“Views adapted well for teamwork”
Pros
There are several ways to collaborate across the firm and the platform is highly customizable. It also supports different visual formats like Gantt, high-level overviews or task-by-task layouts so people can work in the style that suits them best.
Cons
At the same time the huge number of options can feel overwhelming and getting everything customized for our firm was difficult to set up. It also feels more like a broad, one-size-fits-all app than something tailored out of the box.

“Remote teamwork became effortless”
Pros
ClickUp has become a central part of how our team handles project management, content indexing and plenty of other tasks. Since we work fully remote across different time zones, it makes it much simpler to keep track of projects without having to manually follow up with every team member.
Cons
Getting real value from it does require having clear goals before you start building things out or using its features. It's not really the kind of tool you can only use halfway and still expect it to work well.

“kept us progressing steadily”
Pros
It really helped keep everything on track. Adding tasks and subtasks was easy and assigning different team members to projects was simple. Being able to check what everyone had already completed meant fewer interruptions during the day which saved a lot of time. It was also very useful for tracking billable hours. I have used the paid version as well and it felt like a great value especially for storing and sharing documents.
Cons
The one improvement I'd suggest is adding better reminders. If you're active in the system but not actually clocking time, a small reminder would be useful. It would also help to have a pop-up after being on the same project for several hours asking if you're still there, just to prevent accidentally overbilling time.

“AI simplified our setup”
Pros
Getting started with the app would have been a lot harder without Brain AI. It was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the setup and helped me figure out what I could inside the platform. If that feature hadn't been available, I'd probably still be stuck trying to get everything configured.
Cons
Its interface gives you a huge amount of customization which can be a bit too much at times. Personally, having so many options isn't always a plus because it's easy to spend too much time tweaking things instead of actually getting work done.

“Packed with approachable features”
Pros
ClickUp packs in a huge range of features while still keeping the interface pleasant and user friendly. It's affordable and handles a lot of what we need, from process documentation and basic task tracking to more advanced project management and automated integrations with other tools.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is an undo option for documentation changes, instead of having to dig through version history, find the older copy and paste it back manually.

“easy to customize”
Pros
Having list, Gantt, board and calendar views in one place makes it really versatile. Creating dashboards is also easy, setting priorities is simple and the workflow can be customized to match exactly how our team works.
Cons
At the beginning there's a bit of a learning curve because there are so many options and it can be hard to locate things. In larger workspaces, the interface also tends to load more slowly.

“Great layout with AI options”
Pros
The updated layout looks awesome and feels very user friendly. It also now includes AI integration which lets you use ChatGPT, Gemini or ClickUp's own bot.
Cons
The AI still isn't very strong at simplifying certain tasks and the bot gets confused pretty easily. Some of its responses feel redundant and if you don't reply in the exact way it expects, that can confuse the bot even more.

“Beneficial tool”
Pros
It is a simple tool and it does a good job of keeping both small and large projects organized across the team. Also it works really well for content scheduling which has been a big plus.
Cons
One downside is that tasks without a due date and marked as low priority can be pretty easy to overlook. Also some features are difficult to use to their full potential unless you have a dedicated project manager.

“interface is overwhelming”
Pros
Using the desktop app has been a good experience overall. The collaborative setup works well and I really enjoy having access to the different features and the variety of templates.
Cons
At the same time there's so much included that it can feel overwhelming. A lot of the features leave me unsure about how to use them or whether I am even using them the right way.

“a little more complicated than others”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other tools out there the interface is quite modern and visually appealing. It has a noticeably more modern look than many competing products.
Cons
On the functional side it misses some simple touches which can make it feel more complicated than its competitors for everyday use. There were also times when we couldn't adjust certain areas enough to keep things simple.

“difficult setup with weak support”
Pros
A few parts of it are amazing. The dashboard looks nice and is fairly simple to move around and the collaboration tools work well too. It made it possible to stay in sync with my supervisor and communicate clearly on projects that had to be completed on a deadline.
Cons
That said the platform is confusing overall. Navigation can be frustrating too and the automation processes never felt very user friendly or effective to me. Handling multiple clients or business locations was difficult and the boards and timelines were not convenient to work with. Setup came with little to no help and customer service was not very responsive either. Even though the price is lower, the quality reflects that. In my opinion, the value just is not there. We ended up moving to a different project management tool and have had much better results since then.

“Strong value with helpful support”
Pros
You really get good value for the money with ClickUp and the platform is very user friendly. Whenever I needed help, customer support was available and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The process automation and overall setup aren't my favorite parts. They can be confusing at times and client management is definitely one of the weaker areas.

“tracking proved powerful”
Pros
ClickUp has become my go to tool for automating business processes across my organization especially for project portfolio management and time tracking. On top of that it's really useful that it also includes invoice customization and payment processing features.
Cons
I have been using it since 2020 and I have not run into any overwhelming issues while organizing project and task management processes.

“makes everything manageable”
Pros
Project collaboration is really easy with this tool. Everything stays in sync across the team and sharing files, updates and messages in one place makes communication much more manageable. Tasks are simple to assign, monitor and mark as completed so everyone can see exactly where things stand. It does a good job of keeping the entire project organized without having to rely on several different apps.
Cons
At times the interface can feel a little crowded because there are so many options on screen which may be a bit overwhelming for someone just getting started. The mobile app does the job but it could use more polish and better speed when moving between different views.

“Customization and AI provided boost”
Pros
The level of customization seems endless so I can set up my boards exactly the way I want. The built-in AI automation also makes a big difference when it comes to keeping tasks organized.
Cons
New team members tend to need more time to learn it compared with other task management tools but the payoff is definitely worth it.

“served our teamwork well”
Pros
Working on collaborative projects is much more manageable because I can clearly see task statuses and keep things moving in sync with the rest of the team. The flexibility and the way workflows can be set up are especially valuable.
Cons
Joining a workspace run by experienced users can feel overwhelming pretty quickly because of how they use the platform and the sheer number of features available.

“Workspace gave all in one boost”
Pros
Its versatility is a real plus since everything is brought together in one tool such as dashboards, notes, boards, tasks, calendar and documents.

“Powerful collaboration with great value”
Pros
From day one ClickUp has been practical and efficient to use. It works really well for project management and team collaboration, offers good value for the money and helps bring all areas of the company together in one collaborative space.
Cons
One issue I have run into is when changing assignees during a process. The automations often don't work the way they should so we end up having to assign people manually quite a lot.

“onboarding was tough”
Pros
One thing it does well is visibility as you can quickly see what teammates are working on which deadlines are coming up and how tasks depend on each other. That makes coordination much better and helps prevent people from getting in each other's way.
Cons
The downside is the learning curve. Since the platform can do so much, it takes a while to figure out the most efficient way to set everything up. It's also more challenging to get less technical team members fully up to speed.

“Fast updates are a win”
Pros
Right away ClickUp feels fast and efficient, with updates showing up quickly across the board. It really helps with team collaboration and makes it simple to keep track of the status of current projects.
Cons
Its calendar though seems a little harder to use compared with some other platforms. From our side, that made it less approachable for users of different ages.
