Using tags, groups and projects in ClickUp is very practical. It makes communication within tasks easier and keeps people more connected, while also being complete enough to give an administrative overview of everything that needs to be done.

For the user it can become a little complex in day to day use especially when tracking task time and once there are too many tasks and notifications. That said this can be reduced by filtering the notifications.

I use ClickUp to manage various workstreams especially for our Optiven Limited campaigns on social media. It helps me break down campaigns into smaller tasks allocate them to different online marketing channels and track postlink expiration dates for urgency. The customizable dashboard serves as my mission center offering real-time task overviews and campaign performance insights which I can easily share with my team. ClickUp also enables seamless data import and integrations with other apps.
