Once operational it meets expectations. Our previous bookkeeper had several customized reports that worked well. Good for ease of timesheet.
Cons
As the owner of a small engineering firm we encountered difficulties accessing human support for our new bookkeeper's training. Multiple requests for paid support yielded unclear responses and no follow-up steps leaving us without the expected human assistance. Expect challenges in obtaining human support requiring a significant investment of time and effort.

“Perfect tool for keeping your timesheet”
Pros
This is an excellent tool for keeping a record of your workflow and time in motion. Super easy to understand and can be accessed even outside the office. Once I forgot to submit my timesheet but I didn't have to worry since I can send it at home without installing any apps (but just fyi there is an available app you can install which is very awesome!)
Cons
On a couple of occasions there was a double entry for an activity I didn't perform. Although it appeared to be a glitch I believe it has been resolved. No more complaints.

Pros
BigTime appears to possess the type of flexibility that our company really needs in order to track our project budgets and time. We're excited to dig in to the capabilities of the software and make our process more efficient. The customer service experience so far has been stellar from the sales experience with Ty who was informative and communicative but not pushy to the onboard session with the executive who engaged our group well and covered a lot of material in a short amount of time. The customer service experience has been a big draw as it has instilled confidence in the product which is in itself a bit of an investment for our company not just in terms of money but also in terms of time and resources given to changing over our system.
Cons
As we're just starting with BigTime it's too early to identify any issues.

I like that I can log in throughout the day see what time I've logged and make edits if needed. Team at BigTime support helped me figure out how to easily see who has logged PTO time so I can quickly push that into our payroll system.
Cons
Certain expense charges like field truck charges are challenging to link to timesheet entries. Figuring out how to ensure all field days have an associated field truck charge is still in progress. Being new to the software there might be an easy solution I haven't found.

Easy to use I love that it makes tracking and exporting sales to Quickbook so so easy. The support staff are very helpful all the time to solve any issues that you can have . I love the ability to watch webinar and speak directly with customer service any time I have a issue .
Cons
Manual syncing with QuickBooks Online is required but it's not a significant concern for me and overall I'm pleased with this software.
