasks around within sections more freely but overall it's still a great tool for managing both short-term and long-term projects.

Being able to structure our teams and assign tasks around that setup was a big plus for us.
