“We can tailor it to our needs”

Pros

I really like the fact that we can easily customize it as per our needs. The pricing is also affordable based on the value offered by the product.

Cons

The fact that there are too many features, at times, it becomes a little confusing and difficult for us to figure out all. Other than that, sometimes the loading can take too much time, slowing down the process.

“Powerful automations with AI summaries”

Pros

ClickUp is a massive platform with tons of integrations which gives it a lot of flexibility. The automations are really useful and the newer AI summaries help move tasks along faster and make the overall workflow more manageable.

Cons

That said it is overwhelmingly large especially when I first started using it. With so many teams in my company and so many boards to deal with, the setup felt like too much at once and was hard to adjust to. On top of that the performance is painfully slow, I mean honestly it moves at a tortoise's pace.

The platform's flexibility is a big plus. It can be tailored in so many ways and feels versatile enough to work well for almost any kind of organization.

Cons

Automations aren't especially user friendly and the updated structure has made it more confusing to understand how tasks and subtasks are organized. If you're not careful, subtasks can also end up getting buried.

“Custom alerts with goal tracking”

Pros

One thing I really like about ClickUp is how much control it gives over notifications so I only receive alerts that actually matter to my work instead of constant distractions. The goal tracking features are also incredibly useful since they let our team monitor goals through measurable objectives directly inside the platform.

Cons

The export options feel a bit limited though which can be restrictive at times and doesn't always offer the flexibility I need.

Pros

Managing tasks and workflows with this tool is easy and efficient. It's more affordable than many competing options while still covering the features we need. The collaboration side is especially strong, with whiteboards, team messaging and commenting all built in. It also integrates well with other tools like Zapier and Dropbox.

Cons

Because the platform has a lot going on, it can feel overwhelming for beginners at first.

“Dashboard felt intuitive and clicked”

Pros

Getting started with it was very hassle free right away. The interface is user friendly and the dashboard and overall GUI are well designed and pleasant to use.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the visual distinction between different roles or people across various projects since clearer graphical differentiation would make things easier to follow.

“Timesheets and whiteboards truly shined”

Pros

Two features really stand out to me here. First the Timesheets are very easy to use as you can log time quickly, mark hours as billable or non-billable and even track time with a built-in timer. The other big plus is the Whiteboard feature which I have not seen in any of the other tools I tested.

Cons

The downside is that I have to move to a paid plan to keep using the Timesheets feature and that's one of the biggest reasons I use this software. Since other tools offer free time tracking, that part is a bit disappointing.

Being able to see exactly how much time I spend on each task is really useful.

Cons

Inside the tasks, things can get a bit confusing when trying to add content like images, text or other information. I think the interface could be cleaner.

“Fantastic UI with great integrations”

Pros

Using it is incredibly fun. It's enjoyable to work in, the interface looks amazing, it integrates with just about everything and the list view setup is especially impressive. It works really well for tracking project progress, particularly when multiple people are collaborating. Being able to build marketing campaigns in it is also a very cool bonus.

Cons

There honestly isn't much that bothers me about it. The only thing is that it may take some people a little time to get comfortable with but overall it's a great project management tool.

One of the best parts is the visual way it lays out my work schedule which makes everything much easier to see and organize.

Cons

The downside is that I have to pay if I want to use it collaboratively with other people.

The tool offers really strong value for the price. The features are very similar to other project management platforms but at a more affordable cost.

It doesn't include automation rules to move completed tasks into a specific column so that part has to be done manually.

It covers just about everything in one place such as tasks, goals, mind maps, documents and more. Reminders and events can be synced with everyone involved which helps keep productivity on track. Customer support was amazing too.

Cons

The AI feature feels pretty average at best especially since it costs extra each month. There's also no built-in way to create invoices or handle billing inside the app. On top of that the proofing tools weren't as fully developed as I expected.

I find it very user friendly and easy to use which makes it effective for getting good results.

Cons

It does take quite a bit of time to understand how the logic works but once that clicks, everything starts to flow much better.

At this point I have not come across any drawbacks with this software.

It's been a really amazing platform for internal communication, managing tasks, keeping up with ongoing projects and getting real time feedback from the team.

Up to this point I honestly have not come across anything I dislike especially since it offers so many features to use.

Having List, Kanban, Calendar, Gantt, Timeline and several other views in one place makes project management feel much more adaptable. It's not common to come across a platform that works well for so many different planning styles. On top of that things like task statuses and custom fields can be adjusted to match the way you work. Whether it's a basic to do list or a detailed product launch with dependencies, the system can be molded around your process. It really feels like software that can scale alongside you as your workflows become more advanced.

Cons

Because the platform offers so much, it can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. Getting started took some time since I had to learn what all the features were for. In the end it pays off but anyone looking for something simple right away may end up feeling a little frustrated.

Pros

Everything is easy to use and it lets me handle multiple tasks from one place. It also makes project tracking simple so deadlines are always clear and easy to follow.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it.

Pros

Handling tasks of any size is not a problem, whether they're small to dos or much larger projects.

I have not run into any real shortcomings. Every feature I have used has met my expectations so far.
