“Boosts team communication and workflow”

Pros

Having everything in one platform has really improved the way our team communicates. It helps everyone organize their time better and cuts down on jumping between multiple apps just to update daily tasks. Since so many tools are available in one place, it's much easier to stay focused on tracking tasks and their details. Another big advantage is how much it supports building workflow diagrams. The ready-made templates make it simple to get started and the collaboration features allow the whole team to be involved by adding activities, expected completion timeframes and any other important inputs.

Cons

It has honestly helped us improve in a lot of areas. Communication between team members became much better which made it possible to track daily tasks more accurately. Our workflow plans also became more precise and everyone on the team stayed more aware of updates as well as any issues. Because of that, it contributed to noticeably positive results for us.

“Coordinates projects really well”

Pros

From a project and time management perspective, this software is nearly complete. It helps keep different projects synchronized so multiple tasks do not pile up at the same time. It saves a lot of time, gives the team visibility into the tasks that are planned and also makes it possible to see what each collaborator is working on and how productive they are.

Cons

One drawback is that it does not include everything that Notion offers. I also do not like how the different projects are restricted in that spot-style format which looks quite unattractive to me. It also feels unreasonable that I have to configure other things just to watch a video. On top of that the software pushes users to stay within a fixed canvas or way of thinking.

“Lots of ways to customize”

Pros

The level of customization is fantastic and there are so many ways to use it that it is almost limitless while still being simple to work with.

Cons

To me the frustrating part is that it is a little confusing when collaborating with a team especially when keeping up with Mentions. They don't clear after being read so even if I close them and come back later, they're still there which ends up wasting time.

Pros

Planning and managing projects with this software is easy. Keeping an eye on project progress is also simple which makes day to day work much easier.

Cons

I have not run into any downsides yet with this project management solution since it has been meeting all of my needs so far.

One of the best things about it is the price compared to what it delivers. The platform offers a range of useful products that actually help get results. It works well as a workspace and gives teams a good collaboration experience. The data it provides also gives our team a clear view of each member's performance which helps us see where improvements are needed and how to boost productivity. For small teams it's a really valuable tool and I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

Every now and then it acts strangely with bugs and starts running slowly. That's really frustrating because it can disrupt important projects. The developers should definitely look into fixing this issue.

Being new to this product, I have had no trouble getting started because it is very simple to use.

Some of the features feel quite similar to each other which can be a little confusing.

Right away the thing I enjoy most is how clearly it shows my time management at a glance. It constantly pushes me to work smarter and the collaboration features bring even more value while making teamwork on the app more enjoyable.

Cons

This has become my go-to app for keeping my tasks on schedule and I have not run into any bugs on any of the devices I currently use.

This software works well for me because it's simple to use and helps me earn a decent amount.

The earnings aren't very high but the software is still useful and easy to work with.

“Great for scheduling and tracking tasks”

Pros

Task organization and scheduling have been a big plus for our team. It's helped us stay aware of upcoming work, keep track of tasks that are on hold and make sure everything gets finished on time.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the platform took a while. The way it works and the website layout were a bit difficult for us to adjust to so we ended up creating a trial video to help new employees learn how to use it more easily.

“Different views with good alerts”

Pros

The platform is easy to use, offers plenty of ways to display and organize data and the notifications work really well.

Cons

The only downside is that using it on macOS can be difficult.

Pros

One thing I really like is the Zapier integration since it lets me automatically create new projects whenever new clients sign up.

Cons

There are a lot of features packed in so the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It's also not always clear what the best structure is when starting a new project.

Pros

The thing that really works well is how simple the platform is. It's simple to customize and I can add or remove features depending on what I actually need. Creating tasks is very quick and the Slack integration is also really convenient.

Cons

Every now and then a few bugs show up like tasks not saving properly but aside from that it's been a good overall experience.

“Good templates and team collaboration”

Pros

I must say the templates are easy to work with and the overall formatting is well done. Collaboration is also a strong point especially with the option to create subtasks across multiple levels. It includes automations and dashboards too and overall it does what we need at a basic level.

Cons

On paper it offers everything we're looking for but in practice a lot of those features don't function the way we actually need. There's a public-facing link, yet it only supports a single view instead of covering an entire folder or list. Reporting exists but it's limited to the task level rather than giving visibility into lists or folders. Dashboard data can be refreshed but the metrics pull from static sources instead of dynamic ones which makes them pretty useless unless we update everything manually. That really defeats the point of having auto-refresh in the first place. The automations are there too but they only work with certain variables instead of allowing real customization.

The modular setup, the variety of templates and the overall design are all excellent.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I really enjoy everything about the app.

Project and task management really needs to be simple to work with, otherwise the whole system starts to break down. At the same time it has to be powerful enough that you are not constantly bringing in extra tools to fill the gaps. This software definitely delivers on both.

Cons

I'd really like to see stronger file management and better client review features especially for creative projects.

It covers everything I need in one place. The recurring tasks work really well and the team setup with task assignment is especially useful.

Cons

A few tasks don't always appear in the sections where I expect them to unless they're assigned to someone.

The tool is genuinely refreshing to come across a platform that gives you such a wide range of productivity tools like pretty much any tool you could want. Also it has reliable multiplatform support, with good apps on both iOS and Android and being able to import tasks into other tools makes it even better for complementing the workflow.

Cons

One thing that does get a bit tiring is that the user interface can feel somewhat slow and buggy and because of that some of the progress you've made can end up getting lost.

“Affordable all in one management tool”

Pros

One of the biggest reasons to choose it is the very attractive price. It looks like an excellent option to consider if you need a platform that can manage all of your company's activities in one place.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints to point out. I am very satisfied with how it performs.
