With our workload consisting of numerous complex projects with multiple components and tight deadlines, ClickUp provides the flexibility we need. It allows us to input all project components, delegate tasks, progress projects, gain comprehensive visibility into the entire process, and communicate effectively across multiple client bases.

Cons

I would appreciate better time tracking reporting. It's challenging to view it from the dashboard. Having the ability to export the data for integration with our billing system or native integration with FreshBooks would be beneficial.
