“Clean UI for managing projects”

Pros

Having used other task management and organization tools before, I really appreciate the overall interface here and how well it helps keep my projects organized and on track.

Cons

Most of the problems I have run into have involved integrations with other online systems although that part has still been fairly good overall.

Pros

One thing that really works well is how scalable it is for team collaboration and project management. It also does a good job of keeping our team organized by making project due dates clear and easy to track.

Cons

There really isn't anything I would point to as a downside since it has been a very strong platform for us.

It comes with every feature I have wanted in a time tracking tool and the interface looks amazing and well designed too.

I have not run into any features that have let me down.

Workflow organization still feels simpler in Trello, for example.

“Clean interface with flexible workflows”

Pros

Right away the clean, attractive and well-structured interface made a strong impression on me. Everything feels properly arranged and keeps work organized in a way that makes sense. I am also really pleased with how much I can customize channels, templates and projects to match the way I work best. When a project is overdue or getting close to completion, it highlights it in red which makes time tracking much easier and helps me react before things slip. On top of that I can chat with teammates through the built-in business messaging, collaborate on projects using Kanban boards and whiteboards and make use of the fantastic drag and drop functionality. It also integrates with third-party tools like Google Calendar which is very helpful for managing dates and deadlines.

Cons

At this point I honestly have not run into anything I dislike.

“Fantastic support with great automation”

Pros

After more than five months of using it across our organization, we're genuinely very happy with the service. The customer support team has been excellent and the platform is simple to navigate even for someone who wouldn't consider themselves very tech-savvy. I was even able to set up a workflow automation despite never having used it before.

Cons

There are occasional bugs that can disrupt our workflow but their customer support team is always available to help sort things out.

Well it does occasionally miss notifications for scheduled tasks.

Having one tool that keeps all tasks and projects organized really helps make sure everything gets completed.

I like having everything under one roof as it has genuinely replaced several separate tools for us. We handle content creation, marketing, product development, company docs and more in a single platform because of it. Keeping all of that in one place also makes it much simpler for different departments to see what other teams are working on and stay up to date.

Cons

Even though it covers a lot, there have been quite a few small bugs over the years. That said they've become less frequent over time and the more important issues usually get fixed pretty fast.

Pros

Being able to create unlimited Gantt charts and use real time chat for team collaboration has been the biggest plus for me.

Cons

It doesn't include a built-in message board although I have worked around that by connecting it with external apps.

Since we started using it it has been a huge help for our team. It really works as a one-stop hub for everything we need to track projects, performance, milestones, targets and more.

Up to this point we honestly have not had anything negative to report and our experience has been entirely positive.

Having everything for project management in one platform has been fantastic. I can handle tasks, assign deadlines and work with my team well without jumping between different tools.

The interface can feel cluttered now and then. With so many features and customization options available, it sometimes takes a bit longer to find exactly what I need.

Pros

Having list, board, calendar and timeline views is a big plus because it lets you manage work in the style that suits you best. The integration options have also made things much more convenient by cutting down the need to jump back and forth between multiple apps.

Cons

Basic tasks are fairly simple but getting comfortable with the more advanced features and detailed customization can still take quite a bit of time and effort.

“Great features but needs work”

Pros

ClickUp packs in a lot of powerful features for the price which makes it feel like a strong value overall. That said getting started with it was extremely difficult for me and the way projects and subtasks are layered together didn't seem very user friendly.

Cons

Despite the nice looking design, the overall UX felt lacking and didn't follow a very logical flow. It was hard to get a true dashboard-style view of projects and comments along with subtasks often ended up buried inside tasks. Until they polish the experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Its features and overall functionality stand out the most to me. They really help keep projects organized and on track.

The only downside is that bugs and occasional issues still come up from time to time.

Using it is not a hassle especially when working with the team on specific projects and keeping everyone aligned.

Calendar management and notification reminders still have room for improvement.

Where do I even begin? ClickUp saves me more than three hours every week by cutting down manual work and it also lets me keep a close eye on my team's progress on every task I assign. It's been so helpful that I have started using it in my personal life too. I am a big fan of it.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see come back is the option to schedule task creation.

Pros

Even though I am still in the trial period, I can already tell this is an amazing platform. Everything looks very user friendly and the overall experience has been simple and smooth to navigate.

Cons

At this point I have not come across anything I dislike yet since I am still using the trial version.

The platform is very user friendly and working together with colleagues on it is not a problem.

I do wish there were more training resources available when first getting started.
