BQE Core is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform for the time entry and project tracking functions that I use it for. I can tell that it can do a lot more, and I hope to explore all its potential in the future.

There are a few UI behaviors that I would consider quirky, but most software has some form of this.

Helps to organize the workflow in the team and manage all expenses, deadlines. It is an amazing tool that also helps with communication between team members.

The filters in the Report section are a little bit confusing.

I have had no major issues using this service to input time and memos. They also had a wonderful training program to get everyone up to speed on how to use the program.

User interface is really clunky. Tech support is available but sometimes hold times are long; they usually will solve the problem but sometimes will take some time.

BQE Core has streamlined our office! It has simplified the futile challenge of transcribing daily written timebook entries into other accounting software. Gone are the days of trying to read handwriting, missed time, lost notes, and errors in billing. Having BQE Core at all employees fingertips saves time and costs for the business.

I use BQE Core every day to log my hours worked on different projects. It is very easy to use, simple and fast. I can just select the project I worked on and the time on each project. I like that I can change the layout so I can visualize my time by week, bi-weekly and monthly. I have used it a couple of times to submit expenses as well and I get the same experience, intuitive and friendly UI.

There is no direct access to the function I use the most which are the time entries.

We use BQE CORE to keep track of projects, timesheets, expenses, accounting, and invoices. Its a very useful tool for a consulting firm like ours. Customer service is great, and I like their online support system - friendly and easy to use. Overall, very satisfied.

Customization of the dashboard (or lack thereof) is the only thing I really dont care for in BQE core

We daily use BQE Core as time and expense tracking for the projects we did. It is easy to record the time spend on each project and add notes on what has been done for those time. This software just makes project tracking becoming easy.

Some of the reports could be a bit more user-friendly such as the A/R aging report.

CORE offers a dynamic time and expense features for the employees along with billing and invoicing features that streamline the business accounting needs. Invoicing and accounts receivable are organized to allow us to focus on creating business value instead of cumbersome tasks. CORE also has a lot of Reports for all types of items (i.e. time card, aged invoices, expenses, etc.)

Cons

The invoicing module can require a lot of clicking if the time and expense entries arent processed correctly. Invoicing module offers dynamic update for minor adjustments after preparing an invoice. Budgeting module requires upfront setup time to use for each project. CORE does not have payroll but what I understand they are in the process of integrating into the software.

When you scroll to the bottom it refreshes sensitive.

Nothing, really. Any new software comes with a learning curve, but BQE Core was easy to learn and it really saves our employees and sub-contractors time.
