I like the wide range of features especially the flexibility it offered in setting up user stories and tracking team hours based on tasks.

It could be challenging at times due to the use of different terminology like using milestones for Epics. Additionally setting up user stories and their subtasks for sprints could be tricky as they were removed from the backlog causing some confusion.
