Pros

I like that the system is quite simple to use, and you wont have to maintain anything. It also supports online conferencing, which is quite useful in the workplace.

Cons

I use the free version, which has several limits; of course, paying for extra capabilities makes sense, but we should be allowed to try before purchasing.
