“Mobile planning consistently delivered well”
Pros
Having a mobile app available is one of the strongest things about this software. It lets me plan, track and manage projects and tasks automatically which makes staying organized much more convenient.
Cons
It's disappointing that the vendor still hasn't included an offline mode.

“Gmail integration genuinely clicked well”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and the connection with Gmail and my other apps makes creating tasks really simple.
Cons
A couple of areas like task priorities feel a bit limited since I'd like more customization but aside from that I think it's excellent.

“Versatile features with stellar support”
Pros
ClickUp has been an incredibly valuable project management tool for me. The flexibility it offers, along with its wide range of features, smooth integrations and strong customization options, really makes it stand out. The live chat support is another big advantage and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
I have been thoroughly impressed with this tool. It has helped me a lot and I really don't have any negatives to point out.

“Startup command center covered everything”
Pros
Running a new startup is much more organized with this platform because I can handle all of my projects in one place. It lets me keep track of clients, marketing work, accounting and bookkeeping and overall task management without needing to jump between different tools.
Cons
There is very little to complain about. The platform feels close to perfect to me.

“Flexible workflows with smart scheduling”
Pros
Being able to tailor recurring tasks exactly the way I want is one of the best parts. That level of flexibility is fantastic. It gets even better because I can set something to trigger every 30 minutes across two consecutive workdays. On top of that custom fields let me organize items by timeline or pretty much any category I need.
Cons
There are almost too many configuration options available. Turning off features at the list level does help cut down on distractions and then you can enable more as you become familiar with the system. I'd still like to see stronger filtering options. For instance I'd want to pull up all open jobs where the due date is blank, overdue or coming up within the next two weeks. Very few platforms handle filtering exactly the way I want and this one still falls short there. It's also a little frustrating when one key feature you want is locked behind the next pricing tier.

“Flexible views with faster deadlines”
Pros
Setting up task dependencies has helped us stay ahead of project deadlines and keep work moving without interruptions. Being able to jump between different views also gives us the flexibility and versatility we need to manage tasks in the way that works best for us.
Cons
Getting started and bringing everyone on board can take a while because the platform comes with such a wide range of features.

“Powerful workflows with great collaboration”
Pros
ClickUp gives a lot of flexibility when it comes to setting up workflows so it can adapt to almost any type of project or industry. The reporting and analytics are thorough and helpful for keeping an eye on performance. It also integrates really well with tools I already rely on, like Google Drive and Slack which makes day to day work more convenient. Team collaboration seems strong here, with features that genuinely help productivity. Another big plus is being able to handle multiple projects in one place without everything feeling messy or overcrowded.
Cons
One downside is that new users may need some time to get comfortable because there are so many features to learn. The mobile app also has moments where it feels a little slow especially when working with larger projects.

“Flexible and highly customizable overall”
Pros
Its usability, adaptability and high level of customization make it a practical fit for all kinds of businesses and help teams use the software effectively.
Cons
The area that still needs improvement is copying and pasting formatted documents in and out of the platform. Tables usually do not transfer well and sometimes they do not carry over properly at all. Spreadsheets can be pasted but the visual formatting often ends up looking messy.

“Powerful tools for project control”
Pros
ClickUp is like a smart platform that includes all the features a project manager would need to handle work effectively.
Cons
No cons to share. As it's easy to use and tailor to different needs and it really helps improve teamwork and efficiency. You can choose between waterfall, agile or hybrid workflows and build custom dashboards to keep everything under control.

“Team task tracking felt approachable”
Pros
Keeping the whole team's work organized became much more manageable with this software. The interface is user friendly and it was simple to get started with. Being able to assign tasks to each team member and monitor progress or any issues along the way has been especially helpful.
Cons

“feature packed but quite confusing overall”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features and functionality.
Cons
There's a lot built into it and that can make it pretty confusing. With so many features and options, task management sometimes loses its value because everything starts to feel too time-consuming and unnecessarily complicated. Even after using it for quite a while, I still have trouble finding what I need and it just doesn't feel very user friendly.

“Dashboard visibility proved powerfully effective”
Pros
The standout feature for me is the dashboard. When you're involved in several projects at once, it's very easy to lose track if everything isn't well organized and in that sense, the dashboard gives you a complete view of the progress across all the projects you're part of.
Cons
One thing that's a bit frustrating is that the AI features are paid across the board even the most basic functions which feel like they could reasonably be included for free.

“Versatile views with powerful options”
Pros
Being able to switch to a list view for added tasks and then open each one individually whenever needed is really useful. It gives a lot of flexibility and the feature set feels very capable overall.
Cons
There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning. It's obvious the platform has a lot of powerful options but getting fully familiar with everything and figuring out which features are actually useful for our team takes quite a bit of time.

“Flexible workflows consistently delivered well”
Pros
Across three of our businesses ClickUp has been incredibly flexible and adaptable to the way each team works. It fits different business needs really well and that versatility is a big reason we've stuck with it. We're still using it now and honestly expect to keep using it for a very long time. Being able to automate workflows and manage our projects inside one system has been fantastic.
Cons
The only real downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started especially for people who are new to it.

Pros
This is an incredibly powerful platform that helps automate a lot of tasks across the company which saves time and makes day to day work much more efficient.
