“Really recomended
Pros
It's user-friendly, offers good value for money, and allows for inviting numerous guests for collaboration with external resources.
Cons
Occasionally lags occur, impacting smooth operation. However, aside from this, I can't identify any other drawbacks and strongly recommend it.

“Great software and the free version is full of functionality
Pros
We find the free version of ClickUp ideal for our smaller projects, as it provides all necessary functionality with user limits. It's easy to get started with, and even our non-technical clients quickly grasp its usage.
Cons
Adding new users to a space sometimes doesn't work smoothly and seems buggy. If they don't receive the original invite email, resolving the issue can be time-consuming and confusing.

“Great software, Great Customer Service, Great Help Guides
Pros
Setting up systems can be complex and time-consuming, but ClickUp stands out with its hands-on support through website resources and YouTube tutorials.
Cons
More examples of personal day-to-day usage beyond a work environment would be beneficial.

“ClickUp seen as a productivity platform for any business or freelance job.
Pros
ClickUp stands out due to its availability across various platforms, including cloud, desktop, smartphone, Chrome extension, email add-ons, and voice assistants. This extensive availability enhances process management, task assignment, and time management within the company.
Cons
ClickUp provides a user-friendly environment for activity monitoring, although it might not fully satisfy adherents of traditional cascading methodologies. Nevertheless, it aligns with the agile approach, hinting at future adaptability.

“Small business task management
Pros
I appreciate the option to view tasks either on a calendar or as a list.
Cons
I'd appreciate a feature allowing color-coding for calendar tasks, if it exists, I haven't found it yet.

“Project management software
Pros
ClickUp is noted for its user-friendly interface, extensive video tutorials, powerful features, and the option to invite friends for free.
Cons
Improvements are needed for the homepage, currently limited to displaying today, tomorrow, and overdue tasks. A weekly task overview would be beneficial.

“Great for work
Pros
Managing my tasks and keeping an eye on long-term goals has become incredibly convenient with ClickUp. I find the price to be fair considering the value it provides.
Cons
My initial intention was to use it for keeping track of school assignments, but it fell short in that aspect. It's evidently designed for professional use and adapting it for other similar areas is difficult.

“I have a love hate relationship with ClickUp
Pros
Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan of ClickUp. However, there are times when the software can be frustrating due to its unlimited customization options, which can make things easily lost or buried. Nevertheless, it remains an effective tool for managing teams, communicating deadlines, and handling initiatives. I genuinely prefer it over alternatives like Trello and Asana. My favorite feature is the Table view, which, combined with custom fields and automations, simplifies the management of large-scale content projects.
Cons
To receive a comment or chat message, a screen refresh is required. It doesn't update in real time like Slack does.

“Overfeatured
Pros
ClickUp has exceeded my expectations for a task/project management system. It covers almost everything I could imagine, allowing teams to collaborate effortlessly and visually track task assignments.
Cons
It felt clunky and overly feature-rich. It offered far more than we needed, and there was no convenient way to disable or choose specific features to subscribe to. Additionally, there was no support for using an Apple pencil for drawing. Since we frequently use Apple pencils for sketching and writing, the app's lack of native support was disappointing.

“Simple to learn, powerful for task management
Pros
Boost productivity and manage complex projects effortlessly with ClickUp's basic features, with potential for further exploration of additional functionalities.
Cons
Not a drawback per se, but considering the multitude of features available, the software could benefit from tutorials explaining how to use them, making it more user-friendly.

“ClickUp Works!
Pros
I appreciate the plethora of solutions this tool offers for my company's needs, from employee time tracking to task management and project communication. It empowers everyone, from upper management to entry-level staff, to take responsibility for our workflow and client success. ClickUp offers so many features that it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but knowing it can handle anything once it's set up correctly brings peace of mind.
Cons
If you utilize numerous features and boards like our company, it can be easy to get lost. That's why we assigned specific individuals to manage each department or area of service within the ClickUp management system.
