“delivered well for us”
Pros
Once ClickUp is part of the workflow, it makes every other app feel unnecessary. It's basically a blend of what feels like 500 different tools packed into one platform.
Cons
The AI chat still feels undertrained. It also returns markdown in its responses instead of properly formatted text.

“Amazing choice for long term projects”
Pros
It's a platform that has the capabilities needed to build large, long term projects.
Cons
I'd like the UI/UX to be more easy so team members can better see their task load and manage what they need. Also it gets pretty glitchy when duplicating and using large templates.

“Task hub allowed full customization”
Pros
Having everything for my tasks in one place has been a huge plus. It keeps me organized, offers a lot of customization and integrates well with other platforms I already use.
Cons
As a new user the interface felt pretty complex at first and a bit overwhelming so getting comfortable with it came with a fairly steep learning curve.

“Liked it!”
Pros
The level of customization and flexibility in ClickUp is something I really appreciate. My company relies on it for a wide range of needs, from CRM and bug tracking to project management, resource storage and process documentation. The fact that it handles all of those functions well in one place is honestly very impressive.
Cons
That said it does come with a fair amount of bugs. It can be a little glitchy at times and occasionally needs a refresh to work properly. Thankfully, the issues are usually minor and more annoying than truly disruptive.

“Free version is amazing”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes it really convenient to manage multiple clients and projects. Even the free version comes with plenty of boards which is a big plus. I use it for task management, budgeting soPs and quite a few other workflows. It keeps both my work and home life organized and being able to send emails straight from Outlook is very helpful. The mobile app is useful too since I can keep track of things while I am out and about.
Cons
I noticed that it still doesn't connect with the Outlook calendar.

“clear task priorities for us”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized is really easy and being able to set priorities alongside custom workflows with adjustable statuses makes the whole process work the way I need it to.
Cons
At times the app feels a bit sluggish and the mobile version still doesn't offer as many features as the desktop experience.

“Clean UI with helpful integrations”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the UI and the built-in integrations with CI/CD tools like GitHub and GitLab are a big plus. They make it much simpler to keep track of task progress and the platform is easy to use overall. It also helps maintain transparency across the team.
Cons
Getting started with the tool does take a bit of time and there's a small learning curve that may require some training in the beginning. Other than that, I have had a really positive experience with it.

“simplifies task sharing”
Pros
Everything feels very direct and to the point. It works well for remote communication with team members especially when sharing links and assigning tasks.
Cons
The notifications can become overwhelming. I am sure there are settings to adjust them but if they aren't tuned properly, they can get out of control fast and important updates end up getting buried in the flood of alerts.

“Flexible workflows with custom views”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility built into it, from the way tasks are displayed to how workflows are set up. Teams can really tailor the platform to match their own processes and specific needs.
Cons
At the beginning it can feel like a lot to take in especially for anyone who hasn't used project management software before since there are so many features and customization choices available.

Pros
There are lots of options available and I can track every stage of my tasks and mention each step clearly which has made my work much more effective overall.
Cons

“Ticketing workflow proved the best”
Pros
This has been the best ticketing software I have used so far. Creating tickets and setting up automations is very simple to understand and doesn't take long to get comfortable with.
Cons
One thing that can be a bit frustrating is not being able to bulk select tickets although it doesn't really take away from the overall experience.

“all in one workspace I truly enjoy”
Pros
One of the best parts is that it stays free forever unless you decide to pay for premium features. I really appreciate the way it handles time and project management especially with so many useful tools built into a single platform. Because of that, I don't need to keep a dozen tabs open anymore.
Cons
Calendar integration is where it falls short for me. I manage 6 calendars across different platforms and up to now I have only been able to sync Google Calendar and even that has come with issues. I also wish the Outlook calendar connection worked both ways.

“able to adapt it quickly”
Pros
It adapted really well to the way I work. Having multiple view options like List, Board, Gantt and Calendar made it easy to manage things and I could customize projects to fit exactly what I needed.
Cons
The interface isn't the most user friendly so getting less tech-savvy users or people who have not used a project management tool before up to speed was a bit challenging.

“Project hub stayed nicely flexible”
Pros
Having multiple tools work together on one platform makes it much easier to manage several projects in one place. A team can be designing in Figma while I keep track of project progress in Asana or Jira, depending on what the customer prefers. The recent Form Hub update really helps the platform stand out and customer management has definitely improved. I just wish Mailchimp integration was included as well.
Cons
Email management still feels behind and to me that's something every platform should handle well. There are project management tools that can cover some of that but email shouldn't feel secondary. If the system can organize forms this well, it should also be able to offer proper email support, with other tools being optional rather than the main workaround.
