“Strong productivity with great customization”

Pros

One thing that really helps is how many ways it gives us to track and understand each employee's progress at work. It's also the only work management software I have used that lets you access all of its features for free which is a huge advantage. On top of that it's honestly one of the best apps I have worked with for time tracking, task handling and project management. The interface is very user friendly so managing everything doesn't take much effort and the customization options let you set it up exactly the way your team needs.

Cons

There really aren't any notable downsides from my perspective. It stands out as one of the most capable productivity tools available, the performance is excellent and having responsive technical support available makes it even better.

“A clear winner for all in one productivity”

Pros

Having everything in one place has made a big difference for our whole organization since we can work from a single application instead of switching between multiple tools. The features I use the most are time tracking, docs, the calendar and lists. I have tested quite a few productivity platforms and this one has been especially helpful and comfortable to work with.

Cons

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be reliability. Other than that, I don't really have anything else that needs to be improved.

Pros

One thing that really works well is having a clear view of every project in progress in one place. It helps me prioritize better and keeps all the important tasks and items front and center. It also comes with a wide range of strong options and advanced automation features which makes setting up workflows very capable and flexible.

Cons

The only downside is that it takes some time to fully understand all of the features and available options.

“Team collaboration with reliable task tracking”

Pros

Handling daily assignments and delegating work to my team is effortless with this software. It gives me a clear view of the current status of tasks and projects which helps a lot with staying organized. While working on projects, collaborating with colleagues is easy and following project progress becomes much more manageable.

Cons

Getting started can be challenging for new users because the interface is fairly complex.

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate here. The feature set is excellent, the docs work really well for sharing and being able to sort tasks using custom fields is especially useful.

Cons

I upgraded to the paid plan so I could share project boards with clients but once I went through the process, it became clear the interface was confusing even for me. There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to using the board, leaving comments and figuring out where tasks are so it doesn't feel like a fast way to kick off a project.

Pros

It's really useful having one app where the entire team's work can be managed in a single place.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is how assignments work across the hierarchy. After the full team is added to a project, if a task is given to a team lead, it should automatically be routed to the right team based on the team structure. It would be even better if the system could use team profiles and past records to make smarter assignment decisions.

Pros

Managing projects with this software is very easy and it made it simple to stay on top of everything across my projects.

Cons

I honestly do not have much negative to say about the software because my overall experience with it was very positive.

Pros

ClickUp has been fantastic for me. It's a very flexible project management tool that works well for my work projects, personal projects and even my everyday to-do list. The interface feels clean organized and simple to navigate so using it doesn't take much effort. On top of that the fact that it's completely free makes it even better.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about but it does load a bit slowly sometimes. I'd also really like more customization choices especially for things like font styles and colors. Another area that could be improved is task and project filtering since the current setup seems a little complex and not as user friendly as it could be.

Pros

Task planning and project planning have been especially useful and the platform has become a big help for remote work.

Cons

The UI and UX seem pretty old school and the mobile app still has a lot of bugs.

“Strong task tracking with helpful views”

Pros

Creating tasks, tracking progress and updating work in it is very easy. The different view options like to-do lists, Kanban boards and calendars are really useful and the integrations make it even more convenient to manage everything in one place.

Cons

Compared with Trello and even Asana this one doesn't feel as visually appealing or customizable. Asana's little completion animations also make finishing tasks feel more satisfying so while it is highly functional, it doesn't have quite the same enjoyable feel as some competitors.

It works really well for managing tasks, planning schedules, assigning work to others and even handling personal organization.

Cons

It already offers a lot of flexibility though there's still room to improve it further.

The Gantt charts are laid out really well as they're clean organized and clearly defined which makes planning and tracking work much easier.

Cons

At times the platform can feel a bit confusing to navigate and having the option to customize a personal dashboard for each project in the free version would definitely add more value.

“Packed with features and beginner-friendly”

Pros

Getting started with this free project management tool was very easy and it didn't take long to feel comfortable using it. There are lots of YouTube videos available that walk you through the platform which makes learning it even easier. It also feels very complete and I can barely think of any features that are missing.

Cons

It actually took me a while to come up with any downsides but there were a few. At certain points, the software can get a bit complicated although that seemed to be more about not knowing the system well enough yet. The part I had the hardest time with was the mind map especially trying to get all the tasks lined up correctly.

Pros

ClickUp has been a really strong fit for us thanks to its simple setup, plugin support and a design that keeps everything front and center. It handles project management, team coordination, task scheduling, due dates and progress tracking all in one place. We also use it for employee scheduling, online time tracking and bug tracking which makes it even more useful across the organization.

Cons

Neither my team nor I have run into any issues while using it so at this point I don't have any complaints.

“Finally a CRM that actually sticks”

Pros

After using plenty of the big-name CRMs, this is the first one that has actually lasted more than six months as an active part of our workflow. The setup was very simple and the API is really good too.

Cons

It's definitely pretty expensive but it also helps you make a lot more money.
