“all features are amazing”
Pros
Managing tickets and documenting processes with it has been very easy. We also use their AI feature, IT Brain, to help organize and handle our tasks which has been really useful.
Cons
The UX could use some improvement. There are a lot of buttons and lists and it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

“Covers all for us”
Pros
Between project planning and brainstorming this software covers a lot of bases and performs really well. It's also been a very good option for collaborating with subcontractors.
Cons
We originally joined on the free plan and expected that to be enough long term. The only thing that pushed us to upgrade was an employee uploading a large number of files and putting us over the storage limit. I'd suggest linking Google Drive or Dropbox instead of attaching files directly to tasks.

“Approachable tool overall”
Pros
It is easy to use and it integrates really well with other platforms like Google Docs which is the one we rely on the most. I also really appreciate how capable it is for whiteboard presentations.
Cons
It does have the typical app-related issues, like occasional bugs and crashes but I can see the team stays on top of things. Even on the free version, the support team has been very helpful.

“Great for organizing tasks”
Pros
I love using ClickUp for marketing projects! It's so easy to organize everything and the dashboard is very user-friendly. It just makes the whole process so much simpler.
Cons
It's hard for us to figure out the workload for each team member with ClickUp. There's a lack of transparency and sometimes they downgrade features that you had before which can be frustrating.

“Perfect but needs improvements”
Pros
For us managing tickets and keeping track of everything is easy with ClickUp. We even use their AI feature, ClickUp Brain, to handle our tasks, and it really makes a difference.
Cons
I think the UX could be better. There are just so many buttons and lists it can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when you're trying to get things done quickly.

“Easy to use”
Pros
What I like the most about ClickUp is how easy it is to use and how well it connects with other tools like Google Docs, which we use a lot. It's also great for creating whiteboard presentations.
Cons
Like most apps, I noticed there are some bugs and crashes now and then. But ClickUp has a really good support team, even with the free version, which is a big plus.

“Great task management”
Pros
ClickUp is good for project management. I really appreciate how customizable it is and integrating it into our workflow was easy. The recurrence and dependency features are definitely a standout.
Cons
I didn't really experience any major drawbacks with it. The only challenge is getting the team to fully comply with using the software but overall, the product is really good.

“Good customization but slow”
Pros
The ability to customize ClickUp to fit our needs is awesome. Plus it's affordable. I love the templates because they save me so much time when I need to make adjustments.
Cons
Customizing it takes time and we didn't have the chance to set it up ourselves. The knowledge base could be better and the UX feels a bit old and slow at times. It even freezes occasionally which is a little annoying.

“Great for tracking but slow”
Pros
I really appreciate it's tracking the history of tasks and seeing all the changes made in a ticket is so easy. It helps keep everything transparent for the team and I really like that feature.
Cons
ClickUp isn't the most agile tool. It's not great for doing sprint stand-ups or easily managing a backlog so it can be a bit limiting in those areas.

“All-in-one and visually appealing”
Pros
I'm seriously impressed with the layout, customization and UI of ClickUp. The organization and views are top notch and it's hands down the best project management tool I've used. I've tried over 5 different ones
Cons
The customization options can be pretty overwhelming especially for new users. I found myself getting lost at times and not fully understanding some of the views and status effects. However it does offer a University with helpful learning content.

“Customizable and improved over time”
Pros
It always keeps improving and I love how customizable it is. They're always working on ways to make the platform even more useful for businesses.
Cons
When I first switched from Asana, setting things up was a bit clunky and some features were missing. But that was a while ago and the improvements they've made since then definitely make it worth sticking with.

“Great features but laggy”
Pros
ClickUp offers highly customizable workspaces for us and integrates really well with other systems. I have found that the software is packed with features that help manage tasks efficiently and track time. And it's so cost-effective.
Cons
We've had some issues with the mobile version. It's laggy and doesn't work very well. Plus, the learning curve is steep, so training is really needed to get the team on board.

Pros
This software is smart and easy to use. I love how smooth communication is with the customer and it's definitely one of the best tools for project management.
Cons

“Great for creativity but sluggish”
Pros
One of my favorite things about ClickUp is how I can create visual layouts and diagrams while being creative. I also love that I can track my timesheet without having to jump between different apps.
Cons
The thing I like least about it is the lag and delays especially when dealing with complex documents. The AI also crashes sometimes when I try to use it to create a document which is frustrating.

“Simple, customizable and beginner-friendly”
Pros
I find the ClickUp dashboard is really easy to use with its drag and drop options. It's so customizable and can be customized to suit any industry or project type. Plus the mobile version is super fast and beginner friendly.
Cons
It works great for managing projects and tasks. But I find it only effective up to a certain point. That said it definitely performs well within those limits.

“great automation software”
Pros
ClickUp has been an excellent project management tool for us. I really liked how customizable it is and getting it integrated was easy. The recurring tasks and dependency features are especially impressive and work really well.
Cons
I didn't run into any particular issues with it. The only challenge which is pretty common with any software, is getting the whole team to consistently follow the process but the product itself was excellent.

“Task history improved transparency nicely”
Pros
Being able to see the history of completed tasks within a ticket, along with every change made, makes things very easy. Overall it really helps keep the whole team transparent and on the same page.
Cons
It doesn't feel very agile in practice. It's not a strong option for running sprint stand-ups or for maintaining a simple backlog.

“Flexible setup with great value”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how flexible it is to tailor things to your needs and the pricing was something I really appreciated. The templates are also very helpful and save a lot of time when setting up customizations.
Cons
Setting up all the customizations does take time and we didn't really have enough time to handle the setup ourselves. The knowledge base could definitely be improved as well. The UX feels a bit dated, can be slow at times and it does occasionally freeze.

“amazing design”
Pros
After trying more than five different tools this one stands out for its layout, customization options, interface organization, views and templates. It feels like the strongest project management software available when it comes to depth and flexibility and the overall look and feel is the best I have used.
Cons
That same level of depth and customization can also make it intimidating at first. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and had trouble figuring out some of the layers between views and status behaviors. On the plus side, it does offer its own University with well-produced training content.

“Helps with steady progress”
Pros
One of the best parts of ClickUp is how much you can customize and the platform keeps getting better with constant updates. It really feels like they're always working on new ways to support businesses and improve how teams operate.
Cons
Switching over from Asana at first felt a little hard during setup and back then a few features still seemed underdeveloped. That was years ago though and the improvements they've made since then have made the transition completely worth it.
