Pros

The drop-down functionality is easy to use, and the weekly view provides helpful clarity. Being able to see the total for each week is valuable.

Cons

Copying weeks is not straightforward, and as many tasks are repetitive on a weekly basis, it would be more convenient to set up a template and make adjustments rather than starting from scratch each week.

Straightforward and effective

Pros

The software is user-friendly and gets the job done effectively. One feature I particularly like is the Timesheet View, which provides a quick overview of the time spent on each client or work order.

Cons

There are a few features I'd like to have: 1. The ability to search through comments. 2. The option to move entries to a different client/work order without having to recreate them. 3. Grouping entries in customized categories would be helpful, such as "Client of type A" or "Client of type B." 4. Having the ability to export to XML or a similar format. 5. It could be a bit quicker.

Pros

I find this organization's time record management system to be easy and customizable. I use it every day and appreciate the ability to switch between weekly and daily views, add notes, create multiple project-based codes, and track expenses.

Good product and easy to use

Pros

It's easy to use, and the categories and projects carry over from one week to another, making time entry faster. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to unsubmit if I make a mistake, without needing to involve managers for unapproval and resubmission. The timely save and the option to add hours both row-wise and column-wise make project assignments effortless.

Cons

The expense report tool is terrible when it comes to using dates. It's much easier on the phone but when I need to add flights or Uber expenses, the date feature serves poorly.

Pros

Pros

As a user, my primary purpose is to track my time for my job at Method Communications. It's the first online timecard software I've used, and it's incredibly easy and quick to complete each day.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to load but that might be due to my connection or computer. I'm not entirely sure. Other than that I have no complaints.
