“Took a while to get the hang of..”
Pros
Everything is conveniently consolidated in one place, making it easy to find submitted projects for the quarter.
Cons
It's not very user-friendly for most of the team. While I utilize ClickUp, many of my teammates struggle with it, so updates are usually shared via Slack instead. I would like to see more visibility into timelines and schedules; currently, I have to rely on a project manager to ensure we're on track for handoff dates. This may be a settings issue, but a lot of people miss comments/updates in ClickUp especially if they aren't tagged. This has resulted in some tasks/communication taking longer because people aren't aware they need to complete something.
