“Fast task flow with clean timeline”

Pros

Tasks can be dropped in quickly, due dates are set with a single click and switching between views happens without lag. The timeline lays everything out clearly and the live docs working alongside tasks save me from juggling extra tabs. Comments also stay attached to the work so a lot less gets lost.

Cons

There are a lot of layers to work through so it can feel like you need a guide just to catch your breath. Some settings are buried pretty deep, notifications can arrive late and the mobile app isn't very good since touch controls sometimes miss taps.

“Powerful database with automation setup”

Pros

One of the things I have enjoyed most about it is how it let me build a complete database using the project management tool, while also setting up rules with custom fields to connect the data and automation workflows.

Cons

The only downside I have run into is that learning how to use most of the features well enough to adapt them to my business has taken a fairly long time.

Pros

Between the to do lists, Gantt charts and other planning tools this software gives us everything we need to keep work structured and productive. The dashboards are clear and make it simple to follow progress in real time. Task automation has also been a big advantage since it cuts down the effort and time spent on repetitive work. On top of that the prioritization features help us focus first on urgent key account tasks, while the progress tracking tools show exactly how close we are to reaching our goals.

Cons

We honestly have no complaints about it. Up to this point there has not been anything that feels out of place or disappointing for our team.

One of the best parts for me is how customizable it is, from the different views to task fields to team dashboards.

The biggest downside is the learning curve, along with the occasional lag when moving through larger workspaces.

Creating tickets and setting up automations in ClickUp has been the simplest experience I have had with this kind of software and I really enjoy how user friendly the interface is.

One inconvenience is that I cannot bulk select tickets which can be frustrating at times but it doesn't take away from the excellent overall experience.

Out of all the project management tools I have used this one has been the best by far. Connecting it with other tools is very simple and it also makes communication with coworkers much easier.
