“Fantastic for coordinating team work”

Pros

Rolling this out to a large team went really well, even with plenty of people who weren't especially tech savvy. Everyone picked it up fast, it keeps track of just about everything you'd need and connecting related content is simple. I genuinely loved using this tool.

Cons

A few of the more hardcore PMs on our team mentioned that some reporting formats available in other project management tools were missing here. That said it did not get in the way of staying organized or keeping work moving forward.

“Flexible and free to start”

Pros

We were up and running right away by importing our data from a spreadsheet. The biggest advantage for us was that it's free while still offering a lot of customization.

Cons

One challenge we've run into is that every item has to be tagged and categorized carefully to keep tracking accurate. That level of detail has ended up being a bit too much for some people on our team to manage.

Pros

Right away this software felt very user friendly and well organized. Everything is put together in a way that makes sense and it has made a huge difference in how much product we're able to put out and how much revenue we bring in each day.

Cons

Up to this point I really have not come across anything I dislike. Everything in the software seems to be managed very well.

Pros

Using this product is very easy and simple and it comes packed with plenty of really useful functions. The keyboard shortcuts are definitely the best part for me.

Cons

At times it includes so many features that it can feel a little overwhelming.

Pros

Having built-in templates makes everything much simpler and keeping all files in one place is a big advantage. It helps a lot with coordinating project members and makes it easier to finish work within the expected timeframe with full confidence. The task tracking options and available models are very useful and the CRM-sales integration gives better visibility into customer information.

Cons

Overall I don't really have any complaints about the software because the constant updates keep addressing things as needed. We also have not finished testing all of its features yet.

“Filtering helps but feels overwhelming”

Pros

The filtering tools and scope management are really useful and they help me stay aligned with the design process.

Cons

There are just so many features that it can feel overwhelming at times. I still get lost occasionally especially when I am trying to pull together one complete filtered overview.

“Great tools for task organization”

Pros

There are lots of different ways to organize information and break down schedules, processes and tasks which makes it very versatile.

Cons

This is less a problem with the software and more about the time it takes to learn everything it can do. It has so many capabilities that I am still only using it at a pretty basic level because I have not set aside enough time to explore it fully. The upside is that it still works well even that way and as I learn more, I'll be able to get even more out of it.

ClickUp comes with plenty of useful features for managing tasks, coordinating your team and keeping project work organized.

Cons

Getting everything set up wasn't very easy at first but with a few online tutorials it's definitely manageable.

“Confusing and mixed-up experience”

Pros

As a project and task management platform, it does a really good job with tagging, creating subtasks and helping control and track tasks throughout the workflow.

Cons

Task management and task monitoring are handled very well which makes this a frustratingly mixed experience overall.

Managing time and planning tasks feels really efficient with this tool. It lets me see the whole team, assign work to each person and keep track of progress without any trouble.

Cons

I have not had any negative experience with it while using it.

“Flexible workflows with live teamwork”

Pros

One of the best parts of ClickUp is how much you can tailor the workflows to fit exactly how your team works. I have not come across another project management tool that gives this same level of flexibility. The interface also is simple and user friendly. It is simple enough for beginners to get started with, while still offering plenty for more advanced users. Team members can follow live updates, get tagged in comments and keep track of upcoming deadlines without disrupting anyone else's workflow. There is also a mobile app that some of our team relies on. Having tasks available there is a big advantage for us since we provide a wide range of products to our clients.

Cons

There is not a lot to complain about but one issue does stand out such as the custom fields feature. I would really love to see a better way to manage those fields instead of just cycling through them until they feel used up. There are also too many small buttons, links and elements floating around which can feel distracting. The whole interface could benefit from a cleaner, more minimal and more focused design. Even with that, I still think the software has strong use cases and we do actively use it though for full task and project management it does not feel 100% complete yet.

With other tools, information was scattered across different apps but here I can keep everything together in a single platform. That's what made it stand out for me as I am able to handle everything in one place.

Cons

Adding new panels in the Dashboard area isn't very easy and that part could definitely be simpler.

Pros

One thing I really love about ClickUp is the variety of project views built right into the platform. It makes it much easier to manage work in the format that fits the project best.

Cons

A downside is that some features I consider important are only available with the Pro account so upgrading feels necessary to get the full value.

Running my business has become much more manageable with this software. It really helps me handle what I need to do much more efficiently and I am genuinely glad I came across it.

Honestly, I have had a very positive experience with the software overall and there really isn't anything I'd point to as a downside. I am very thankful to have access to this software.

“Descriptions sometimes won't load fully”

Pros

Nothing good about this tool!

Cons

A week ago, this software became completely unusable because descriptions stopped loading altogether. Support is basically nonexistent and it's reached the point where I cannot run my business properly anymore. I'd strongly recommend staying away from it since it's unbelievably buggy.

The organized interface stands out right away and there's a huge range of features that really help with scheduling and managing my daily work tasks.

Cons

At this point it covers everything I need to handle my daily work tasks efficiently so I have not noticed anything that still needs improvement.

Pros

Having one platform that brings the whole team together has been incredibly useful for managing work. It lets me handle any task or project in one place and keeps everything centralized which makes staying organized much easier. The task list and project management tools are very practical and I can also create and share documents without needing another app. Another feature I really appreciate is the email integration, plus the built-in chat makes communication with teammates much faster. On top of that I can schedule events on the calendar, set reminders and track objectives and goals to see how close we are to hitting our monthly targets.

Cons

It really covers everything a remote team needs to work efficiently, thanks to the wide range of features and tools that help move projects along. Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this app.

“Good visibility for the whole team”

Pros

Everything being in one place has been really helpful and I am able to check on other people's tasks whenever needed. It includes the features we rely on like keeping documents in the same location and sharing one calendar across the whole team.

Cons

The layout can feel a bit cluttered. I have a task where I need to add subtasks with their own due dates and that process doesn't seem very easy.

“Clear task visibility and team tracking”

Pros

Having everything in one place gives me a really clear view of my daily tasks and the reminder emails help me stay on top of what needs to get done. It's been especially effective to see all my tasks both as a list and in a calendar view, depending on how I want to plan my day. Keeping up with my team's project progress is also effortless which makes collaboration much easier.

Cons

At the beginning the tool felt confusing and wasn't very easy to navigate. It took me a while to get familiar with how everything worked.
