ClickUp provides us with flexibility in customization allowing us to tailor it to our team's specific needs instead of following a rigid approach. The platform also offers built-in automation features that facilitate seamless task flow across departments and among team members. We switched to ClickUp because of its 'Everything' view feature which our previous project app lacked.

Cons

Sometimes the challenge arises from over-customizing the platform requiring the removal of redundant templates or rules. Another aspect I am not fond of is the inability to include table calculations within task cells necessitating manual calculations or the use of a separate Google Sheet.
