“Helpful for projects and targets”
Pros
We use ClickUp to manage tasks, keep project delivery on track and stay aligned with our overall quarterly goals.
Cons
Once a list goes beyond 100 tasks, the platform starts to slow down noticeably.

“Customizable like building with Lego”
Pros
It seems a lot like Lego in the best way as you can customize so many parts of it to fit exactly how you want to work.
Cons
One thing that's still frustrating is that you cannot add multiple organizations in a way that makes switching from one organization space to another really convenient.

“Nice colors but product breaks”
Pros
Honestly, there isn't much I can praise here besides the color palette which was actually nice to look at.
Cons
It crashes constantly and on top of that it doesn't retain saved changes which makes it incredibly frustrating to use.

“Good dashboards and task tracking”
Pros
One thing that really made this software valuable was how accessible it is. Uploading and tracking work items doesn't involve any complicated steps which makes day to day use much more convenient. The feature I'd especially point out is the platform's navigation, particularly the dashboard view for both teams and individual members. Adding new tasks, tracking high-priority items and setting timelines for each task are all features that have been genuinely useful.
Cons
The downside is that while the platform does send emails for every new update, those alerts don't stand out the way push notifications or deadline reminders for urgent tasks should. Any update made by a team member triggers email notifications to others on the same team and although that can help with visibility, it becomes frustrating when 20 emails arrive at once. At that point, it's easy to ignore all of them.

“Strong task management for teams”
Pros
Using this software is not a hassle and it brings simple, practical task management right into the business without much hassle.
Cons
At the beginning the templates were a bit confusing to get used to but our team built up enough confidence to use all of the features within just a couple of days.

“Asana migration went very smoothly”
Pros
Moving over from Asana to this platform was very easy which made the switch much less stressful. The desktop app is also really good and becomes quite simple to work with once you get past the initial learning curve.
Cons
The mobile app still falls short of what it should be. A lot of the views do not keep filters in place consistently which makes getting work done while away from a desktop pretty frustrating.

“Custom forms make requests simple”
Pros
Submitting website edit requests and new ideas through it has been really helpful. Our web developer customized the form to include a deadline, task title, description and attachment upload which makes the whole process clear and organized. It's a convenient way to send her tasks and keeps everything simple on my end.
Cons
One thing missing in the form I use is a receipt option so I don't get a copy of what I submitted through the ClickUp Form. It seems like that may just be a setting that can be switched on or off.

“all in one hub for collaboration”
Pros
ClickUp keeps our marketing plans, reports, strategies and other documents organized in one central place. It makes real-time collaboration with employees and team members very convenient and the platform is modern and professional to use.
Cons
I have not run into any problems with this platform. The overall experience has been very professional, the features are convenient and it's simple to work with so I really don't have any cons to mention.

“Complete powerhouse for project management”
Pros
It covers the full project management process incredibly well. It has become something I rely on every single day because of how much functionality it offers from end to end.
Cons
At this point I honestly cannot think of anything important that the tool is missing or any feature I currently wish it had.

“Versatile templates with centralized collaboration”
Pros
Having several templates available makes it very simple to adapt them to our actual workflow. Keeping everything in one place such as conversations, notes, files and more helps the whole project team stay aligned in communication and supports us in finishing work within the planned timelines with confidence.
Cons
We still have not finished testing all of the features but everything we've used so far has been very helpful.

“Layout and navigation are easy”
Pros
Right away the interface felt clean and approachable and moving around the platform did not seem overly complicated at first glance. There's a small learning curve but once you spend a little time with it, the whole system is very user friendly.
Cons
Its mobile app isn't really my favorite part at the moment. That said I am hopeful it will improve over time.

“Startup offer felt misleading”
Pros
They offered us a special deal because we're a startup which sounded promising at first. Unfortunately that offer never actually happened. It ended up feeling like an unfair bait tactic, if not outright misleading.
Cons
The onboarding dragged on for weeks because, despite several follow-ups from our side, nobody ever got back to us about the offer. That caused major delays for our team and seriously held things up.

“Packed with features and options”
Pros
Among all the tools I have used this is easily one of the most feature-rich. It comes with a huge range of views and capabilities and it's impressive that even the free version includes so much.
Cons
At the same time the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming and the interface comes across as scattered and hard to follow. Elements like card view, comments, priorities and statuses seem spread all over the place, making it feel like the design was driven more by enthusiasm than by clear logic.

“Better value compared to Asana”
Pros
Coming from using both Asana and ClickUp, ClickUp feels a lot more cost-effective for what you get. The interface is quite similar to Asana but it packs in more value. It makes it simple to stay on top of every project, add comments to tasks, keep files organized and one of the best features is being able to embed Google Docs right inside a project.
Cons
There honestly is not much I dislike about it. The only real limitation is that the built-in time tracking is only available on a paid plan but Clockify integrates well so that works really well as an alternative.

“Good hub for planning work”
Pros
After the initial learning curve this really becomes an all-in-one workspace. It's highly customizable and the available templates help a lot when getting started. It works very well for planning and collaborating with teams. Creating tasks and connecting them to each other is easy and you can add deadlines, tags and pretty much anything else you need. The different views like list, board, Gantt and calendar, make it much easier to understand the bigger picture. On top of that the platform is updated regularly which is a big plus.
Cons
A few very useful features are locked behind the paid plans. Also, the setup can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many options and features to go through which can be confusing in the beginning.

“Visual planning with good flexibility”
Pros
The visual layout makes it appealing to work in and there's a good range of customization available, even with the free plan. It also comes with a variety of templates which helps when you're getting started.
Cons
Getting everything set up properly feels a bit fiddly and it takes some time to get comfortable with how it works. Honestly, I probably wouldn't use it again without starting from a template. Even then, the ones I found did not really match my type of work so I still ended up customizing them quite a bit.
