Amazing Experience with BigTime!

Pros

I appreciate that the software allows us to invoice clients, generate and pay expenditure reports, and gather project information in an easy-to-use project database. Time tracking is simple, and built-in reports make it easy to see crucial data with just a few clicks.

Cons

Although the BigTime monitor is not a service, it does require an account to be logged in at all times in order to function.

Pros

I like BigTime because its easy to set up a project with tasks that match the terms of the contract. You can also set cost and invoice rates at the company, project, and even task levels. This flexibility makes it easy to create invoices that correspond to the contract structure.

Pros

Timesheet ease and detailed reports support project tracking. The smooth invoicing process, synced with QuickBooks, was a selling feature.

Cons

The recent addition of BigTime Wallet allows clients to pay invoices with a credit card or ACH using a link. While we are just beginning to use it, Support team has been helpful. It is noted that arranging technical support from the beginning by the sales department would have been preferable.
