“The task panel is very well designed”

The task management panel is really user friendly and creating tasks and projects feels much simpler than it does in many other similar tools and web apps, where the process can get pretty complicated.

Cons

One thing that could make it even better is having more dashboard customization options so unused menus and features can be turned off.

Pros

ClickUp really shines with how customizable and versatile it is. It's packed with features, yet the interface still feels user friendly enough to work in day to day. The steady stream of updates and improvements also makes it feel like the platform keeps getting better over time. Overall the mix of flexibility, strong functionality and ease of use makes it an excellent option for both individuals and teams that want to boost productivity and collaboration.

Cons

There are still a few downsides worth mentioning. Getting comfortable with everything can take time because there's definitely a learning curve and some advanced features can feel a bit complicated at first. Performance can occasionally be an issue and the integration options are somewhat limited depending on what tools you already use. On top of that the subscription cost may feel a little high for some users.

“Clean design works well on mobile”

The interface looks good and the platform is convenient to use across devices... as long as you stay away from the whiteboards!!!!

Cons

The whiteboard feature is awful. There's no whiteboard access on mobile and no PDF export to share a strategy or project plan with clients or partners. I am honestly disgusted that I spent so much time building out my entire year-long project there. I have never even bothered reviewing software before but this wasted so many hours that I'd rather warn others and maybe save them the trouble.

Its sleek design really stands out and the different colors for different inputs help this tool work wonders for me.

Cons

Getting the full value out of this tool takes a lot of input.

“Custom views keep projects well organized”

Pros

The customizable views are one of the best parts because they help us prioritize projects and keep everything under control. Recurring tasks are simple to manage which saves us a lot of time. It also gives quick access to projects and the reminders and notifications are dependable. On top of that it does an excellent job with graphs, databases, documents, presentations and even audio and video clips. Overall it adds clarity and structure to our processes, projects and plans.

Cons

The only downside is that when there are too many reminders, they can get a bit irritating. Other than that, the features are excellent and the pricing is very good.

“This does everything a team needs”

Pros

Having task management, project tracking and team collaboration all in one place is a big advantage. ClickUp does a really good job of bringing multiple productivity tools together in a single platform so there's less need to switch back and forth between different apps.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because the learning curve is fairly steep. With so many features, options and settings available, it can take quite a while to learn how everything works which may reduce some of the productivity gains at the beginning.

“Task tracking keeps our team aligned”

Pros

Keeping both my own work and the team's tasks organized is much more manageable with this tool. When there's a big workload to get through, it really helps me stay on top of everything. I usually sort tasks each morning by priority and that makes the whole day run better. My colleagues can also follow my progress, pick up where I stopped or assign tasks when needed.

Cons

The drawback is that not everyone picked up how to use it as quickly as others.

“Prioritizing tasks is much easier now”

Pros

It doesn't take much effort of ours to use because the interface is very user friendly and simple to learn. It's also easy to assign deadlines and set priorities which matters a lot since we handle a high volume of work and need to sort tasks by urgency.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is that there's no ctrl-z undo option when typing into a new task or when copying and pasting content.

Pros

The dashboard creates an excellent workspace for customer service tasks and collaborative team projects. The interface is simple to use and it keeps business progress visible at all times which really helps improve productivity.

Cons

When it comes to performance, it has been working well for me and I honestly have no complaints at all.

Its clean, modern design of this tool is something I really enjoy and it actually makes me want to spend more time using the app.

One downside is that I do run into access issues on mobile which is definitely a disadvantage.

Well it began as a user friendly task management tool and over time it expanded with a growing range of extra features and add-ons.

In the end we chose to move to a different solution that was more centered around a CRM-focused approach.

“A powerhouse for planning entire projects”

After more than six years of using it this software has been incredibly helpful. It's one of the best project management tools I have worked with and it also makes it simple to collaborate and stay connected with coworkers. I really appreciate how it helps me manage organize and plan my daily tasks without hassle.

Cons

It's an amazing, powerful and outstanding platform overall. The only downside is that getting started can feel a bit confusing for new users.

“Slack alerts keep everyone on track”

Pros

One of the best parts is how it keeps our Slack channel updated whenever a project moves to a new stage. I also appreciate being able to build automations that keep work progressing all the way to the final output. It really helps our dev team stay productive, focused on goals and efficient with time.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed is that some of the automations we need can take quite a while to set up but aside from that it's definitely a very good tool.

“Sheets integration works wonderfully with this”

Pros

Being able to embed Google Sheets directly has been a big win for us. It's saved a lot of time since we no longer have to keep switching back and forth between ClickUp and Google Sheets.

Cons

there isn't anything I'd want to change about it.

Keeping my work organized has made a huge difference and I no longer have to keep everything in my head because the software reminds me when needed. The interface is also very user friendly and moving through tasks is simple which makes it even better to use.

At this point I honestly have not run into any issues. Everything has been incredible and I really love using it.

Pros

Whether I am on a browser, desktop app or my phone, I can get to ClickUp without any hassle. It also makes teamwork feel connected with comments, mentions and real time editing so everyone can stay aligned while working together.

Cons

One thing that can give some users pause is keeping sensitive information on a third-party platform. Also, if the customization gets pushed too far or workflows become overly complicated, it can end up creating confusion and slowing things down instead of helping.

Really like how it keeps my reminders and project plans organized and being able to show dependencies between tasks is a big plus. The design also looks very good and is simple to use.

Cons

It works really well for everyday use and I honestly have not come across anything to dislike.

ClickUp has been a really amazing tool for everyday use. It makes managing tasks and keeping track of everything incredibly simple and the interface seems very user friendly so using it day to day is comfortable.

“Free plan has a very clean layout”

Pros

Having a free version available is a big plus. The Home Tab brings tasks, projects and documents together in one place which makes everything much more convenient to access and the interface feels clean and simple to navigate. Even on the free plan, it offers stronger features than expected, including unlimited tasks.

Cons

A few of the features we need are still locked behind the Business plan especially time tracking and automation. If those were included in the Unlimited plan, we'd gladly subscribe and rely on this single app for all of our business needs.
