The option to utilize a free tier for testing before committing to a purchase is a valuable feature.

Cons

The platform occasionally experiences slowdowns and crashes although not on a consistent basis. While not a persistent issue it can be frustrating. As mentioned earlier the notification center could benefit from more options for individualization.
