ClickUp's free version is an excellent starting point for teams exploring online project management platforms. Its user-friendly features and layout may suit many teams, although each popular PM tool has its own strengths and a distinct UI and UX. Within about a month of setup and usage, you should determine if ClickUp meets your needs.

ClickUp unfortunately didn't meet our team's needs as a project management tool. With multiple moving parts, people, and projects, we require our PM platform to be extremely simple, intuitive, and clean. However, the ClickUp dashboard lacked the clear organization and overview features we needed.

It can be a little too easy to get lost if you use a lot of features and boards as our company does. This is why we designated specific individuals to be in charge of the management of that department/ area of service within the ClickUp management system.

The options of share are limited and I can't choose with whom I will share a task or a file, I have to share all my space, there are shut downs sometimes, things are not working at times. Also, I opened a project and it disappeared, could not find it anywhere, looked on the internet how to do it and the explanation wasn't good
