The absence of a chat function is notable. We had to integrate a third-party tool for internal communication unrelated to specific tasks and this feels lacking for an all-encompassing tool.

From my experience ClickUp unfortunately exhibits slow load times when accessing the main dashboard pages and specific tasks. Occasionally the modal loading process takes a while and updating cards can be unresponsive. While not a constant issue it happens noticeably.
