“Highly customizable and packed with features”

Pros

The features and overall look and feel are fantastic and I really appreciate how much you can customize it to fit your workflow.

Cons

Using it is a lot like learning an Adobe product. There are even several third-party courses out there just to understand how to use it properly. To really get the most out of it, you have to put time into learning the system and honestly not everyone has that kind of time. Still, if you do invest the effort, it's worth it.

“Fantastic value for managing any project”

Out of all the project management tools I have used, this is probably my favorite. Even the free version offers a ton of value and the platform seems very user friendly and simple to work with.

Cons

I honestly don't have many complaints about it. It covers pretty much everything I need from a project management tool.

“Flexible views with many helpful templates”

Pros

Having multiple ways to look at tasks and projects is a big plus. The template feature saves a lot of time and the recurring task options work really well for things I need to handle every day, week or month. There's a ton of customization throughout the platform which I appreciate, including the ability to adjust colors based on what works best for me. Tags have also been very useful for staying organized.

Cons

Getting started came with a pretty steep learning curve. Because there are so many features and settings, navigating the platform can feel overwhelming at times and it definitely takes a while to fully understand how everything works. I also ran into an issue with the task timer not being reliable. About once a week, it would either track multiple tasks at once or fail to record time when it was supposed to.

The mobile app works really well and updating tasks or setting up projects is very easy.

Cons

I feel like it would be even better to have WhatsApp chatbot support or an AI bot to provide quicker and better attention for our tickets.

Bringing all kinds of documents into projects across the entire system is very convenient and that makes it an excellent choice for project management.

“Flexible views with great team-friendly value”

Pros

Managing projects and tasks feels very practical, whether it's with a team or just for my own personal to-dos. It gets even better because of the variety of task views available, like boards, Kanban, tables and other layouts that make organizing work much more convenient. The biggest advantage for me is that the free plan still allows unlimited members which adds a lot of value.

Cons

Though the tool covers everything I need it to do overall but the storage limit is definitely lacking. Having only 100MB for all projects feels too restrictive and I really wish it offered at least 1GB per project instead.

It is a simple tool and having all my tasks laid out in one place is really helpful. Also it is convenient to raise or lower priorities quickly whenever things shift around.

One thing I am not a fan of is the limited number of customizable views.

“Performance is absolutely top-notch”

Pros

From the way it presents information to how well it supports my workflow, everything seems excellent. Its work performance is honestly a ten out of ten and it also seems very promising for the future. ClickUp is clearly at a very high level from what I can see.

Cons

In short there's really nothing negative to mention. Everything has been running perfectly and I have not had any issues to report. It has been positive from start to finish and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

“Strong automation with great flexibility”

Pros

After more than a year of using it, I have come across quite a few features that are genuinely useful when handling daily tasks. The biggest benefit for me has been the automation since it saves a lot of time and takes a huge burden off my workflow. I also appreciate how simple it is for users to report issues which gives the development team the details they need to keep improving the software.

Cons

One thing that can be overwhelming is the sheer number of options available in many situations. Its strongest feature is how customizable it is but getting the best performance out of the app takes some trial and error with the settings and that can be time-consuming. On top of that the interface could use some refinement. Certain blank spaces and panels are not always user friendly especially with the small font size and the tinted color scheme.

It offers a lot of features, has a visually appealing interface and is fairly easy to use compared with similar tools.

Cons

It can take a while to uncover all the features and settings but that's pretty typical for apps like this.

ClickUp has been the best project management software for our team and we have not run into any issues at all.

At this point there really isn't anything we dislike about it.

After spending quite a bit of time with it I can say it has made a real difference in my workflow and overall productivity. Having everything I need in a single app is really convenient and sharing files and documents with both my team and clients is simple and efficient.

Cons

This is a software I genuinely enjoy using but the large number of features can feel overwhelming at first. When I started, getting around the platform was challenging and it took some time to understand where everything was. It's definitely a very capable tool though it would be even better with more tutorials to guide new users and provide help with finding and using specific templates.

It is easy to use and it comes with plenty of useful features, like delegating tasks or tagging coworkers to bring them into the conversation.

One thing I'd still like to see is a weekly update that highlights any missed due dates.

One of the strongest parts of this software is how well it handles task status editing and the task progress tracking is also really impressive.

The part I like least is that it sometimes takes too long to load the details.

It's incredibly flexible which lets me picture exactly how I want things to work and then build a way to make that happen inside the platform.

There are so many options that it can feel confusing at times and I know I am probably not taking full advantage of everything this software can do.

I find the navigation simple and the dashboard was user friendly and gave my team useful insights.

One downside was that adding teams felt somewhat limited in practice. On top of that there are so many pricing plans that once we tried to stay within budget, we ended up missing support for some of the features we wanted most.

“ClickUp leaves Asana far behind”

Pros

Compared with Asana which I see as its biggest competitor, this software completely outclasses it. The UI and UX are genuinely excellent and the pricing setup makes the platform accessible for businesses of any size, whether small or large. it feels like Asana's worst nightmare.

Cons

I really do not have much negative to say about this product.
