“Task tracking at its finest!

Pros

I adopted ClickUp a few years back to enhance my to-do list management and it has consistently met my expectations. The system has seen significant improvements since I started using it and I look forward to exploring its new features.

Cons

While ClickUp has been instrumental in keeping my tasks organized the mobile app occasionally fails to provide timely updates showing either outdated or future tasks instead of today's and overdue tasks.

I find ClickUp's integration with email to be impressive allowing for seamless assignment creation and email attachment handling without leaving the inbox. The tool's capability to link emails to assignments is particularly beneficial. Furthermore ClickUp excels in handling recurring tasks with automated feedback.

Cons

Initially there was a limitation related to file storage for the entire project or space without creating specific tasks or lists. While this has been addressed sharing lists projects or assignments with clients without user logins remains a challenge although there are plans for improvement.

ClickUp functions to some extent though its performance is limited. However it leaves much to be desired especially when it comes to customer support.

Following an unannounced renewal an unexpected charge of nearly 600USD was deducted from our PayPal account. Our ClickUp account transitioned to a free mode despite the expensive renewal payment. Regrettably the support provided was unsatisfactory leaving us feeling deceived.

One major drawback that led me to suggest to my team manager to switch from ClickUp was its initial complexity. The software offers numerous features but the organization and user interface can be improved. While I have become accustomed to the UI after using it for almost two years new users may still face challenges in adjusting to it.
