Cons

As far as I know, Bitrix28's price is understandably higher than other CRM software like ZOHO. To make it more affordable for smaller companies, hopefully, the price can be reduced.

Pros

Bitrix28 offers a good CRM option with pricing based on plans, including users and functions. While costs may be higher for fewer users, it becomes very affordable for larger teams, with a free starting option. The platform's extensive forums and support complement its scalability, ensuring users won't miss any necessary functions.

Cons

Prices and plans may change at any time, typically increasing, as it has happened to me twice already. Support may be limited, sometimes suggesting to contact a local partner for assistance.

Pros

One of the most intriguing features is its user-friendly environment for handling leads, which offers the opportunity to create customizable web forms. We can also integrate them into our workflow which is valuable in the process of obtaining new clients. Its features are integrable with other administrative systems which enables our firm to be automated, especially in the marketing sector. Their customer support is really a big plus for us, to the extent that it overpowers all the other pros. Whenever we stumble upon issues, which can happen frequently, their team has always been available to sort it out for us.

Cons

First things first: a bulky widget. If you employ widgets, such as openlines and others, your website will load slowly. The second one is an outdated admin interface, such as "Permissions" and several others. Additionally, email marketing and updates are severely lacking. The final downside is that you hardly get any additional features for free. Hence, its difficult to discover any worthwhile add-ons that are free of cost. These seemingly small issues can morph into big ones in the long run because such issues also wear down your workflow. It would be great to have these issues addressed as soon as possible.

Cons

Two less-likable aspects include: - Difficulty in reaching custom support, which takes a considerable time to respond to emails, leaving users isolated when reporting bugs and seeking assistance. - The pricing is excessively high for small businesses. Bitrix28 charges USD61/month (occasionally with sales reducing the price) for an entry-level package, whereas software like Zoho charges only USD12/month.
