“Packed with features and generous sharing”
Pros
ClickUp covers everything we were looking for and it includes all the features our team needs. The file-sharing size limit is also a big advantage compared with other similar tools which makes it especially valuable for us.
Cons
There are honestly so many features that it can feel overwhelming especially when onboarding new employees to the platform. On top of that the app still needs improvement.

“All team work lives in one place”
Pros
It helps keep the whole team's work organized, with everything needed stored together in one place or folder.
Cons
One concern is that it should support multiple languages to make it more functional for different users.

“Versatile views really boost overall productivity”
Pros
ClickUp packs in a huge range of features that really help with team productivity, project tracking and time management. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to build task lists in whichever view fits the team best, whether that's a standard list, a Gantt chart or something else.
Cons
It's a very complete platform overall but getting started with the list setup options felt a little overwhelming at first. I'd love to see sample workflows or examples showing how to structure certain setups and which approaches work best for different kinds of projects.

“Task priorities and attachments truly shine”
Pros
Having the ability to set task priorities is really helpful and attaching documents directly to a task makes everything much more organized and convenient.
Cons
The platform takes quite a while to load and it would be even better if it included voice recording and calendar features.

“Frustrating paywall leads to wasted hours”
Pros
there's nothing positive I can point to here because I couldn't even test it properly before running into an unexpected paywall. Bad functionality is one thing but wasting this much time is even worse. It was frustrating enough that I'd rather spend extra time warning other people about how misleading the whole experience feels.
Cons
You can spend hours trying to learn the Gantt chart feature under the impression that it's free, only to get blocked by a paid sign-up before you even make it past the learning curve. On top of that it doesn't even seem possible to color-code Gantt tasks. Absolutely infuriating.

“Project views are highly flexible here”
Pros
Being able to jump between Kanban, list and calendar views is one of the things I enjoy most about this software. Changing views helps users look at the same project from different angles which makes it much easier to understand tasks and progress in the way that fits best at the moment.
Cons
One thing that could still be improved is having more smooth navigation between the mobile app and the browser version. I mostly rely on the mobile app to check a project or task status and to add or edit certain details so a more connected experience between the two would be really helpful.

“Helpful dashboards with clear project visibility”
Pros
Its dashboards have been really useful. They keep everything organized and make it much clearer to see which projects are more profitable and where resources ended up being wasted.
Cons
A few of the updates just don't seem very logical. The community has been asking for basic features for years, like a column count option for custom formulas and it's still missing.

“Helpful time tracking with strong teamwork”
Pros
Being able to log time, check how much I have completed, see which tasks are coming up and tag other people in when I need support is something I really appreciate.
Cons
After hearing one app to replace them all, I expected it to do a lot more but being realistic, it still handles what I need. The biggest downside is that sometimes tasks aren't very easy to find.

“Powerful customization with detailed reporting options”
Pros
ClickUp gives you a huge range of customization options which is one of its biggest strengths. You can adjust it to fit your project workflow, business model, personal preferences and just about any other need you have. That flexibility makes it one of the most adaptable tools out there. It also includes advanced real time reporting and creating, pulling and customizing reports is very easy. Those reports give useful insight into team performance by showing each person's schedule, the projects they're handling, missed deadlines and completed tasks. Time tracking is another strong feature. It offers flexible ways to log time, build estimates, add notes and review reports which helps with both staying focused and managing time more effectively.
Cons
Getting started with it can be challenging because there is a lot to take in at first. The number of features and options can feel overwhelming so proper training is important to build the right foundation. The onboarding process is also long and fairly complex. That said the interface becomes much more user friendly once you spend time with it. Even though the learning curve is steep, the training investment feels necessary if you want users to get the most value out of the software.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and rolling it out didn't take much effort. The learning curve is also manageable so it doesn't take long to get comfortable using it.

Pros
The look and feel of the website is one of my favorite parts. There are tons of personalization options which makes it more enjoyable to use. It actually makes me want to open it up and check tasks off and the features you can add to your logs make the whole experience feel more engaging and fun.

“Packed with many time-saving features”
Pros
Managing several projects and tasks is much more doable with all the features it includes. It makes it simple to see the progress of each project, log time and collaborate with teammates through comments. I also really appreciate being able to keep everything connected to a project in one place which makes information easy to locate and lets you go back to specific project comments whenever needed. It definitely lives up to its reputation as a time-saving project management tool.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit challenging because the program takes some time to learn but there are helpful tutorials online and once you get the hang of it, it becomes something you won't want to work without.
