“Project visibility covered everything needed”

Pros

Bringing all our project resources into one place has made organizing everything much more manageable. The dashboards and visualization tools are excellent for keeping track of project progress at a glance. It also has really strong information-sharing and chat features which help our team collaborate well during projects. The level of customization is unlimited so we were able to set it up exactly the way we needed. On top of that the automation tools have been very helpful for setting up projects and handling repetitive tasks.

Cons

We really have not run into any issues with it since we started using it. there's been nothing about it that we dislike.

The platform seems clear and well organized, with simple navigation, a wide range of functions and an interface that's user friendly to work with.

Once I was managing a lot of projects at the same time it occasionally became difficult to track down that specific one I needed.

Its task management features are really strong and the customizable workflows make it flexible enough to fit different teams and processes. It also integrates well with other tools which helps keep everything in one place.

The interface can feel pretty complex at first especially for beginners and that makes the learning curve a bit overwhelming. There are also occasional slowdowns in performance and it takes a fair amount of time to fully customize everything the way you want.

There's still a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. The dashboards also feel somewhat limited right now so we still need to export data and build our own dashboards.

The flexibility has been a huge plus for managing projects on schedule and giving clients access to follow workflow progress in real time makes collaboration much better. It also comes with plenty of features that help my organization get work done without having to depend on a bunch of integrations from other apps.

Cons

At times the app can feel slow when I open it to enter details and some things take longer than expected to load which gets a little frustrating.

It really feels like the team pays attention to what users need and keeps us updated as new features are being worked on and released. There's clearly a lot of effort put into communicating changes and making sure we know what's coming.

One thing to watch out for is task assignments with target times since they can end up sending notifications that may bother other teams.

Managing projects across the team is much easier with this software. It comes with plenty of useful templates for different project management situations and the interface is user friendly while still offering a lot of customization.

The calendar view can become a little hard to keep under control when too many tasks are assigned to me at once.

The high level of customization is nice but it can also turn into wasted time trying to build the perfect setup that nobody ends up using. The interface also seems a bit complex.

Across my business this tool has been incredibly versatile. It handles basic task management just as well as more advanced project workflows which makes it a key part of both day to day operations and long term planning. From assigning and monitoring simple tasks to overseeing large, more complex projects, it adjusts well to what I need and keeps everything organized and easy to find. Having everything in one platform saves a lot of time and helps my team stay aligned.

There can be a lot to learn at first. The learning curve is fairly steep and the interface can feel complex.

It is a great tool because the interface is very user friendly and helps users create tasks without any special training. As a QA team member, I have found the tags especially useful for sorting tasks by feature. Building dashboards has been a big help and the release wiki documentation is also really useful.

Cons

One part I am not happy with is the search. At times it doesn't feel very accurate and it can lag when searching for tasks. I have also run into a few bugs, like entering a keyword and pressing Enter only to have the first task open instead of showing the actual search results.

One thing I really appreciated was how well it brings team tasks together and organizes them into a single schedule. It also made it simple to roll back member updates and check the expected closing dates whenever needed. The organizational tools are very strong especially since attachments shared between team members are automatically kept with the project file.

I don't have any real complaints about it. The interface looks amazing and getting to the different features and panels is very easy. I even value how strict it is with certain report and dashboard formats because it helps keep everything looking formal and consistent.

ClickUp covers a wide range of needs with its broad functionality. It offers different views that fit different types of work which makes it really practical. It's quick to navigate, simple to use and dependable overall. It works especially well for keeping projects on track.

At times there can be a slight delay when creating tasks or documents.

Pros

Communication around each project is much more focused now which makes the work feel more efficient overall. Having all the documents in one place also helps us stay on track with each topic instead of dealing with information spread across multiple platforms.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd change is having the advisors respond a bit faster when questions come up although they do their job very well.
