Gives a nice all in one boost

Pros

It helps me manage my time better and takes away the stress that comes with piled-up tasks because it includes all the tools needed to be more productive at work. My team and I keep our tasks, chats, goals and documents together in the same platform which keeps everything organized. The interface is clean and user friendly so using the app never is tiring or complicated. One of the best parts is that it works across all devices, even Apple Watch which makes it incredibly practical. The Google Chrome extension is also a huge plus since I can turn emails into tasks right away.

Cons

It has lived up to everything I expected and I honestly do not have any complaints about this software.

Easy to use and approachable

Pros

It is very easy to use and it doesn't overwhelm you with a bunch of confusing features. It's simple enough that most people can pick it up and use it without much trouble.

Cons

One thing I do wish were better is the content calendar setup since it could be easier and simpler to put together.

Great hub for planning projects

Pros

When it comes to project management, I'd definitely recommend it. My small team uses it to plan our projects, manage tasks and make edits all in one place. The instant messaging is also really helpful. If I need to share something with the team, I don't have to message everyone one by one anymore. We just communicate directly through the app.

Cons

At this point I honestly don't have any complaints. I am really enjoying the app and the overall experience. Kudos to the platform and the team behind it.

Strong task tracking and teamwork

Pros

Keeping up with scheduled tasks is very easy in ClickUp. Assigning work to different team members and managing it all takes very little effort and the real-time visibility into progress is genuinely helpful. The reminders and alerts make a big difference when it comes to staying on top of deadlines. Also it offers detailed progress reports and useful project insights and overall it works really well as a collaborative and manageable platform.

Cons

One downside is that the interface can be hard for new users to figure out at first especially on the mobile version.

Great for task and team management

Pros

The task management tools have been a standout for me and the team management features are just as impressive. I absolutely love using both.

Cons

Every now and then the software has a few minor freeze-ups but they're only occasional.

Great interface with helpful integrations

Pros

this tool works really well as a business tracking tool and the interface is very amazing and pleasant to use. Another big plus is that it integrates with many of the most widely used applications available on the market.

Cons

I honestly have not come across any major downsides while using it. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the mobile app could be improved further.

Syncs perfectly across all devices

Pros

My tasks stay synced between my desktop and smartphone which makes it really convenient to keep up with everything on both devices.

Cons

The Gantt view feels too limited in size so it's hard to see my full plan for the entire month at once.

Task tracking works better now

Pros

We started using ClickUp after noticing that employees were often falling behind on their assigned tasks because there wasn't much oversight. With the stopwatch feature in place now, I can keep track of who is working on time and staying on schedule.

Cons

Using it has been quite easy overall although since it's still a new tool for us, a few questions have come up like how to mark tasks as completed and how to assign them properly.

Reliable workflow that stays efficient

Pros

ClickUp has been efficient, effective, reliable and overall very good to use.

Cons

The downside is that it can become a bit addictive and over time it may narrow your thinking and encourage laziness.

Dashboard view

Pros

The dashboard view is part of Clickup flagships software. It includes List, Box, and Board view. Each one has a specific way of displaying tasks.

Cons

It has limited functionality for assigning KPIs to a project and setting their baseline values.

Versatile views but held back

Pros

Getting started with it is pretty easy and fitting it into an existing business workflow doesn't take much effort. It also offers enough integrations to support better productivity. On top of that the wide range of task fields and project views makes the platform feel very flexible and adaptable.

Cons

One frustrating part is that the team behind the product doesn't seem to respond to feature requests at all, at least from what we've seen. There are still quite a few bugs throughout the platform as well. Performance is another big issue as the whole program runs extremely slowly. Honestly, I cannot think of another productivity app that feels this sluggish. Unfortunately, that applies to the website too. The mobile app is also slow and fairly limited and the experience between desktop and mobile is not consistent at all.

Great hub for team collaboration

Pros

One thing I really like is how well it fits every kind of team which makes it possible for everyone to use the same app to stay organized and collaborate in one place. I also loved that it gives users 8 different view options which really helps with managing projects and bigger tasks.

Cons

The only real downside I ran into and it honestly was not that bad was that my account lagged a lot at first. After I contacted customer support though, they handled the issue and got it resolved.

Good control over workflow

Pros

Keeping track of workflows and projects is really easy with this. You can always see exactly where everything sits at each stage and I basically run my whole business through it.

Cons

It can be tough to figure out if you're not especially tech savvy. The platform has a lot of impressive capabilities but the tutorials only seem to cover the very basics and not much beyond that.

Standout tool for project management

Pros

From planning to day to day execution, this project management platform covers everything I need in one place. It includes all the features and functionality I expect, the subscription pricing is competitive and the customer service has been excellent. It really feels like a game changer.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little I would want changed. If anything, I'd only reconsider the name, color scheme and marketing style since they take away a bit from the otherwise professional feel of the application.

Great planning tool for teams

Pros

it has been a really useful tool for keeping a business organized especially when it comes to managing marketing strategy, setting goals and using the calendar to stay on track. It works well for structuring both the business and the team, whether the setup is small or much larger.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides yet but I'll keep an eye out.

Strong views and good reporting

Pros

Across our 10 person dev team including QA, SCM, PO and developers, everyone could build as many custom views, lists and other setups as they needed. The aggregation features worked really well especially when grouping items for exports and reporting. We also relied heavily on subtasks for task scoping basically breaking larger work into smaller pieces and on the Business plan it was useful that we could assign hour estimates too.

Cons

There were two frustrating parts for us. First, we were on the Business plan mostly because we needed the resource vs. task allocation feature. Otherwise, the Unlimited plan would have been enough so it was annoying having to move up a tier just to access that one capability. Second, the customization options are almost unlimited which sounds good but in practice it made the initial setup harder than it should have been. At one point we discovered that some things could be disabled at the list level but that only solved part of the issue.
