“Flexible tools with friendly design”

Its interface is user friendly and the customization options are really good.

Cons

One downside is that it gets updated quite often which can be a bit disruptive at times.

The dashboard is one of the best parts of this software. It is very easy to use and interacting with it is also not a problem. Plus I really like how simple and user friendly it is.

Cons

At times connecting it with other tools can feel a bit hard.

Compared with tools like Jira, it is much easier to use. The kanban boards are also a strong part of the platform and work really well.

Cons

Its integrations are easy to set up and manage but the pricing can be high and some basic features come with limits.

It's really useful being able to quickly tell whether tasks are finished or still pending, plus setting due dates and assigning them to specific people works well.

Cons

The part I liked least was that I didn't always get notifications when a task was assigned to me and that's ultimately why I stopped using it.

ClickUp has been excellent for online project planning organization and overall management. It handles milestone tracking, time and expense monitoring and ongoing project progress really well. Deployment was quick and the platform comes with some distinctive advanced features that go beyond what we expected.

I honestly cannot point to a single drawback since it has delivered even more than we expected.

Among all the tools we use at the company this has turned out to be one of the best. It was very simple to pick up and start using and the user interface feels friendly and approachable.

One thing I really like is how many features ClickUp includes even on the free plan. Having a desktop app is a nice bonus too. The option to set up separate spaces is especially useful when you're managing multiple teams.

Cons

Some parts of the interface feel a bit dated in the way they're designed. It's also not always user friendly so you have to spend some time digging into the features to really understand how everything works.

Having all of my company information stored in a single app is really convenient. Managing client accounts is also easy and the interface is user friendly.

Pros

The way ClickUp uses spaces fits my workflow really well and feels like the most complete setup for what I need. I organize spaces for customers and keep all of each client's projects inside them as folders and I also rely on spaces for managing bigger internal projects.

Cons

Loading speed is still a downside. I have tested it on several different networks so it doesn't seem to be my connection and that lazy loading is noticeable. It also wasn't like this when I first started using the tool.

One downside was that I couldn't access all of the features I was hoping to find.

Keeping track of projects is easy because all the details are clearly laid out. The layout is simple which makes the platform feel neat and well organized. It also gives a broader view of the team's projects and helps bring a fresh perspective to the work being handled.

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming when there are too many tasks at once. Adding more automation features would make the experience even better.

Pros

The modular UI feels well put together and it works really well for product managers who need to organize sprints and assign tasks across the team to hit milestones. It also makes it easier to monitor project progress, goals and key milestones in one place. Another plus is the built-in integration with CI/CD tools like GitHub and GitLab.

Cons

Compared with similar tools on the market, the pricing is on the higher side. Setting up tasks, assigning them to sprints and filling out all the relevant task fields can also feel a bit more complicated than it should be.

ClickUp keeps our team's work really well organized. We can sort tasks by type, status and how often they need to be done which makes everything much easier to manage. The built-in time tracking on each task is also a big advantage. It works really well for team collaboration and staying on top of all our tasks.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it because it's very user friendly and easy to use.
