“Collaborative assessments with smart priorities”

Pros

A big advantage is how the platform ties calculated risk levels into an integrated assessment that can be adjusted to fit different user needs. The automated task dependencies and priority updates also help keep complex work organized without constant manual changes. On top of that the collaboration features make it possible for multiple analysts to work on the same detailed assessment while still keeping the data consistent and aligned.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the Gantt chart which would benefit from more built-in graphical tools for managing project timelines within assessments. There is also room to expand the available assessment templates. Reporting could be more flexible as well especially when it comes to the metrics shown in the dashboard.

Pros

Having multiple task view options gives our team the flexibility to pick whatever works best for each project. The built-in time tracking has also been incredibly useful for keeping an eye on deadlines and making sure nothing slips.

Cons

The notifications can become overwhelming pretty quickly so they really need to be set up properly to avoid constant interruptions.

Real time collaboration is where this software really shines. The visual workspace works extremely well and being able to jump into video and audio conferences with my team so easily makes project work much more efficient and connected.

Having a dedicated app to download is a big plus since I don't need to keep another browser tab open just to use it.

I do wish the app offered a widget option instead of only opening as a full window since that would feel cleaner and more easier.

One thing that really works well here is how flexible it is. You can pretty much set up whatever you need inside the project management system and connect multiple lists together. It comes with a wide range of features and there's plenty of room to customize the software to fit the way you work. Project management is clearly the core strength and that's the part I value most. Being able to track tasks from different projects in one central place is especially useful.

Cons

At the same time it tries to cover too much and doesn't fully nail every part of it. Because of that the platform can look confusing now and then. Getting started is also pretty difficult especially for users who aren't very tech-savvy.

It gives designers a very customizable task management setup which makes it simple to organize and follow design projects in a way that fits your workflow. It's convenient for prioritizing tasks, assigning deadlines and working together with a team. The visual layout is also a nice touch.

Cons

Compared with some other software, the learning curve feels steeper. There are so many features and settings that it can come across as overly complex and while some users may need all of that, I personally didn't.

Setting up tasks for yourself or teammates is really easy and the dashboards are simple to manage while still giving a clear view of progress.

Cons

The only real thing missing is CRM functionality. Since switching from Insightly, the overall experience has been much better but that feature is still something I miss.

There are a lot of features packed in so it took me a little while to explore everything but it was still manageable.

Having everything for both my job and my business in one platform has been a huge help. I can keep all my tasks organized without bouncing between different tools and switching between the two Workspaces makes it much simpler to keep everything separated and tidy.

Cons

They recently added AI to the platform and it really hasn't been useful in my case. I'd rather the app stop pushing those AI features when they don't fit my workflow because they end up getting in the way and slowing me down. It might work well for other people but for me and my team, it has been more of a distraction than a benefit.

The level of customization is outstanding. It's an incredibly flexible tool and honestly the only real limit is how far your imagination goes and how well you understand all the features and functionality it offers.

At times the sheer number of customization options can feel a bit overwhelming.

It is like a very user friendly project management tool overall and honestly I have not come across anything I dislike about it.

Managing creative projects is much easier with this tool because it keeps project tracking, task management and team collaboration all in one place. My role involves juggling a lot of projects with different kinds of creative work so being able to monitor the progress of each one and keep all the writing together in the same system is really valuable. It also helps me stay connected with teammates, collaborate on shared work and keep an eye on upcoming tasks and projects. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to access multiple workspaces from one account. That lets me handle personal tasks and projects alongside work items while still keeping them separate so coworkers cannot view or access my private workspace.

Cons

One thing I would really like to see is a larger and ongoing nonprofit discount. Our nonprofit is fairly small and we have very limited room in the budget so the current discount doesn't go far enough. Since it only applies during the first year and is fairly minimal, it creates a significant obstacle to adopting the platform long term.

That said having so many features can also work against it because the interface can feel overwhelming at times. I also ran into occasional bugs and slower load times during busy periods which interrupted the workflow.

There is definitely a steep learning curve and the interface can feel cluttered at times which makes navigation a bit challenging.

It seems like a very suitable platform because it brings together the key things needed for managing projects and teams. On top of that being able to quickly analyze the profitability of each project is something I really value.

If there's a downside, it's that the software is so comprehensive that it can be hard to grasp at first. The setup can also be a bit more complex than expected.

Setting up an entire project in one go and building out the timeline has been really helpful. After that, only the immediate tasks I need to handle show up on my daily to do list which keeps everything manageable. It's a really nice way to avoid feeling overwhelmed by a huge list of tasks all at once.

There are just so many features and tools packed into it that learning everything or even discovering the ones that could be useful takes a bit of time.
