Managing different kinds of projects with ClickUp is very convenient and moving tasks around is easy and efficient.

The tool runs a bit slower on Android devices and it works better when you have decent hardware like a laptop.

The pricing and notifications are the biggest positives here. It covers the basics you'd expect from a collaboration tool, although the onboarding and interface aren't especially user friendly or professional.

Right away the depth of the project management features stood out when I started organizing my project categories. The way tasks can be sorted, filtered and viewed from different angles makes it much easier to map out priorities and focus on the paths that matter most. It honestly feels like a game-changer for managing complex work.

The only downside is that there are so many features that it can feel a little overwhelming at first if you have not been trained properly. I'd definitely recommend taking the onboarding seriously so you can understand the platform and avoid getting lost.

Managing projects with ClickUp has been incredibly helpful for our team. We can set up project milestones, assign them to the right people, add deadlines and keep updating tasks with more details whenever needed. The comment feature is also really useful and tagging teammates so they get notified makes collaboration much easier. Since we work remotely, it has done a lot to keep everyone aligned without constantly needing meetings or trying to catch each other on Slack.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming especially if you've never worked with a platform like this before. It offers so many features that it takes time to learn and I can tell we've only begun to use a small part of what it can do.

One of the best parts of this software is how much freedom it gives us to tailor the workflow around our own needs and challenges, while also making it simple to keep multiple projects organized.

Cons

The downside is that it still isn't available in French which makes things quite frustrating and inconvenient for French-speaking users.

this tool is easy to use right from the start and moving over from another system was just as hassle free.

There was still a small learning curve at the beginning but it was much simpler to get used to than most other tools.

It's a really good tool for managing projects from any device. It helps the team communicate better and it also comes with a wide variety of templates.

It definitely took a while to get fully familiar with everything. We also ran into an issue where some projects seemed to go missing for no clear reason.

ClickUp offers one of the best sets of features out there. Its flexibility lets you tailor it to almost any workflow or situation which really makes it stand out. The calendar integration was also a big plus since it lets me view my whole day in one place.

Cons

Because it's such a complex platform, getting started and fully implementing it can be challenging. Also since I work mostly on mobile, it doesn't feel like the best fit for the way I use software.

Using ClickUp has been very fun. The support team is helpful and the platform feels safe, secure and dependable. Its task management features are highly customizable which really helps boost productivity.

Cons

Every now and then a small bug shows up but aside from that the tool is stable and I have not run into any other problems.

Pros

The modern looking interface is one of the best parts for me. The dashboard feels clean and it lays out Gantt charts and graphs clearly which helps a lot with tracking projects properly. I am also able to tailor the features to fit my workflow and the custom fields are especially useful when I need to add extra parameters to my progress tracking. On top of that the more advanced tools make it possible for my team and me to collaborate together on a single platform.

Cons

The mobile app has been hard to get used to because it runs very slowly and makes even simple actions feel more complicated than they should be. I also keep running into bugs whenever I create a new task list and there isn't proper documentation available to help troubleshoot or fix those issues.
