“fantastic task organization tools”
Pros
Asana works really well for keeping tasks organized, whether they're for my own workload or for assigning to teammates. Setting up recurring tasks is simple and the platform offers a really strong range of organizational options that help keep everything structured.
Cons
One downside is that there are almost too many features and options which can make it difficult to get everyone aligned on the best way to submit or request assignments.

“Easy to use”
Pros
The tool is easy to use and fits team collaboration really well when working on projects. It's user friendly overall and offers great value for the price.
Cons
The latest update hasn't really been my favorite although I'll probably adjust to it over time. I usually prefer things to stay the way I'm already familiar with.

“fundraising and event planning boost”
Pros
Asana made a huge difference in how organized we stayed. It helped us keep track of tasks, see who was responsible for each one and actually move our fund-raising and event planning efforts forward in a meaningful way.
Cons
At the beginning it took a bit of time to understand how everything worked. Since I do not come from a project management or software background, learning the platform was somewhat challenging At first but it got much easier with time.

“helpful for team projects”
Pros
It works really well for collaborative projects because everyone can stay on top of milestones and deadlines. Communication with teammates felt very convenient and I appreciated being able to quickly see what everyone was working on.
Cons
When I'm working on my own, it doesn't feel very useful. Since I'm not involved in as many team-based projects anymore, I've ended up no longer using it.

“powerful task tracking tools”
Pros
Task management works really well and the comment sections make quick updates and edits efficient. Being able to send tasks straight into the platform by email is also a very useful feature.
Cons
Visually it seems a little confusing. Better boards, templates and calendar features would make it much stronger. It also takes quite a while to become truly proficient with it. I'd also like folders within Projects for better organization since task lists inside projects can get very long.

“versatile boards and task lists”
Pros
Being able to build a Kanban workflow with the board view or stick with the classic task list is a big plus. Both options work really well and serve different purposes depending on how you want to manage things.
Cons
The only thing missing is the option to set reminders. If that feature were added, it would make the platform feel just about perfect.

“reliable project tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with project progress and individual tasks is really easy. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of figuring out where something stands in the workflow which makes managing projects feel much more organized.
Cons
it has been a very great platform to use overall. I don't really have any negative feedback to share.

“affordable for content planning”
Pros
As a budget-friendly choice, this worked well for us since it was free and helped us manage our content calendar along with team projects.
Cons
Using it day to day felt less user friendly than we expected and the interface came across as a bit complex. It was also hard to look back on older projects because the layout felt more like a social media thread than a proper team organization tool.

“all project updates in one place”
Pros
Our team can keep all project activity in one place which makes it much easier to store information, track progress and respond to updates without things getting scattered.
Cons
Getting a new project or task set up at the beginning can be a bit confusing since the initial setup process is not especially user friendly.

“helpful team visibility but extra steps”
Pros
One thing that worked well was being able to collaborate with the team and keep track of the day to day workflow. We could update tasks, follow the progress and stay informed through comments as things moved along.
Cons
The downside was that it felt like a completely separate system layered on top of everything else. We had to sign into our CRM and then sign into this as well just to manage workflow. I was constantly jumping between platforms, along with the actual project we were updating. It never really felt like a time-saver because we would get calls and start handling the issue Right away while someone else was still trying to communicate the task through it after we had already moved ahead.

“better project tracking and teamwork”
Pros
Managing projects means small details can easily slip through the cracks but this platform helps us stay on top of everything by letting us build to-do lists for individuals and teams. That way, everyone is clear on what needs to be done and when it should happen. It has made a big difference in both efficiency and overall effectiveness. The ability to monitor project progress daily or weekly has also been really valuable for keeping execution on track.
Cons
One area that really needs improvement is the notification system. I want alerts to be more accurate for the things that matter but the inbox can become cluttered pretty quickly and that makes it too easy to miss important updates.

“keeps our projects on track”
Pros
More than anything else, it keeps our company organized around projects. It helps everyone stay accountable and makes sure nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints although it took me a little while to get comfortable with it at the beginning. That said I'd chalk that up more to me not being very tech savvy than to the software itself.

“perfect fit for team workflow”
Pros
After trying a bunch of project management tools, my team ended up choosing Asana. Even the free version works perfectly for the way our team handles its workflow.
Cons
One area that still feels weak is the Gmail plugin. I need access to my full task list there and the current add-on really leaves a lot to be desired.

“powerful team task tracking”
Pros
Between the task tracker, project boards and all the other useful features, it does a really good job of keeping everything pending in one place. It works especially well when you're collaborating with a team and need a clear way to stay organized.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit confusing at first. It takes some time to adjust to the interface and fully understand how all the features work.

“outlook sync and reminders”
Pros
Having Asana work well with Outlook has been really useful and the daily reminders help me stay on top of things. I also appreciate that updates posted in the platform stay synced consistently.
Cons
The layout feels a bit unfriendly especially in the mobile app. The way the free version is organized could also be better.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is the little animals flying across the screen when a task gets completed and it's a fun, creative touch that makes using the platform more enjoyable.
Cons
Creating several tasks at once feels like it could be handled in a more efficient way although it's possible there's already a bulk option and I just haven't discovered it yet.

“flexible collaboration across devices”
Pros
It is easy to use and the collaboration flow seems very user friendly. Also it has apps for both iOS and Android so users can update their status from practically anywhere using a mobile device or any web browser.
Cons
One limitation is the lack of flexibility when switching between views. There's no option to move from Kanban to list view and the number of users is somewhat restricted.

Pros
Right from the start, Asana felt very user friendly and simple to use. It has been an excellent tool for keeping tasks organized for both me and my team and even new users can get comfortable with it quickly.

“helpful templates and realtime cloning”
Pros
Getting started with Asana was quick and the initial setup didn't take much effort. The templates are really useful and being able to clone or copy projects and tasks in real time makes day to day project work much more efficient.
Cons
One area that could be better is the integration with O365 especially around email, file sharing, calendars and contacts. I'm also still unsure how strong its full project management capabilities are since we mainly use it for task and project tracking.

“remote teamwork done right”
Pros
Working on projects as a remote team is much more organized with Asana in place. It keeps everyone aligned and on top of their responsibilities and the many integrations with other tools we use, like Harvest, make it even more useful. Project managers can quickly review to-do items without digging through long email threads which saves a lot of time. On the individual side, it also makes it simple to sort out priorities for the day, the week and beyond.
Cons
Because the platform offers so many features and options, learning everything can feel a bit overwhelming at first. That said the tutorials they provide are very helpful and do a good job of guiding you through the different functions and possibilities.
