“Custom workflows with strong collaboration”
Pros
ClickUp has given us a lot of flexibility when it comes to building workflow management for different kinds of businesses and projects. Its high level of customization means the team can adjust it to match exactly what we need and the ready-made templates save us a lot of time and effort when setting up the right structure for our work. It also helps the team take part in shaping a complete action plan together. On top of that it offers plenty of tools for tracking tasks effectively and I really appreciate the unified calendar along with task lists that automatically update their dates. Another big plus is how it keeps communication in one place, letting us share updates, leave feedback and send alerts to teammates on the same page which makes it much easier to stay on top of every part of a project.
Cons
Honestly, I have not come across anything major that I dislike. The platform looks visually appealing and the tools are very simple to access. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the need for better space organization and the option to create subfolders.

“Versatile features and useful resources”
Pros
Between the different themes and the overall flexibility, it gives a very clear picture of what can be done. On top of that the features and support materials including recorded manuals, offer a level of detail that makes the platform approachable for everyone. Because of this, I am able to allocate my time and budget more effectively across the various initiatives my team is currently managing.
Cons
One thing still missing in my opinion is a way to handle aggregate planning, define a specific project clearly and share that information across other teams. If that capability were added, I really think it could stand above the competition.

“Great toolkit for planning projects”
Pros
this comes with a lot of features and keeps getting better over time. It supported my work for two years while I planned projects of all kinds, from courses to academic papers. I was able to break each project down into tasks and even smaller subtasks and setting up dependencies was very useful. The Gantt Project feature in the paid version was handy as well, even though it was not the most user friendly or flexible when moving things around. Reaching the team for help was quick whenever I had questions and the almost weekly updates kept me informed about new features and fixes.
Cons
That said there is a pretty significant and somewhat unusual downside for me. Even with all the advantages it offers, my experience with it changed after using it every day for two years. Since January 2021 I have mostly relied on it just to map out the core structure of my work and keep the big picture in view. The reason is simple as there are just too many features. As strange as it sounds, I often felt lost inside the app because of the sheer number of options available.

“All projects are neatly organized”
Pros
Having everything in one place is a big plus. I can manage several projects at the same time and the software does a good job of keeping each one separate and organized.
Cons
The downside is that it isn't very user friendly. If you're not already familiar with how it works, figuring it out can be really frustrating. I have used other tools that are much simpler to navigate and work in.

“A favorite for managing project work”
Pros
The platform has a user friendly design, looks visually appealing and makes project management simple. It's easy to use and the custom fields help us store and organize information really well. I'd definitely recommend it. We're currently using the free plan but if we decide to invest in a project management tool, it would absolutely be the one we choose.
Cons
Well the biggest challenge right now is that the free version feels limited in several areas especially storage. We've even had to create another user just to keep using the community version.

“Versatile tasks with handy dashboard”
Pros
It is easy to navigate and the personal dashboard is a really nice touch. Tasks can be added to multiple lists and shared across different groups and users which makes collaboration much more flexible.
Cons
Logging time manually can take a bit of extra effort. That said if you simply start and stop the timer when you begin and finish a task, it's not much of a problem.

“Good tracking and useful integrations”
Pros
Keeping tabs on employees daily effort and the estimated time for each task works really well here. There are lots of filters and plenty of useful features to work with. Connecting it with tools like GitHub, Slack and others makes day to day work much more convenient. The interface also looks good and the overall user experience is very good.
Cons
One issue does come up from time to time as after entering tracked time and submitting it, the entry sometimes doesn't get saved so it has to be added again. That's the only problem I have run into since I began using it.

“Packed with features and affordable”
Pros
Considering everything it offers, this is a very complete project management tool at a really affordable price. It comes with useful extras like bookmarks with screenshots and documents that can be added directly inside the software.
Cons
The downside is that the language support feels too limited which can be a disadvantage for some potential users.

“Great for automation”
Pros
ClickUp has become my go-to for tracking customers, seeing exactly where they are in the journey and spotting opportunities for proactive follow-up. The automation features are a big plus too as I can set reminders, trigger workflow updates and handle other actions without doing everything manually. It is user friendly right away yet it still has plenty of advanced functionality that doesn't take long to pick up.
Cons
One issue I run into is that the webpage times out fairly often without properly reloading. When that happens, new tasks or details I have entered can appear to save when they actually don't which has caused me to lose important information.

“Mobile task management works great”
Pros
The mobile app is easily one of the things I enjoy most about this software. From a project manager's perspective, assigning tasks works really well, making it simple for different teams to handle their tasks, subtasks and even milestones in an organized way.
Cons
At times the different view options can feel a bit confusing and the filter button is an area that could definitely be improved.

“Good for sprint planning”
Pros
Right away the bubbly interface made this product enjoyable to use. The screens are very user friendly and beyond the overall user experience, the feature set has been just as impressive. Sprint planning was a core need for our team and it handles that really well, along with tracking dependencies and task blockers across the team. Our daily standups have become more productive when we use it and the story boards have been very effective and work exactly the way we expect. I genuinely love this app and it's been exciting to watch the product grow from a startup into a unicorn.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints about this product. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a built-in video meeting feature so everything could stay within the same workflow. Other than that, everything works just the way I want and I am very happy with it.

Pros
After trying several task management tools this one ended up being my top pick because it looks visually appealing while still being extremely functional.
Cons

“Strong templates and learning resources”
Pros
The flexible templates really show what the platform can do and there's plenty of guidance available through ClickUp University and other resources like videos. Because of that, it's been much easier to stay on top of the many projects my team is handling and manage both time and resources more effectively.
Cons
One thing that can be confusing is knowing whether you're actually on a subpage within a document. It's also hard to spot the differences between two templates when they share the same name.

“Packed with useful task features”
Pros
From creating tasks to editing and keeping everything organized, this platform takes the whole workflow to another level. The interface feels both simple and advanced at the same time and handling tasks only takes a few clicks. One thing I really enjoy is being able to see my tasks in three different views thanks to the well-designed UI options. It also runs much faster than many similar tools and comes with far more features. It feels suitable for a very wide range of users and I am confident it can give teams a truly unique experience.
Cons
I'd still like to see is a stronger project tracking feature, along with the ability to enter more detailed project data and share that information with team members. Adding something like this would take the software to an entirely different level.

Pros
