“amazing value for price”
Pros
ClickUp offers highly customizable workspaces and integrates well with other systems. It also comes with a wide range of task management and time tracking features that help keep work efficient. On top of that the software is budget-friendly which adds to its overall value.
Cons
Its mobile version has been a weak point for us because it tends to lag and doesn't work as effectively as expected. There's also a fairly steep learning curve so some training is needed before implementation feels comfortable.

“find it a little confusing”
Pros
The system is very user friendly, was simple to implement and overall came across as quite versatile while working well across different platforms.
Cons
The notification setup seems a bit confusing and is not very flexible when it comes to matching the needs of my operation. I also was not a fan of the default notification settings.

“Visual planning with built-in tracking”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is being able to build visual layouts and diagrams while brainstorming which makes organizing ideas much more practical. It's also really convenient that I can track my timesheet inside the same app instead of having to jump over to another tool.
Cons
The biggest downside has been the lag and delays especially when I am working with more complex documents. I have also run into issues with the AI unexpectedly crashing while I am using it to create a document.

“tool worked fantastically”
Pros
ClickUp has been a smart and user friendly project management tool for us. Customer communication runs very smoothly through it and overall it has been the best option we've used.
Cons
It has been working really well and over the past four years we honestly have not come across anything we dislike about it.

“fast mobile access”
Pros
The dashboard uses drag and drop which makes it very convenient to work with. It's also highly customizable so it can be tailored to fit almost any industry or project type. On top of that the mobile version is one of the quickest and most beginner-friendly ways to get started.
Cons
It mainly centers on project and task management, at least to a certain extent but that focus also helps deliver strong performance.

“Versatile templates and dashboards combined”
Pros
There are plenty of templates available and they can be adjusted to fit the specific needs of each project. The dashboard feels very user friendly and gives you a lot of freedom to customize it the way you want. I also really appreciate the different ways to view projects, whether in a list, Gantt chart and other formats. The only thing to keep in mind is that downloading the Gantt chart requires a paid plan.
Cons
At the beginning the amount of information can feel a bit overwhelming. Since the platform comes with so many tools and options, it may be a lot to take in for teams that are just starting to implement software like this.

“Team coordination at its best”
Pros
Having task management, docs, time tracking, goals and chat all in one place really helps my team stay connected. It makes communication much simpler and lets me delegate tasks without jumping between different tools.
Cons
Getting started took some time because the platform has a fairly steep learning curve. It also took a while to set everything up and customize it before I felt fully comfortable using it.

“all features are top notch”
Pros
Out of all the project management tools we've tried this has been the most complete one by far. They also keep rolling out new features regularly which makes the platform feel like it's constantly improving.
Cons
Since we rolled it out it has been performing well overall. That said the mobile app can be frustrating at times and still feels limited in terms of features.

“Powerful workflows with great teamwork”
Pros
From handling repeat tasks to keeping the whole team aligned, it has been a big win for us. Its powerful automation workflows help us take care of routine project work much faster. The collaboration tools especially chat and file sharing, make communication simple and let us work together without any friction. We also rely a lot on the project visualization options like boards and lists because they make it much easier to track progress and stay on top of project completion. On top of that the interface looks very user friendly so even new team members can start using it without much trouble.
Cons
It has met our expectations really well and no one on the team has raised any complaints about it. We have not run into any issues during our use.

“Flexible task views with due dates”
Pros
Being able to clearly view my tasks along with their due dates is something I really like. Creating new tasks is also very easy and there are plenty of customization options that let me personalize my to do list the way I want.
Cons
The chat system can be frustrating at times because conversations are easy to lose track of. I also wish updating a task's status was more easy. For instance there isn't a clear way to leave a comment on a task that notifies the assigner so things can end up getting buried and disorganized.

ClickUp works really well as a project and task management platform, whether the team is small or much larger. It does a good job of keeping everyone organized, aligned and on track with their work.

“Automation glitches happened constantly”
Pros
It works really well for project management and team collaboration. The ability to customize fields and automations, assign tasks to different team members and track everything with status updates and due dates is definitely useful.
Cons
Over the past few years though we've run into a lot of glitches while using it. The automations stop working far too often which becomes a major issue in project management. Their support team is responsive but when the problem needs to be investigated, it can take a while before they come back with an actual solution.

Pros
Having everything in one place has been a huge plus. The scalable structure makes it simple to handle both big-picture projects and smaller day to day tasks without feeling limited.
Cons
