“Powerful tools served teamwork well”
Pros
The platform comes with really powerful tools that support our work and help the team get things done.
Cons
The part that was less appealing is that the software is fairly complex overall so it takes time to learn and really needs to be picked up step by step.

“Organized projects with great teamwork”
Pros
Keeping work organized is much easier with this software because you can set up different spaces to separate companies or departments and keep tasks exactly where they belong. It also comes with several default views that help sort task lists in a practical way. It works really well for project management, documenting work and planning everything clearly. Collaboration is another area where it performs very well.
Cons
Its biggest downside for me is that it tends to have a lot of issues during meetings. Because of that, I cannot comfortably present a project to the team or properly take part in scrum sessions with them.

“Recruiting win covered everything needed”
Pros
It has really improved how I handle recruiting. I can work with others on projects organize teams into groups and subgroups, share updates, upload files, set due dates and connect it with tools like Slack. Bringing all of that into a single platform has made my workflow more organized, transparent and connected. The mobile app is also a big plus because it lets me keep track of progress and post updates on recruiting or other related matters whenever needed.
Cons
At the beginning the interface can seem a little overwhelming but after spending some time with it, the advantages clearly outweigh that early learning curve.

“all in one workspace proved powerfully effective”
Pros
Having everything in one place is a big plus. It offers a lot of useful tools for project management and team collaboration, including progress tracking, document storage, chat, dashboards and plenty more.

Because it comes with so many features, it can feel a bit complex when using it for the first time.

“highly customizable product”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and it includes just about every feature needed to manage projects and teams effectively. It's the most customizable app I have come across and connecting it with the other tools my team uses is simple.
Cons
Some features are locked behind higher-tier plans and at times the added cost doesn't really feel worth the upgrade.

It gives teams a lot of flexibility to structure and manage projects in whatever way fits their workflow best.

“Versatile views for project tracking”
Pros
Being able to move between the Gantt chart, Kanban board and list view is what really sets it apart and helps teams handle projects more efficiently. Another standout feature is the task-linked timer which does a reliable job tracking both project progress and team activity.
Cons
That said having so many features can sometimes create broader usability issues especially when working with large amounts of data and several integrations at once.

“all in one workspace finally done right”
Pros
More than anything this is really turning into the one tool that can replace everything we use for day to day management. Since the beginning, they've kept adding genuinely innovative features instead of just rolling out average ones and that's made a big difference. I also love how simple, clean and organized the platform feels. It's the tab my team and I spend most of our day in because it handles communication, visibility and overall management so well.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about. The only part I don't fully love right now is the workflow diagrams. It's still a fairly new feature so I expect it to improve but after using tools like Miro, it still has a long way to go. There was also a bit of a learning curve at the start because it wasn't as user friendly as I hoped. The upside is that being able to turn the diagram into tasks is amazing. I'd love to see it modeled a little more after Miro, along with an option to customize brand colors instead of being limited to the more traditional preset RGB colors.
