“Good suite for project control”
Pros
It delivers excellent, all-around project control and brings together a wide range of services, with virtually no limit to what you can do with it.
Cons
It's honestly hard to point out many negatives in such a strong program but a couple stand out such as there are so many features and services that we still have not discovered all of them so short tutorial videos introducing each one would really help. Also, data uploads could be faster.

“all in one hub for tasks”
Pros
Everything about it is good as it's easy, quick to set up, simple to manage and overall just very user friendly. It works like a one-stop shop, kind of like Notion but better when it comes to task management because the integrations make a real difference.
Cons
I honestly have no complaints at all as I absolutely love it!

“Simple look but feels unclear”
Pros
The interface is simple enough that just about anyone can use it without much trouble.
Cons
Well it seems like the software is repeating a lot of Jira's mistakes, without any real big-picture product vision behind it.

“Team workflow is clear and open”
Pros
ClickUp is very structured and makes teamwork much more manageable especially when several people need to work on the same task at the same time. Once you understand how it works, it becomes very convenient and pretty hassle free to use. It also gives a lot of transparency so it's simple to track progress and see exactly what everyone on the team is doing.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve with it. It takes some time to get comfortable because the platform isn't very simple at first and figuring everything out is harder than with some other CRM tools.

“tool works great”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and it has made project and task management much simpler. Since it uses a card-based system for assigning tasks, everything is easier to organize and it gives a clearer visual overview of the entire workflow.
Cons
I have not come across any downsides so far. All of the features have worked really well and it's been genuinely helpful for managing both projects and tasks efficiently.

“Packed with features and worth it”
Pros
There's definitely a bit to learn at first but it pays off completely. The feature set is top class which makes the tool feel really powerful. I am able to set up projects and tasks exactly the way I want them to look and function. Once you start using it, it's hard to imagine going back to anything else.
Cons
It does take some time to get familiar with but it's absolutely worth the effort.

“Remote teamwork is fully covered”
Pros
Working remotely with a team, I need a tool that lets me keep up with everything and this one does exactly that. I can track my tasks, see how the project is progressing, check who is handling specific activities and stay updated at any time while I work.
Cons
After using it for nearly a year I still have not run into any problems. Everything has worked perfectly for me the whole time.

“Strong all in one workspace tool”
Pros
After just trying it out for a short time I am already really impressed by how much it can do. I have used Asana for more than ten years but this is quickly starting to feel like the better fit for me. There are plenty of integrations available and having a single dashboard where I can manage multiple project portfolios, along with extras like CRM, is a very appealing setup.
Cons
Many of the best features are locked behind the highest-priced plan and even the standard license feels fairly expensive compared with other competing tools.

Pros
Our team has had a really good experience using this as a collaborative CRM. It works well for working together and integrating it with the SaaS tools we already use was very easy.

“Time tracking and sharing work”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use as I followed a few simple tutorials online and was able to set up my entire organization without much trouble. The time tracking feature works really well and has basically replaced tools like Time Doctor for me. It's also really useful that I can share boards and projects publicly or keep them private for specific team groups depending on what I need.
Cons
One thing that still feels lacking is the way documents appear when uploaded to a card as they're not really visible in a useful way. The layout with the description area on the left and comments on the right doesn't help much either and that whole interface could use a redesign.

“Versatile tool that handles everything”
Pros
ClickUp has been a really amazing management tool for us because it is user friendly and beginner friendly right from the start. It comes with excellent features for handling different kinds of management including projects, tasks, teams and time. It's also very versatile and customizable so it can adapt well to all kinds of work and different task types.
Cons
The area that still needs work is the time tracking feature. It feels almost missing at this point so improving that part would make the overall experience much better.

“Too much, but lacks real depth”
Pros
It covers a lot of ground and brings together many of the tools and services we used to rely on separately into a single platform, at least in theory.
Cons
Once we started using it, it felt more like a jack of all trades and master of none. The platform was difficult to navigate and seemed to take on too much at once, too quickly. In the end, we went back to the separate services we had been using before.
