“Amazing Management Tool
Pros
ClickUp is very well organized visually appealing (perfect for visual learners like me) and surprisingly customizable to individual needs.
Cons
When I enter the homepage it is often empty due to my task management role. I would prefer the option to switch it with a custom dashboard of my choice.

“A collection of useful tools and nearly flawless automation!
Pros
Moving from Asana, I didn’t have high hopes for a relative newcomer like ClickUp, but I ended up staying with them for a number of benefits I didn’t have before. Such as daily, weekly, or monthly repetitive tasks for a client can now be easily managed with excellent tasks management. That is complemented with one of the best automation “methods” on the market. Dare I say, not even Asana had this level of automation. It basically takes care of my work without me having to go to each and every tool to perform trivial tasks. It also allows for managing multiple teams and projects at the same time. Best of all, most of the software features are absolutely free!
Cons
It would feel like I am nitpicking here but I really want ClickUp to be 100% automated. I think more improvement will make ClickUp more reliable and eliminate the suffering I endured while performing some tasks due to their complexity. Secondly, it would be better if they include export alternatives other than Excel and unify the dashboard to make it easier to import and combine data from several sources.

“My team hates to love that I can collaborate with them and improve work quality using ClickUp.
Pros
I have been using ClickUp for a while now. Personally, it has made me more productive and organized. I am aware that these two phrases are overused in the reviews section, but it is what it is. I can easily supervise my team performing their tasks/subtasks and can intervene or directly edit any of their work when required. Customer service is easy to reach. I will recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for project management solutions right now.
Cons
I dread the moment when I know I’m gonna be handling a lot of data at the same time. This is because ClickUp mostly slows down to a halt when there is a heavy document or the content board is full of stuff. This is especially frustrating if you’re already running late for a deadline.

“ClickUp helps with collaborative PM.
Pros
ClickUp offers a large number of features in one place. The platform makes it possible to work in teams on various to-do lists, assign tasks, set times and deadlines, and more. The features I like the most are project and document management, content planning, and briefings. Additionally, you can see who is focusing on what and how busy the team is in essence. ClickUp is easy to use and customizable, so almost anyone can utilize it as per individual preferences.
Cons
It takes time to set up in the beginning since there is so much it can do, in my opinion. Things can often get lost and become difficult to locate again. The time management tool is my least favorite since I think it is too basic to be relied upon. And the desktop app is never updated automatically to show recently added things, so I always have to reload it.
