“Powerful support across all teams”

Simple to get started with, yet powerful enough to support multiple departments across our business.

Cons

It took me some time to realize there was a kanban layout available but once I found it, visualizing work became much easier.

“Flexible setup for various projects”

Pros

The tool is easy to use and adjusting the settings to match our workflow was also fairly simple. We mainly use it for project management but it also works well for tracking sales cases and seeing how each one is progressing even though we do not use it as a CRM or contact database.

Cons

There was definitely a learning period when it came to understanding all the settings and configuring everything exactly the way we wanted. We probably could have reached out for more support from IT but in the end we were still able to work it all out on our own.

An excellent tool for project management and keeping up with daily tasks.

It comes with a lot of features so it can take users some time to get fully familiar with everything.

“Customization handled absolutely everything well”

The level of customization is incredible. I am able to manage nearly all of my tasks, workflows and content in one place with it.

Cons

There isn't really anything I dislike about it but I do wish the dashboard features were expanded a bit more.

Getting started with projects and tasks didn't take long at all and I was able to begin using it pretty quickly.

Cons

Since it's built around a list-based setup, there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how everything should be organized and created.

The integrations module is probably the standout feature here. It lets you connect everything in a way that turns the platform into a really powerful tool.

Cons

One issue we ran into was with the freemium plan when it came time to upgrade. That part caused a few problems and made the start of our experience a bit rough.

Our team really likes being able to assign tasks, subtasks and comments to different people, along with due dates and automated email reminders. It's been incredibly useful for managing everything from large events down to smaller campaigns. I am also a big fan of the UI/UX especially the customizable columns for project statuses because they help us keep our team's project terminology consistent.

Cons

The thing I'd still like to see improved is the ability to switch between project views more quickly, like calendar, list and columns. The options are there but the process of changing views doesn't feel very user friendly to me.

Pros

It's very easy to use when it comes to keeping track of your responsibilities and following up on what still needs to be completed.

Cons

At times the menu feels cluttered and a bit confusing especially when you're just starting to use it and trying to figure out where to begin.

“Fantastic dashboard with great chat”

Pros

Everything is laid out neatly in the dashboard so keeping track of projects and tasks feels very manageable. The chat feature is especially impressive and has been one of the best parts for me. Even as a first-time user, it's quite simple to get started with. The video demo also does a really good job of explaining how everything works. I'd definitely recommend it!

Cons

It's only been about a month since I started using this app but I honestly have not run into any problems yet. If anything comes up later on, I'll come back and update my review.

All sections are readily accessible and keeping track of everything is not a hassle. In other words I have nothing bad to share.

Having different kinds of projects in one space with their own layouts is really useful. The interface is clean and simple to work with so getting around the platform feels very natural.

It would be even better if the price were a bit lower but aside from that the customer service has been amazing.

The biggest advantage is how customizable the workspace is. With all the automation, filtering and AI features available, it feels like there are almost endless ways to tailor it to your needs.

At the same time it comes across like a project management platform that hasn't fully decided what it wants to be. Because of that, using it can feel awkward and a bit unfocused.

Being able to tailor workflows and tasks around exactly what I needed was a huge plus. The automation tools are incredibly powerful as well.

Cons

The mobile app still needs some improvement and a few features felt a little buggy from time to time.

ClickUp really stands out for its highly customizable task management tools and the wide range of integrations it offers. It adapts well to different workflows which makes organizing projects and collaborating much more effective.

Getting started can take a bit of time especially for new users. The platform has a noticeable learning curve at first because there are so many features to explore and understand.

The interface is not very user friendly and it would help to have clearer guidance or informational prompts for users.

I'd definitely recommend it to a friend or coworker. It has made a big difference in my productivity and project management and the platform is flexible enough to adapt to all kinds of different needs.

I must say it is a very capable tool but getting started can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features packed into it. Once you spend some time with the interface though it becomes much more manageable and you can customize it to fit the way you work.

Pros

Keeping my daily schedule, personal tasks and group assignments organized felt very clear and easy in ClickUp.

Cons

Its calendar and timeline view wasn't my favorite part though that may be more about me not being fully sure how to make the most of it.
