I was drawn to ClickUp due to its yearly pricing as I needed a place to manage contacts during my company transition.

Unfortunately ClickUp felt somewhat clunky to me and I ultimately abandoned it. I had hoped to create a CRM and nurture contacts but it seemed like a lot of effort to manage.

It lacks integration with Adobe Creative Cloud and is not userfriendly for design ops teams, resulting in increased complexity for design teams. The transition from Wrike to ClickUp has shifted many automated processes to manual, making it less efficient for design ops. Overall, ClickUp may not suit design or creative teams well.
