“All tasks live in one convenient place”
Pros
Having all tasks and assignments in one place has been really helpful. It replaced several different apps for us with a single tool which made things much more organized. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
At times the tool gets stuck and when that happens we're unable to save our work or comments.

“Helpful task tracking available every day”
Pros
It is quite reliable. I have been using it at work for the past 3 months to keep track of my tasks and it has been incredibly helpful for reminding me about the jobs I need to get done.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. It's a very good piece of software though the app could be a little better when it comes to user engagement.

“Highly configurable and very powerful”
Pros
There's an almost unlimited amount you can do with it. The product is extremely configurable and can be tailored in a lot of different ways.
Cons
That same level of flexibility can also make it harder to get started quickly since all the possibilities create a bit of friction at the beginning.

“A flexible win for managing tasks”
Pros
ClickUp has been the most flexible option out of the similar tools we've used. Features like multiple subtask levels and the client view have been especially important for our workflow and it already has those built in which made a big difference for us.
Cons
The part that still needs improvement is time tracking. We currently rely on a separate tool for that and I'd honestly be willing to pay extra if it offered a better time tracking setup.

“Remote teamwork is finally done correctly”
Pros
ClickUp has been a really valuable collaboration and project management tool especially in a work environment where so many people are remote. I genuinely enjoy using it.
Cons
It becomes harder to use when you're the only person handling a project which tends to happen a lot in the early stages.

“Better timelines with smoother ad approvals”
Pros
Working with it has been very easy and it gives us a broad set of tools for project management, task organization and progress tracking. We mainly rely on it for managing approvals on display ads and coordinating landing page design work and it fits that workflow really well. Comparing different ad concepts is simple and the platform makes team collaboration and communication feel much more hassle free. It has also helped us stay on schedule far more consistently which has supported taking on more clients and handling a higher volume of projects.
Cons
One area that still looks off is the time tracking feature. It's a little difficult to use so some team members avoid it or don't log their time correctly. Because of that, we don't get a clear view of how much time is actually being spent on each project.

“Powerful customization with great versatility”
Pros
ClickUp's biggest strength is how customizable the entire platform is. Instead of forcing you into one fixed way of organizing work, it gives you the flexibility to shape the system around whatever kind of project you want to track and manage. That freedom is incredibly valuable although it does come with some complexity. You really need to understand what you are doing and be careful not to build things in an overly complicated way by using more than you actually need. In that sense, its depth is both a benefit and a challenge. Getting started definitely involves a steep learning curve but that comes with using such a powerful tool. Another thing I appreciate is that it is not limited to companies or teams. It is broad and flexible enough to work just as well for personal life management. Planning matters in everyday life too and the features can be adapted very well to organize personal routines around your own schedule and timetable. I would rather spend time in ClickUp than on social media because it feels far more worthwhile to track how my own life is progressing than to watch someone else's. On top of that the free plan is very generous for personal use. Having 5 workspaces included for life is more than enough to manage day to day personal planning and even the paid version is reasonably priced if you ever need more.
Cons
One thing that really needs improvement is the notification setup. The software comes with many notifications turned on by default and there is not enough clear, simple explanation of where to configure them or what each option will actually do when enabled. Once you have a large number of tasks and projects, those alerts can quickly take over your phone's notification bar, your email inbox and your desktop unless you spend time figuring out what to switch off. This would be much better if the notification settings were more user friendly and if each notification included richer information that could be expanded when needed. Another area that could be improved is how task date and time are selected. Right now the time picker relies on a long dropdown list which becomes frustrating when you have many tasks to enter. It turns into a lot of repetitive scrolling just to reach the right time slot. A more practical solution would be a configurable clock face selector instead of the dropdown. With an interactive clock, you could set the hour and minutes directly, defining the time in just two clicks.

“Packed with features and genuinely helpful”
Pros
It has been a really good option for me because it's packed with features and still available for free. Since I work as a software engineer and like keeping up with new tools on the market, I ended up using it regularly for task management and note-taking. One thing I appreciate is the range of ClickApps it offers since you can turn them on or off depending on what you actually need. It lets you create tasks, reminders and events while adding all the important details in one place. I also like that you can switch between different layouts like Clean, Modern or Simple based on your preference. Another helpful part is the homepage which automatically identifies high-priority tasks across projects and brings them together into a single view making it much easier to stay focused on what matters most.
Cons
To be honest I have been happy with the features and overall functionality and there really isn't anything that stands out as a dislike for me. If anything, my only hope is that it continues to stay free forever, just as mentioned on their official website.

“A flexible powerhouse for tracking projects”
Pros
Using this tool, we have been able to track and manage complex projects without any hassle. It's highly customizable so we can set it up based on our specific needs. The interface is simple to work with and for remote employees especially, it makes task management much easier while also helping them share progress updates with their reporting managers.
Cons
Once in a while, my subtasks don't show up in the list right away but after refreshing the screen they appear again. It doesn't happen often though.

“Versatile and great for boosting productivity”
Pros
ClickUp is easy to use and well organized which really helps boost productivity. It's flexible enough for just about anyone to work with and I can access it on my phone, PC or in a browser without any trouble. The customer support team is also excellent and I like that even free users get access to plenty of view options.
Cons
There are only a few bugs but I have noticed recurring tasks sometimes disappear after I create them so I have to refresh the page before they show up properly.

“amazing project control”
Pros
One thing this software really helps with is seeing whether a project is delivering the expected results which makes it much easier to decide if the same strategies and skills should continue or if changes are needed to get a better outcome. It also works well for organizing important information, records and documents. We've been able to keep better control over production, costs, inventory, sales and other key areas. When it's used properly, it can also reveal project errors that would be much harder to notice without accurate data tracking.
Cons
A challenge comes from the usual barriers that exist inside organizations especially communication issues between coworkers. Since many companies now operate with teams spread across different countries, communication naturally becomes more complicated. Because of that, it's important to handle collaboration with foresight and good judgment so the flow of information stays clear, consistent and appropriate.

“Flexible task profiles with strong collaboration”
Pros
Being able to set up different profiles for each team member makes task assignment and defining pending work much more practical. The advance notification system is also very useful. Without this kind of collaborative setup, a big share of the work companies handle simply wouldn't get done.
Cons
It still needs better attention around the different levels of authority that naturally exist within an organization. There is also the challenge of competing with other sources for collaboration resources, staying aligned with yearly budget cycles and making sure the company's priorities are properly balanced with the needs of the project.
