“Packed with useful helpful features”

ClickUp comes with a huge range of features. It even includes tools we hadn't heard of before and only discovered after using it. On top of that the platform is simple to understand and the mobile app makes task management much faster.

Cons

Well its biggest strength is also its biggest downside. There are so many features on the platform that a lot of people on our team don't really know they exist and we often spend time looking up how to use them instead of actually getting work done.

Pros

Having multiple views including mind maps, is really useful. It lets us switch between layouts based on the stage of the project which makes planning and execution much more practical.

Cons

The pricing is expensive for smaller teams, although it does make more sense for larger companies.

“Buggy mess with constant outages”

It does come with a full featured work OS, offering a huge range of tools. The interface is well designed, there's a lot of flexibility and the system is highly customizable. The free plan is fairly limited but the paid options give you quite a lot for the money.

Sure I could mention the messy data structure or the terrible mobile app but the bigger issue is the nonstop bugs. This software feels like a permanent beta test being run on paying customers. In many areas, it's simply unusable. Every few days the service is either down, inaccessible or painfully slow. Even basic features fail to work properly and this has been happening for years. Tasks disappear, lists and docs vanish, the UI glitches, the app crashes constantly and random behavior is everywhere. Meanwhile, they keep rolling out new features instead of fixing the fact that many of them are barely tested or completely unusable. After 9 months, we had no choice but to abandon it because it was starting to hurt our business. Picture being in a client meeting, trying to open a document and it just won't load for no reason.

There's a broad set of apps and integrations included and they add a lot of value to project management as well as the way our teams are organized.

Cons

The interface could really use a refresh since it feels overdue for an upgrade to make it more approachable.

It has been a really versatile online platform for handling project management, task tracking and team collaboration all in one place. It comes with a wide range of features which makes it a strong fit for businesses of any size. A few of the biggest advantages are how user friendly it is, how flexible it can be and how much you can customize it to match the specific way a business works. On top of that it's reasonably priced and gives a lot of value for what you pay. It has also been recognized by users as one of the top online tools and has earned very positive feedback from industry experts.

Cons

One downside is that it can use quite a bit of system resources compared to some other tools available. If your computer is already having trouble keeping up with multiple programs running at once, this might not be the best fit. Also because the platform is so flexible and packed with customization options, getting started can take some time especially for anyone who isn't familiar with more advanced tools.

ClickUp does a fantastic job of letting each user view a project's tasks in a way that suits their preferences, with plenty of customization available.

Cons

It can feel a little heavy on performance at times and the team or user group functionality still isn't as strong as it should be.

It is easy to use and setting it up doesn't take much effort. It offers a huge range of possibilities and features like Goals work especially well on their own, making remote team management much more effective.

Cons

One downside is the limited control over task list permissions unless you're on the enterprise plan and it still lacks a decent built-in timesheet implementation.

Pros

One of the best parts of this software is how customizable it is. I can tailor it to match the needs of each project and it never feels like I have to change the way I work just to fit the system.

Cons

It does take some time to learn at the beginning since there really isn't anything else quite this powerful but the extra effort pays off in the end.

The platform is easy to use and once something is created, updating or editing it is really simple. It also gives you helpful views for time tracking, along with projects and tasks.

Lately the site has been acting up quite a bit. It keeps crashing and sometimes changes or updates do not save properly.

Running a small used car dealership with several different software tools was getting chaotic so after another dealer recommended this, I gave it a try and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. It keeps my customers and leads organized in one place which has made a big difference day to day. I can also upload customer contracts and pull them up instantly whenever I need them. We use the chat feature every single day so there's always a record of our conversations. My favorite part is the lead management because whenever one of my sales reps speaks with a customer, they can add notes directly under that customer's profile and everyone stays updated on the latest status.

Cons

One thing I like the least is that my leads cannot be imported automatically from Facebook straight into the system. It's not a major problem but it does take extra time to move those leads over manually.

The interface is simple and very user friendly. One feature I really like is the built-in time tracker since it lets me monitor my time without needing any third-party tool. I also receive notifications for newly assigned tasks very quickly which helps me stay on top of my work.

Cons

The mobile version could be better, as there are times when it doesn't display some of the information I need on my phone.

Out of all the task management tools I have used, this one has been the best. The features are excellent, the interface is well designed and the way the company interacts with customers has been really impressive.

One thing I really like about this software is how well it keeps everything organized while helping the whole team stay aligned and communicate clearly. Also it makes it simple to share documents and discuss project tasks in one place.

I honestly cannot think of any downsides. I genuinely loved every part of the software and only wish my current client were using it.

The interface isn't my favorite. It can be confusing for new users and getting around the tool is pretty difficult. A lot of time ends up going into figuring out how the features work instead of actually using them.

One feature that really stood out was the time tracking. It helped our team monitor how much time each person spent on specific tasks and gave us a better way to evaluate productivity.

Getting employees familiar with the software takes some effort. It's not always simple to explain so regular training sessions are usually needed to onboard people properly and some employees may find the platform a bit overwhelming at first.

“Offline time tracking works reliably”

Pros

The time tracking tools and offline mode are the biggest wins for me. Since my internet connection can be unreliable at times having ClickUp continue to work offline makes a real difference.

Cons

The interface and navigation still feel a bit confusing. It takes some effort to find what I need and in the task area I can see both my assigned tasks and tasks given to other people. It would be much better if I could filter it down to only the work assigned to me so finding things would be less of a hassle.
