“Tracking projects and support are excellent”

Keeping up with follow-ups and monitoring the progress of our active projects is very easy with this tool. The pricing is also very budget-friendly which makes it even better. On top of that the customer support is on another level compared to any other project management platform we've used. Getting everything set up and started was also quick and simple.

It has honestly been the best tool for managing all of our projects.

Handling multiple projects in a short time has become much more manageable with this software. The interface is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Whenever we need support, the customer service team is always available to help. It's also very convenient to search for any of our files in ClickUp.

Cons

We really don't have any reason to dislike the software as it has been a very good tool for us.

Working with this platform has been very user friendly, whether it's handling tasks, managing project workflows or organizing schedules in a productive way. It also helps teams collaborate without trouble and share important marketing content efficiently and the version control features work perfectly.

There's honestly nothing I dislike about this platform and the features perform really well.

ClickUp offers a remarkable range of features that very few project management platforms can compete with. It brings so much into one place that we no longer have to rely on separate tools for different needs. The team behind it is clearly top-tier when it comes to rolling out new functionality and that really shows.

Cons

The downside is that it can be pretty buggy at times and I often have to refresh the page just to see updates I already made which gets frustrating. That seems to be the trade-off of a company moving fast and constantly releasing new features as it's both a strength and a weakness.

There are tons of features available and assigning tasks to individual POCs or even groups of POCs is very convenient since they get notified right away. It's also nice that you can start using it for free and upgrade to a paid plan later if needed.

Cons

Customer support could definitely be better especially when it comes to helping users with day to day use of the product.

Keeping up with tasks has been one of the best parts of using it. It makes tracking work and managing task due dates really simple so it's easy to stay organized and not miss deadlines.

Since I am still new to the platform, I am in the process of learning how everything works but up to this point everything has been going well.

Keeping track of tasks and creating new ones is very easy. Managing the team and monitoring effort is also more convenient than with other competing tools.

One limitation for us is that it doesn't allow creating a subtask under another subtask which we need. On top of that data exports fail from time to time.

I noticed there's a huge range of features available which makes it possible to get a full picture of projects and stay on top of what needs to be done each day compared with upcoming deadlines. Tasks can be assigned to individual POCs or entire groups and the right people get notified right away. It also helps track project duration by totaling the recorded start and end times.

If you're using it for the first time, the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming so it takes a few hours to get familiar with everything it offers.

It's become one of those tools I enjoy so much that I even started using it outside of work in my personal life. The task and project management capabilities are excellent and it really feels like there's almost no limit to what you can set up and manage with it.

Getting started can feel a bit complex and overwhelming especially for new users. The system would definitely be better if it were a little more user friendly.

One thing that really works well is how it integrates with other third-party apps, letting us keep all our workflows in a single place and cut down on repetitive tasks. Being able to assign tasks and monitor progress in real time has also removed a lot of the delays we used to deal with in project execution.

The lack of offline capability can be a drawback for users who work in places with weak or unreliable internet access.

The overall app has a clean, simple look and with the new 3.2 update it's very easy to get around. There are plenty of tutorials available too and overall it's an excellent piece of software.
