“Great for ticket management”
Pros
The ability to have multiple boards easily organize tickets move them between boards and assign people is highlighted. The comment functionality is considered extremely useful.
Cons
Assigning one ticket to multiple teams simultaneously would be beneficial for simultaneous work but the current linear workflow is a limitation.

“A powerful hub for team projects”
Pros
Overall I'd definitely recommend it. It's a powerful, flexible project management platform that helps manage teams, projects and tasks much more effectively.
Cons
One downside is the pricing. It isn't a cheap tool, the free plan has limited features and the paid options can get expensive.

“Strong features for managing every project”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is its wide and powerful set of features, from complete task and project management to an efficient calendar, time tracking and document management. On top of that its ability to integrate with other apps makes it a very appealing and flexible option for different companies handling project management.
Cons
For a free version I think what it offers is more than fair. It really doesn't make sense to ask for more at zero cost so I'd say it's very well done.

“Versatile tools with frequent helpful updates”
Pros
ClickUp comes with a wide range of tools that can help optimize almost any business especially since the platform keeps evolving over time. Even though the free version was somewhat limited, it was still very useful for testing the software and it was a big plus that it's available not only in English but also in Spanish.
Cons
Because it includes so many tools to speed up project work some training is needed at the beginning although after that everything starts to flow well. It also offers a free plan but the paid plans are not very convenient for small businesses.

“simple yet modern design”
Pros
The interface is simple and user friendly, without becoming overly complicated or hard to navigate.
Cons
One area that could be better is the board view when you're working with only a few statuses. For example, if there are just four statuses, it would help to have an option that uses the space inside each column more efficiently so the view doesn't end up with so much blank space.

“Benchmark platform with many useful integrations”
Pros
It's one of the most advanced options available right now. Over time it has managed to outperform many of its competitors and today it feels like a real benchmark in the market. It also integrates with a huge number of third-party tools which makes it much more practical to use in day to day work.
Cons
Overall I really value it although there are moments when I still need the flexibility of notebook-style tools because I handle a large volume of documents. It's not that the platform has anything truly wrong with it but every company has to figure out the workflow that suits them best. I also miss being able to create flows. Looking at it objectively, it's a very good tool.

Pros
A simple way to monitor work progress. I really like the ability to link different parts of the project process it's truly helpful in ensuring nothing is overlooked.

The disappearance of comments on tasks is the most frustrating aspect of ClickUp. Nevertheless all other functionalities operate clearly and properly.

“Extremely customizable tool for team work”
Pros
What I like the most is its adaptability to all teams. In marketing I use tables for management planning and lead follow up. I can also create a flow for content review and documents are presented as a wiki. While I usually take meeting notes I would prefer integration with an AI transcriber.
Cons
The sole drawback lies in creating nested tasks as it only permits two levels when sometimes more are necessary. I yearn for the ability to create a subtask inside a subtask within a subtask.
