“Teamwork received productive boost overall”
Pros
ClickUp has completely changed the way our team handles productivity and collaboration. The platform is very user friendly and it has helped us work more efficiently, collaborate better on projects and stay much more aligned across everything we're managing.
Cons
This is a powerful platform but for new users, the number of features, settings and customization options can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

“Project visibility proved absolutely fantastic”
Pros
It is very easy to use and the user experience was really amazing. It's simple to integrate with other tools and my team can always see exactly where things stand across every project.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints. It's simple and keeps the whole team involved. The only small issue is that adding other team members can be a little confusing at times but that seems more like user error than a problem with the software itself.

“Tasks organized with clear ownership”
Pros
The tool handles exactly what we need it to do. It keeps project tasks well organized and the built-in accountability features make it clear what needs to happen next and who is responsible for each step.
Cons
If you're not very technical, the number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at times. There are also some tools included that I never end up using.

“Team tracking centralized in one spot”
Pros
Keeping up with work across our team has been really simple with this. We can all update each other in one place and having a single view of task statuses is incredibly helpful. Adding new tasks, moving them around and reorganizing everything is very easy. I have enjoyed using the app so much that I even ended up creating a personal account for myself.
Cons
The Chrome extension has been a letdown especially since it was a big reason we decided to start using the app. The Send to It extension that's supposed to work with Gmail doesn't function very well on my computer.

“Its a teamwork hub”
Pros
ClickUp has been a really powerful and flexible tool for managing projects and staying productive. The customizable views like List, Board and Gantt are especially useful and I really appreciate having tasks, docs, goals and chat all brought together in one place. Features like built-in time tracking, automation and integrations with Slack and GitHub make collaboration feel much more connected which is especially important for our offshore teams.
Cons
With so many features packed in, it can feel a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started and the learning curve is definitely steeper compared to simpler tools. I have also noticed the occasional slowdown when working with larger projects and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The mobile app works but it could definitely use a bit more polish.

“user friendly tool”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one platform is really useful. I can assign deadlines, adjust a project's scope, review timelines and even send invoices when they're set up properly. The chat works well for collaboration and it's also handy for one on one conversations with coworkers. Overall it's pretty easy to use even if it isn't the most user friendly collaboration app out there.
Cons
The interface seems cluttered which makes navigation harder than it should be. All the tools are available but everything is packed into one place without a clear way to sort things by category. For example, if I want to see all of my upcoming article briefs, I cannot just pull up one view for that. Instead, I have to keep going back and clicking into each one separately.

“Clean collaboration with smart automation”
Pros
The interface looks clean and organized and the automation and collaboration features have been really helpful. The project commenting works especially well and the newer AI tools have been a nice addition too.
Cons
Getting the whole team trained and comfortable with the platform took quite a bit of time because the learning curve was fairly steep. To really make it work well, we also needed a dedicated product owner in place.

“effective for planning”
Pros
ClickUp has been an excellent tool not just for project management but also for keeping all team communication centralized in one place.
Cons
I don't like that even when the calendar is linked, it doesn't automatically update your status to show that you're in a meeting.

“powerful tool for collaboration”
Pros
Having everything in one workspace makes ClickUp feel much more powerful than tools built for simpler projects, like Trello. It helps our distributed teams collaborate well, keeps work organized and makes it easier to stay on schedule and hit deadlines.
Cons
Since the platform includes so many features, it takes more time to learn than some of the other options available.

“served every brand of ours”
Pros
Handling six brands at once is much more manageable with how flexible this platform is. I am able to set up separate spaces for each client and keep track of simple to do tasks without everything getting mixed together. The customization is a big plus too as views, fields and automations make it possible to shape the workspace around the way you actually work. Since I do email marketing, both my clients and my team really value having different ways to look at the work especially calendar and list views.
Cons
The only downside I'd mention is that it can feel a bit too complex for someone who isn't very comfortable with technology.

“Remote teamwork finally done right”
Pros
Working with a remote team feels much more organized now because ClickUp keeps everyone aligned and up to date. It makes project management simple, from assigning roles and tasks to keeping track of progress along the way. The platform is also very customizable and user friendly and the new Notetaker feature makes it even more appealing for handling daily work and projects.
Cons
I have not run into anything I dislike at this point. It has done everything we needed it to do, while improving our team's efficiency and making collaboration much easier.

“navigation felt approachable”
Pros
The user friendly interface makes the platform easy to use and getting around different sections seems very hassle free.
Cons
My plan didn't include onboarding training which would have been helpful. Even with a platform that's fairly simple to use, there's still a learning curve when getting familiar with any new tool.

“Smart tasking with approachable teamwork”
Pros
It is amazing for handling the basics which made it simple to get going. Working with my team was also easy since we could assign tasks and keep track of them without any hassle. Also I liked the AI features as they gave task management an extra boost. Overall its task and project management capabilities were the part that really stood out and made the experience highly effective.
Cons
Getting started with the basics was fairly simple but the huge number of features could also feel a little overwhelming. That strength ended up being a bit of a drawback too because there were so many layers that it took a while to fully understand how everything worked. On top of that the paywalls showed up pretty quickly. More than once, I'd find something I wanted to use only to run into an upgrade prompt which felt somewhat limiting.

“Team task visibility proved a win”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks, to do lists and priorities across the whole team is much more manageable with this. While we're working together on a project, it keeps everyone aligned. Instead of only seeing my own list, I can also view my coworkers tasks and keep an eye on upcoming work I can pick up if I have extra time. The flags, custom tags and task ordering make it easier to organize and prioritize everything. It also helps us stay on top of our calendar since we can set deadlines and monitor our progress there.
Cons
At times moving tasks around in the site feels tedious. I'll try to drag a task within a section and it ends up getting pulled into becoming a subtask instead. I want to like the subtask tracking but it hasn't worked that well for me because subtasks have less visibility and it can create confusion about what's actually finished and what still isn't.

“very responsive support”
Pros
It fits just about any project management approach which made it really versatile for our team. We were able to tailor it to exactly how we work and the responsive customer support has been a big help. It has also made collaboration across the team much better.
Cons
One downside is that it seems more geared toward larger enterprise companies. As a small business we've noticed that a lot of the security features are only available on the enterprise-tier plan.

“delivered well”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place is a huge plus. I don't need to bounce between different apps for tasks, docs and basic automations which saves a lot of time. The collaboration tools and overall flexibility are easily the biggest benefits.
Cons
Because there are so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning but it gets much more comfortable with time and practice. The mobile app also doesn't feel as good as the desktop version.

“Worked perfectly for us”
Pros
Running things on my own is a lot easier with project management software that keeps all my tasks organized and helps everything stay on track. A big plus with ClickUp is that, unlike many other tools that make you pay for at least three seats to get started, I could simply pay for one seat and use it myself.
Cons
Getting started felt a little confusing at first but after spending more time with it, I was able to figure it out and navigate it pretty well.

“proven game changer for us”
Pros
ClickUp has been a huge game changer for my business. Being able to organize every part of what I do and keep it all in one centralized place has made a big difference. I can set up separate workspaces for different departments or hats which is incredibly useful even as a solopreneur. I use it for marketing planning, tracking campaigns and promotions, operations planning, networking, referral partners, memberships and even a lead pipeline. The collaboration tools are also really helpful and thoughtfully designed. It seems very friendly and while setting everything up on your own can feel a little overwhelming at first there are plenty of free templates available along with professionals who specialize in helping people get it organized. The automations are excellent and the number of integrations really helps it function as a true all in one operations hub. I even use a separate account for homeschool planning and it works amazingly well for that too. There are honestly so many features I could go on about but the short version is that the automations are excellent, the layout works really well and the different views from Kanban to list make it flexible for all kinds of users. I also really like the AI meeting recorder since it helps me cut down on extra tools in my tech stack.
Cons
If I had to point out a couple of downsides, the biggest one would be the subtask limits on the lower-tier plans. Having a fixed amount that doesn't renew isn't ideal although there are other ways to structure things so it's not a dealbreaker. The other issue is that setup can be pretty involved if you want everything to run the way you need it to. For someone without experience building out systems, that part can definitely feel overwhelming. Even with that, I still think it's fantastic and far better than other similar platforms I have used before. The layout and feature set are strong enough that these drawbacks are pretty easy to look past.

“Offer strong support when needed”
Pros
The platform is easy to use and the ongoing support has been consistently helpful. There are plenty of training sessions available too which is useful when you want to dig into the more advanced features. It seems like good value for the price and task tracking is clear and user friendly. Another big plus is the wide range of automations and integrations it comes with.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that once a task is completed, many of the subtasks either disappear or become difficult to locate. Older projects can also be hard to pull back up and there are times when tags and notifications seem to get lost in the interface.

“Help us a lot”
Pros
Having project tracking, invoicing and automation in one place has made a big difference for our editorial team. It keeps everyone aligned, helps us stay on top of deadlines and supports full collaboration across the entire workflow. The platform is user friendly, reasonably priced and lets us organize everything from the initial idea all the way to publication and payment.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features can take time to learn and we do run into occasional bugs in team workflows or integrations. Support is helpful for simple questions but issues related to invoicing or automation usually take longer to get resolved.
