“Keeps everyone on the same page”
Pros
Working with different employees and departments is easy and it does a good job of keeping tasks organized and moving forward.
Cons
It wasn't a problem with the software itself but getting every department to fully adopt it was a bit of a challenge.

“Organizes all our projects quite well”
Pros
The organization tools and reminders work really well especially when managing more than one project at a time.
Cons
At times the number of reminders can feel a bit excessive although overall I pretty much like everything about it.

“Tracking tasks broke down too often”
Pros
At first glance the layout seemed promising and I did think the dependency feature could be useful.
Cons
Using this app has been a frustrating waste of time and money. It's not user friendly, productive or efficient and the bugs don't seem to get fixed. In My Work, whenever I open a task and go back to the view, it throws me right back to the top of the list. Statuses don't appear properly when adding a status filter and tasks are missing from My Work > Overdue > See All on the mobile app. Tasks due today also don't show up in the My Work > Today section and some are even missing from the Everything List. The same issue happens across Mobile Home V3, My Work on mobile and even in the browser. Statuses are unreliable, lists and due dates don't work correctly and the website itself isn't responsive enough. It's hard to trust the app when I have 5 tasks on my to-do list for today but then receive 25 email notifications saying those same tasks are overdue. That means the tasks were basically hidden for a full day. The problem keeps repeating across multiple features so statuses, dates, lists and progress all feel unreliable. On top of that every time I need to review or update due dates in a list with 200+ tasks, getting sent back to the top after opening one task means I have to scroll all the way down again. That process alone takes around 1.5 hours every few days.

“Templates make this a great deal”
Pros
After trying pretty much every competing tool, I still keep coming back to it because of how comprehensive it is. Getting started is fairly simple thanks to the template library which gives you a good foundation to work from. It's also reasonably priced especially when compared with some of the other software out there.
Cons
The setup can still take a little time though. It may feel confusing if you attempt to build everything from scratch instead of starting with a template since those examples make it much clearer how to arrange things the way you want and need.

“Tasks are easy to rearrange here”
Pros
Being able to organize tasks into groups and manage projects in one place was really useful. It also made collaboration easier since I could share everything with team members.
Cons
A downside was that most changes did not refresh in real time.

“Planning seems well organized”
Pros
Keeping tasks and project plans organized is very easy with this tool. It's highly customizable to match the way you work and the team can adjust to those changes without much trouble.
Cons
There's still no way to access tasks offline which can be limiting. On top of that the desktop version sometimes doesn't stay fully synced with the mobile app.

“Tracks tasks and KPIs effectively”
Pros
ClickUp has been really useful for managing Kanban boards and keeping up with day to day tasks. We've also used it to monitor quarterly KPIs and it handles that very well thanks to its strong feature set.
Cons
A few capabilities still feel missing especially when it comes to documentation databases.

“Fast controls for busy project teams”
Pros
Creating and editing tasks, assigning people and tracking the team's time across activities all is very easy. The dashboards make management much easier and the platform is quick, user friendly and simple to use overall almost like a younger, more modern version of Jira.
Cons
At the beginning the team does need decent onboarding so everyone understands the process properly. Once that clicks though, it turns into a very agile tool. My suggestion would be to start with less management detail and then gradually add more over time.

“Managing tasks is easy now”
Pros
Having several projects in one place, each with its own tasks and assigned team members, is really useful. I can also drag tasks around and rearrange them whenever new work comes up. Being able to see and update priority levels is another feature that helps a lot.
Cons
The platform is not very user friendly and the project area along with the large number of features can feel confusing at times.

“Our workflow improved noticeably with this”
Pros
Keeping my team's workflow organized is the biggest reason I use it. I can assign each team member to a task and include all the details they need right there. Each task and project comes with plenty of options and being able to match the right people to the right work really helps everything run well.
Cons
It is not the simplest tool although it doesn't take long to learn how to use it properly.

“Teams stay in control of tasks”
Pros
ClickUp has been really effective for task management especially because of its collaboration features like file attachments and document sharing. Those tools made it much easier for my team to stay aligned and handle tasks together which improved our overall efficiency.
Cons

It is easy to use as our team had no trouble joining. It also comes with a wide range of features that would probably be an even better fit for more complex projects or larger organizations.

One thing that really worked well is how it integrates with a wide range of tools and platforms like Google Drive, Slack and Trello which makes managing workflows much more connected and hassle free.
