Right away the interface looks good and well designed. Linking tasks together works really well and being able to create tasks specifically for documentation is a big plus. I also appreciate that making custom templates is supported since it helps tailor the workflow to my needs.

Cons

One limitation is that the Workload feature which is very useful, is only included in the Business plan. Finding templates can also be a bit confusing at times and I have noticed occasional lag after updating tasks.

Keeping up with daily tasks is simple with this software and the interface is easy to use.

I don't really have any major complaints but it would be better if integrations with other software were simpler to set up.

Right away the interface felt incredibly user friendly. The colors and tools are clear, user friendly and simple to work with and the chat has been excellent. I have not run into any issues using it on my laptop at all.

The only thing I can point to is the mobile version. I don't really use or need it but when I tried it, I had a few issues. That said it may have been related to my phone rather than the app itself.

It has really helped my team get more done and work in a much more efficient way. There are a lot of useful features built in which makes it even more valuable for our daily work.

This has been a really strong tool for distributed and remote teams especially when you're managing work against a project timeline. It helps keep everyone aligned and on the same page every single day.

Handling task assignments in ClickUp has been excellent. Scheduling projects is also easy, time tracking across apps works really well and the workflow management features have been very helpful too.

Between my personal tasks and work projects, this has become the hub for almost everything I manage. It's incredibly flexible and packed with features, to the point where it can replace several separate apps with a single platform. Whether it's projects, goals, docs or whiteboards, it covers all of them. The integrations are excellent and the level of customization is one of its biggest strengths. Overall it has definitely helped boost our productivity. Huge credit to the team as well for paying attention to customer feedback and rolling out new features at a very fast pace. It honestly feels like there's very little this software cannot handle.

At times the interface can feel a bit slow and occasionally buggy. The mobile app is also missing a few features right now, although it seems the development team is actively working on closing those gaps.

Having everything gathered in one app is a huge plus and being able to embed just about anything directly into the board is easily the best feature for me.

The storage feels limited and it can be pretty difficult to locate your files or even figure out the storage setup.

Getting tasks set up and bringing collaborators in is really simple. The slash commands and Slack integration feel like an absolute magic wand. I still can't get over how fast I could turn a Slack conversation into a ticket or task on ClickUp boards and then later, when I had a little time, use slash commands to add descriptions, tables and even links to Miro boards to show exactly what we were trying to accomplish with the task.

After thinking about it for quite a while, the only downside I can point to is that there isn't a convenient keyboard shortcuts guide.

Keeping up with current tasks and what's coming next is really simple with the way spaces are set up. Task management works well and collaborating with others through comments and team activity tracking has been really helpful.

The automations still fall short for some of the things we need. I'd really like a simple option to notify someone when a certain trigger happens. Right now, we work around it by tagging people in comments based on the trigger but being able to send an email automatically to a selected person would be much better.

Project tracking and timeline features have been a huge plus. It's really helpful to assign tasks to the right departments and keep all communication inside each task ticket so projects continue moving forward without getting lost.

It does take quite a bit of setup and customization before the software is fully functional for a company's specific needs.

The standout part of this software for me was definitely the interface. It looked polished and was the part I enjoyed most while using it.
