“Tracking helpful, workflow felt clunky”
Pros
It gave me a way to manage projects and stay on top of where everything stood, including what was being worked on and what had already been completed.
Cons
At the same time this tool didn't really work for me because it felt pretty confusing and ended up being an inefficient way to keep track of everything.

Working on a project with other team members is really easy and the collaboration features make it simple to stay aligned.
Cons
One minor downside is that I still need to remember to manually mark a task as complete.

“Project management received versatile boost”
Pros
Its versatility in project management is one of the things I appreciate most. That flexibility makes it easier to improve productivity and teamwork across different kinds of projects.
Cons
The interface can feel overwhelming because there are so many features and customization options packed into it. For new users especially, that can make navigation harder and create a pretty steep learning curve before they can really take full advantage of the platform.

“free AI tool”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about ClickUp is the Kanban-style boards. I can customize each card with descriptions, assign tasks to teammates and leave comments which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything. The free AI writing feature is also a really nice bonus.
Cons
At the beginning of the year I was trying different Kanban tools as a possible replacement for Trello and the biggest downside here was the pricing. Charging per user each month gets too expensive when you have a large team. I also thought the initial setup was a bit confusing.

“all in one boost for our team”
Pros
Switching to this replaced five different tools we were juggling and having everything rolled into one has made the company noticeably more efficient.
Cons
There have been a few small issues with the desktop app, like slower loading at times or having to manually refresh it. It could just be something on my end though.

“Versatile workspace served teams well”
Pros
One thing I really like is how versatile it is. It brings project management, task tracking and team collaboration together in a single platform which makes everything much more convenient. The customizable options, including views like list, board and calendar, let teams set things up in a way that matches their workflow. On top of that its integrations with other tools can really help organize day to day processes.
Cons
At the same time it can be a little overwhelming when you first start using it. There are a lot of features so it takes some time to understand how everything fits together. It can also feel a bit cluttered at times which makes it harder to quickly find exactly what I am looking for.

“Project views stayed nicely flexible”
Pros
Having multiple project views like Kanban, timeline and others made the platform feel really adaptable, depending on the kind of project I wanted people to collaborate on.
Cons
One issue was that my collaborators often ignored the notifications. It can be tough to separate the useful alerts from all the noise and I wish there were more guidance on how to make the software feel more engaging for long term projects.

“Task tracking proved powerfully effective”
Pros
Task management is exactly why we adopted ClickUp and it has delivered really well on that. Assigning work to specific people, setting time estimates, breaking tasks into subtasks, attaching files and then seeing everything organized on the Kanban board makes the whole process feel very complete. It's a really strong task management tool and that workflow has been fantastic for our team.
Cons
Sometimes the platform feels a bit too heavy. There are quite a few features included that seem useful on paper but in practice we rarely touch most of them. Because of that, the interface can come across as bloated, with extra elements that feel more unnecessary than helpful.

“Flexible features experienced occasional slowdowns”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how flexible this platform is. It covers a wide variety of needs and the customization is especially strong. We've been able to adjust views, workflows and task priorities so they fit the way our team actually works. It also integrates well with many other software tools which has been very useful for our setup.
Cons
Even after using it for two years we've started moving away from it because the ongoing lag and long load times keep slowing everything down. The broad feature set and customization are definitely valuable but they can also feel overwhelming for someone just getting started. Onboarding takes time especially for users who are new to project management software.

“Boring and completely useless overall”

there wasn't really anything positive to mention because it felt boring and didn't offer any real value.
Cons

“Project control packed with features”
Pros
It includes pretty much everything we need to handle individual tasks as well as entire projects and it also lets us track employee activity, like how many tasks each person completes on a daily basis.
Cons
From a features standpoint I don't really have any complaints but as someone who uses the app regularly, I do notice that it sometimes lags and runs quite slowly.

“Task control covered everything needed”
Pros
Having everything in one platform is the biggest plus for me. It makes it simple to manage tasks, monitor progress and keep everything organized thanks to the customizable views and priority settings.
Cons
The part I like least is that the platform can feel a little overwhelming at the beginning because there are so many features. It takes some time to get comfortable with the interface.

“Workspace upgrade proved nicely versatile”
Pros
Back when I first began using it I tracked every single task assigned to me there. Over time, it grew from being just a simple to do list into a full agenda, plus a place to store company documents and templates. I really liked how user friendly it was to move around in especially as a business-focused alternative to Notion which I mainly used for personal stuff, while still offering a lot of similar features.
Cons
Coming back to it more recently, within the last year, it felt like the platform had been packed with a lot of new features that weren't there 2 or 3 years ago. That made it pretty confusing for someone who had gotten used to the older version with fewer tools. this may be the first time I have ever had a negative reaction to software because it added too many features.

“Task tracking powerhouse delivered well”
Pros
Keeping up with a large number of tasks is one of the best things about ClickUp. It does a really good job of helping me stay on top of everything that needs to get done.
Cons

“Better suited for larger projects”
Pros
From a project management standpoint ClickUp helped keep communication more organized. The chat feature worked well and felt somewhat similar to Slack and it was useful being able to attach documents and other files directly to tasks.
Cons
The number of projects we handle made the platform less suitable for our workflow. If the setup had been fewer projects with a larger scope, it probably would have been a much better fit for us.

“Powerful tools with smart AI”
Pros
One of the best parts for me was the multitasking toolbar, along with the real time reporting, automation and time tracking features. The AI tool is a nice touch too since it can summarize comments and even write updates for you. On top of that the platform is very user friendly.
Cons
Its mobile app still has a few bugs that likely need to be fixed. Scheduling can be somewhat tricky at times but not enough to make me stop using it. There is also a bit of a learning curve though if you are comfortable with computers, it should not be much of an issue.

“All recruiting info centralized nicely”
Pros
Having everything important gathered in one place has been really helpful since everyone can access it whenever needed. It works a lot like our recruiting wiki and keeps key information available for the whole team.
Cons
The downside is how complex it can feel. That might be a plus for some people but since I am not in it every day the number of small features makes it seem overly detailed and some entries end up being more complicated than they need to be.
