“Pricing changes hurt overall value”
Pros
We originally picked it because of its flexibility, strong feature set and the idea of having everything in one productivity platform. The interface is user friendly and the highly customizable workflows have been really useful for our team, keeping things organized and helping us work more efficiently.
Cons
The downside is that the recent pricing changes have had a major impact on our business. Users who were previously free guests were turned into limited members which means we now have to pay full membership fees for people who only need very basic access. Because of that, our yearly costs have gone up dramatically. It feels like the platform is pushing customers into unnecessary spending or making them come up with workarounds just to avoid overpaying.

“AI features proved powerfully effective”
Pros
Its newly launched AI tools are the highlight for me especially the Ask AI feature. It's one of the things I enjoy using most on the platform and I really appreciate having those AI capabilities built in.
Cons
Well the only issues is that the feature I enjoy most is available for free only for a limited time. If you want unlimited access to Ask AI, you have to pay for it.

“Versatile templates with approachable layout”
Pros
The interface is easy to navigate and the variety of templates works well for many different kinds of projects.
Cons
Its trial felt pretty limited since not all features were available which made it difficult to tell whether the paid version would actually be worth it for our specific needs.

“loved all the features”
Pros
ClickUp packs in advanced, well-integrated features and comes with a visually appealing interface. It feels like much more than just a project management app, with enough functionality to handle a wide range of work in one place.
Cons
A few features come across as unnecessary and beginners will need to spend some time properly going through the platform before feeling comfortable with it.

“Sprint organization proved powerfully effective”
Pros
One thing this software does really well is give plenty of options for organizing project sprints, grouping project functions, defining task statuses and assigning work to team members in an efficient way.
Cons
Getting comfortable with everything this product offers can take a while because there are so many features to learn. At times finding a specific task or piece of information can also be confusing since you need to check whether filters are turned on.

“Collaboration kept our team aligned”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to collaborate with coworkers and keep everyone on track with their work.
Cons

“Custom workflows with broad integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is how customizable the task management is. I can organize projects and monitor everything based on the priority of the tasks I need to finish faster. It also lets me assign deadlines to every task and project and collaboration across the team feels flexible and very clear so there is little room for confusion when work is being carried out. The variety of project templates is another strong point because it gives me different ways to manage work and different views for following deadlines across multiple projects. Integrations were actually a major reason I chose this platform since the list of tools it integrates with is extremely wide. I do not have to go through extra steps just to sync data between platforms which helps me stay productive instead of wasting time setting up apps and trying to make them work properly. Another benefit is that it works across different operating systems and is also available on the web if you do not want to install anything. That matters a lot in my company because it does not force anyone to use one specific operating system. I can even use it on my Apple Watch which helps me stay updated on project progress and task completion.
Cons
Although the interface looks clean and practical, getting everything configured the first time can be challenging. There is definitely a learning curve compared with some other project management tools, mainly because of how many options are available. I would also really like project-level notification settings because the current flow of alerts can become overwhelming with too many unnecessary updates. Having more personalized notification control per project would make it much easier to prioritize the tasks and projects that actually matter most since not everything needs the same level of attention. If you want to connect a platform through its API, you will need some technical knowledge to make that connection work and access the functions needed for automation. That said I see this as more of a niche issue because most major platforms can already be connected in just a couple of clicks. The AI feature feels awkward and does not perform as well as advertised. I would rather build the automations myself and leave them properly set up than rely on the platform's AI to do it. Even then, the integrations make up for that somewhat since I can always integrate a better AI tool for the specific tasks I need and simply ignore the built-in AI.

“Project management packed with features”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is the wide range of features it offers. It has been really helpful for managing projects.
Cons
Because there are so many functions, I sometimes run into errors when using several tools at the same time. Still, I expect those issues to be fixed in future updates. It has not been a major problem for me since the tools themselves are very good.

“Robust free plan with templates”
Pros
Among the tools available today this is easily one of the strongest options out there. The range of templates is outstanding and my team uses it for both project management and CRM work. There are multiple pricing tiers that fit different business needs, from the Free Forever plan to the small team plan at $7 per user, the mid-sized team plan at $12 per user and an enterprise option. Even the Free Forever plan comes packed with impressive features, including unlimited tasks, unlimited members, whiteboards, real time chat and multiple view options. It also includes 24/7 support which is hard to find in a free plan. I honestly don't know another tool offering this much value at no cost. It has handled our PM and CRM needs extremely well without adding expenses and as a small business that keeps a close eye on budget, it has been a very healthy and productive support for our operations. I'd highly recommend it to businesses of any size.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve which is true for most software and how steep it feels really depends on how familiar someone is with similar tools and how much time they can put into learning it. That said the templates help a lot because they're labeled by difficulty level, from beginner-friendly to more advanced.
