“feature packed and nicely versatile”
Pros
It's incredibly versatile, comes with a ton of features and doesn't cost much for everything that's included.
Cons
The learning curve is massive seriously, it takes a lot of time to get comfortable with it.

“top value for price”
Pros
Coming from another project management tool, switching to ClickUp felt like a smart move. It offers a huge range of features that I genuinely use and really appreciate. I am on one of the paid plans and I was honestly surprised by how much is included for the price. Compared with what I was paying before for fewer tools and functionality this has been a much better value. I am really happy I decided to make the change.
Cons
Every now and then I still run into a few glitches although it's clear they're being worked on. I have actually noticed that those issues have been happening less often lately.

“Worth upgrading to Pro version”

It is pretty simple and the PRO version offers a better overall experience.

The part I liked the least is that the PRO version isn't free and requires payment.

“Product hub proved powerfully effective”
Pros
ClickUp works as a complete all in one platform for product development. We rely on it for everything from setting and monitoring high level goals to managing individual projects and even our ticketing system lives there too. On top of that it comes with a good range of supporting tools like Docs, graphs and video recording for things like help or walkthrough videos.
Cons
I would say it can be unreliable. At times it's just generally slow and recurring loading problems pop up where I am unable to edit task descriptions because the field gets stuck in an endless loading loop. On the admin side the upselling is also frustrating as they are constantly pushing extras like AI, courses or the Business Plus plan which isn't even clearly listed on the pricing page, yet they still like to lock smaller features behind it. It's a similar story with user management as they happily talk about how simple it is to add a user mid-month but if you remove one, you're suddenly left with an open seat that you're encouraged to fill quickly since you're already paying for it. Situations like that, along with other examples, make the whole approach feel pretty money-driven and it leaves me worried they might start stripping away features only to repackage them behind another premium fee.

“Clean GUI with approachable workflow”
Pros
Right from the start the whole team agreed that the platform is very simple to use and didn't really require any learning curve. We also appreciate the interface and a few people on our team have even begun using it to manage their personal tasks as well.
Cons
One thing that does get a bit overwhelming is the number of emails sent for every status update. It may be something the account admin can adjust but as it is now, the volume feels excessive.

“Flexible planning with great teamwork”
Pros
The project planning tools are simple to work with and make it easy to organize tasks and keep track of progress. The team workspace is strong and has made collaboration across our team very manageable. Its flexibility and customization options allowed it to fit nicely into the way we already work. It has also helped us bring everything into one place which makes managing our work much easier.
Cons
Up to this point I have not run into any issues with it so I really don't have any cons to mention.

“Task juggling with team alignment”
Pros
Handling lots of tasks across multiple projects is much more manageable with ClickUp. It helps the team communicate well and stay focused on what needs to get done.
Cons
Since we use it for recurring monthly projects, duplicating tasks isn't always easy and can take extra time to get everything set up and ready for the team each month.

“Unified workflows with live dashboards”
Pros
ClickUp has been a favorite because it makes building to do lists and assigning timelines very easy. It really strengthens the way our team stays organized by bringing everyone into one shared workflow which keeps goals aligned and helps us stay focused on finishing tasks on schedule. Updating progress is simple and I can send alerts or questions to coworkers without leaving the same page. Another big plus is that every detail and input gets documented there so the project page turns into a reliable reference point for the whole team to follow up accurately and move pending work forward. The dashboards are also excellent since they can be tailored to each project's needs and I appreciate that they refresh automatically with the latest changes so they're always ready to review.
Cons
After the many updates and newer versions, there are barely any downsides left and collaborating with the rest of the team has become both more effective and more enjoyable.

“Workspace proved fantastic for collaboration”
Pros
ClickUp gives our team an excellent digital workspace where we can stay aligned and collaborate closely on projects. The automation workflows save us a lot of time by handling repetitive daily tasks. Its visual project boards give us a clear view of ongoing work which makes tracking progress and performance much more manageable. On top of that the analytics tools are powerful and make it simple to create useful project reports.
Cons

“Scrum project hub proved powerful”
Pros
It covers a wide range of project and task management needs. At our company it's the platform we rely on to run Scrum across all of our client projects.
Cons
My only challenge with it is the dashboard feature. I want a clear, easy-to-read view of the tasks assigned to me and I still have not figured out how to set that up.

“Powerful tool for business tasks”
Pros
Unlike a lot of digital tools that never feel as practical as paper-based methods this one has actually been very useful for me. It's powerful, usable and genuinely helps with staying organized. A few friends had been recommending it for a while and told me how they rely on it to run their small businesses which is what convinced me to start using it too.
Cons

“Task management received productive boost”
Pros
ClickUp has been a really useful online tool for handling my day to day tasks and overall project management. Being able to add custom fields and link projects directly to tasks has made my workflow much clearer and easier to follow. It's definitely helped me stay more organized and get more done.
Cons

“Agile-friendly and packed with features”
Pros
Coming from an Agile environment and having used plenty of other methodologies before, ClickUp genuinely stood out to us. It brings together the strongest parts of those different approaches and wraps them in a best-in-class interface which makes the product incredibly practical and valuable to use.
Cons
A few things still feel missing though. The LINE UP feature isn't available in the mobile app which would be helpful. It would also be much better if lists and tasks could be shared across workspaces so we wouldn't need to keep jumping into a client's workspace and then back again. Dashboard progress reporting could go further too, I mean something like showing how many tasks were completed this week, broken down by workspace, space or list, would be both compelling and motivating for the team. Also, the explanation of how user licensing works should be clearer from the beginning since we nearly ended up with a surprisingly large charge for people who weren't actually full users.
